Jill Taylor: Never have enough tellers. I spent my entire lunch break in the drive through... only 2 cars in the drive through ahead of me, only 1 teller working and took FOREVER just to deposit a check. It's like this every time I come here. Last time their lobby was closed and you had no choice but to use drive thru which by the looks was the case again.STOP WITH THE GENERIC REPLY. When you're depositing into someone else's account, you CANNOT use online, ATM, or other "automated" options. How about you actually take all of these negative reviews, and DO SOMETHING like: properly staff your location, TRAIN your employees to be more efficient, CONSOLIDATE into fewer locations with more employees in one office instead of 1 employees in 4 locations, etc. There are options. But having a half hour plus wait at a drive thru on a NOT busy day is unacceptable.... and generic, phony apologies are not the solution.
Teresa M: Used to be a good bank with good customer service. Now you need to make an appointment to see anyone inside the branch and when using the drive thru window the teller ignored what I said.

B P: So, I had deleted a previous review of this bank because I do believe in second chances. However, when a business consistently delivers bad customer service, I feel I should warn others. This is the 3rd and final encounter with this bank. Please, don't use them. To save yourself time and frustration, go to a different bank.
Dax Bedell: This branch in particular deserves all the bad reviews it gets. So many times I've showed up within their posted hours, both online and on their door, only for them to be closed. When they are open, the drive through lines are packed and they only have one person handling 4 lines of customers. And you can't go inside because they don't have any tellers there either. Worst service I have ever experienced from a bank.
wendy: Needed to do a transaction yesterday, it was a Saturday - the day many people are off work. The drive thru that was supposed to be open from 9-12, was closed when I arrived at 10:30 AM. I agree with others that it takes way to long at the drive thru and there is always many cars in line. Service used to be great, but has really gone down hill.

It’s April 23rd, the hours listed on the window literally state your open yet the drive through is closed, again. It’s ok I’m sure your downtown location will be open from 10:00 - 13:00 Monday.
Lauren: We have now had two separate mortgages done through this branch. We worked with Kayla and Jennifer. If you don't read past here, know you're in excellent hands with them.As first time home buyers they patiently answered every question we had. All steps in the process were explained and went so fast! We came back to them after looking for our next home and this is where they really pulled out all the stops. From assisting with a quick close, to accommodating us being in a completely different city, they went all out.I will always come to this team first. They're the very best.
Lizzie Fletcher: Tried to deposit rent money into the ATM like I do every month except this time the ATM gave me an error screen and said it cannot process my transaction or give me back anything I deposited!!!! All I could do was file a claim which customer service said could take 10 DAYS! How am I supposed to pay rent when the bank steals my money? How can I even trust that I’ll get my money back?

Danny Dees: We spent an hour in the drive thru. We only had 3 cars in front of us. I thought it might have been a fluke until it took them 15 mins to cash a check for my wife who is a customer. Not because there was one teller running multiple windows (they had one teller per window), because they are just that slow. You can’t blame Covid for your shortcomings as a business anymore. That ship has sailed. But they will most likely try. I have suggested to my wife to switch to another bank. I would suggest that you do the same.

Jennifer Spradlin: Gre a t. Ranch, smiling faces. No mistakes made and will help you with questions or to make it easier to deposit money with out Hassell of asking for your debit card or 3 forms of id.
Natalie Blanton: This bank has the worst customer service! I’ve been with this paint for four years they have made numerous mistakes over the years and counting my money cashing paychecks etc. Today I waited for over 20 minutes for the teller to cash four paychecks.
Kathleen Day: The tellers have gone above and beyond on more than one occasion. Once, he closed his window and recounted his whole drawer when I thought they had made a mistake.
MpaYn: They close the lobby at random claiming an emergency, but there is no emergency. Force pedestrians to use the drive thru (which is unsafe and potentially illegal). They are understaffed, some are rude. Generally just practice bad business practices. I won't be doing any more business with this branch.

It was kind of a rude thing to say, especially to a customer. That was my experience there, so it ended up not being a good one.

