Family Medical Walk-In Clinic: what do users think?
Ross Angel: I usually have few issues, but lately i have been appalled at one nurse practitioner. Now, i am polite and remember to thank the nurses every time i go (I'm chronically ill and go to doctors often) and I've even tried to be kind to this nurse to no avail. Chantelle S Allan is a cruel woman. She talks down to me, refuses to listen to my concerns, has made injuries i get hurt more by agitating the area, and has been overall vicious. I needed a doctors note for workers comp at one point, and she told me they didn't do that here (despite me having gotten it before from another doctor there with no issue) And that she wouldn't give me one but that she could give me a one day note. If i was a healthy person, it'd be no issue, but I'm not, and I'm tired of leaving there feeling worse after seeing her. However i applaud the other nurses, who are phenomenal and always kind even if they haven't had a good day. Thank you to the nurses who actually care about what they do and who they treat.
Elita Lickteig: I recently had a woman specific exam here and if ya know ya know - it’s an awkward adventure to begin with, but this tale makes it extra special! So I go in for my exam..1. Didn’t wait until I assumed the position (or advised what that would be to be most comfortable) so it began with me sitting up, propped on both hands and on the edge of my seat…2. Asked my V shaped form to open medical equipment for them as they somehow had both hands busy down there.3. I suppose I could have laid down at this point and used both hands to hold and tear the package open, but had an overwhelming fear of things going haywire if I moved wrong, so I did this using one hand to hold myself and the other to grasp the package and tear it open with….my teeth, before tapping on my knee so it poked out like a beverage straw and pointing it in their direction to grab and use.Just like that we were done and I was told I could redress, so they were timely in their process for one thing. However, I thought the experience to be very interesting and found the professionalism this place demonstrates undetectable.
Tammy Wallace: I've always had a pleasant experience here until yesterday. The Dr was rude, callous n very unprofessional. He didn't even introduce himself. I will be finding a new urgent care clinic
Amber Hutchison: The only urgent care I will take my kids to. The nurses and doctors talk to them directly and are so wonderful with children. I can actually relax here and know that my kids are receiving the best care in Springfield
Evy Jones: I highly recommend to anyone seeking fast and focused care. Found myself repeatedly thanking the staff just for being so fantastic. A great atmosphere and great people. They were able to refer me to a specialist and get me an appointment not 2 hours later, which is very impressive. Thank you Dr. Laurie and the nurse practitioners for being awesome. Will definitely be my first choice moving forward.
Ric Spivey: When we called and told them we needed a physical for an adult so that i could adopt my son, they said they would do it. When I showed up, the receptionist first said no, and then said I needed to bring a form in with what they needed to check for in the physical, and they would do it. I bring the paper in, and they tell me they only do physicals for little kids, which is creepy, I don't understand where they get off confusing people by giving them mixmatching information baised on how they feel at the time. If you're gonna do physicals and tell someone you're gonna do a physical, then do it, but don't get their hopes up and toss them aside because you only want