My loan structure also changed 2 days before closing, Because they’re team failed to inform me of there errors. Ended up paying way more that we wanted!!!! I would never recommend them to anyone.

Erica Boan: This banks actual operating hours rarely matches what they post online. If you go inside they tell you to make an appointment. More than once they have messed up basic deposits and withdrawals through the drive thru. They have deposited or withdrew money from a business or personal account that was supposed to be done in the other account. I suspect they are closing this banking location because they told me to move my safety deposit box again. This is the second time they have asked me to do this as they closed the first location I was using. I am in the process of moving to another bank.
J R: Terrible branch that won't do anything and actually tells you to seek the other locations for your needs. Not sure why this one exists. Was told they cannot do anything but "account maintenance?" Go elsewhere. Hours of availability are also terrible, but every US Bank is that way now.
Rebecca Talley: US Bank as a corporation could care less about good customer service but this branch in particular is exceedingly unhelpful. I closed one of my three accounts (soon to be all three), but somehow it didn't get closed properly (according to the US Bank customer service rep Melanie). Seriously avoid US Bank as an organization and definitely use another branch (shouldn't be hard considering their lobby is closed without an appointment and the drive through is only open a whopping two hours a day during the week - no weekend hours) if you absolutely must use US Bank save yourself the headache and use a different branch.

Nan S.: Worst bank branch I have ever had the privilege of doing business with (Fox Grape Plaza). As a long time US Bank customer, I recently moved into the area from out of town and was searching for a good "home" bank. I was so wrong to choose this one. The drive through is amazingly slow, but I understand they may be short staffed due to life circumstances. But, each time I had to make an appointment to do a transaction inside, I felt as though they were put out to have to serve me, making me feel like I shouldn't have asked them for a simple bank service, let alone a more complex transaction. The hassles and questions that were definitely not obligatory or imperative for the safety of my account left me walking away feeling more frustrated than the last. It came to the point of switching banks or switching branches. At this time, I just decided to switch branches. One where they put customers first.
Courtney Stamper: After waiting forever for the one car in front of me, the person taking my 3 cash deposits told me she “would take them this time, but going forward, I need to drop them off so I’m not holding up their line.” I told her they’re for a business and I’m not dropping them off (deposits slips must match up). Meaning you will not be able to deposit cash into your account which is ridiculous. Save yourself the trip and go to a US Bank that’s managed better than this junker!

I attempted to deposit a check into my husband's business account but I didn't have a deposit slip with me. The check was made to the business account and was for deposit only.They very condescendingly told me they would look up the account number this time as a courtesy but would not in the future. Afterwards I called and spoke with the manager about my frustration with the situation, and was told this was a matter of federal law. Which is a flat out lie. I have worked as a teller and then in financial software for the last 7 years which requires that I stay up to date with these federal banking laws.I was not asking for the account number, nor balance information. I only wanted to deposit a check made out to the business name, where I could confirm every detail about the account holder.I need a bank that I can send employees and tenants to deposit money to, and not worry if they have forgotten a deposit slip. Especially when they can confirm the account holder's name and address.This is just the latest of bad experiences with this bank. From having cash deposits not immediately available, to having my money deposited in other people's accounts by mistake - despite having premade deposit slips that clearly stated my account number, full name, and address. Unexpected charges $2 charges for writing a check...This bank is continuing to go downhill. Don't waste your time and money here. You will get lied to, charged fees without explanation or warning, and offered terrible and condescending customer service.

Find a local bank that cares about their customers. All they want to do is charge $36 overdraft fees.. then another and another and another because you went into the negative.. I have a $119 negative balance in my account because of $180 in overdraft fees? How can the overdraft fees exceed your negative balance? Robert Wilson: Been a USB account holder for 23 years. My home branch is in Springfield. I needed to make a deposit while in Republic so I pulled into the drive thru. There wasn't a teller available but I was visible to them from the office area and I could see they weren't working with customers. I didn't time it but it was several minutes before someone finally came out to assist me. No smile nor any explanation or apology for my long wait. This was my only experience with this branch but needless to say it will be my last. There are so many new banks clamoring for customers it is unacceptable for any customer to be treated this poorly.
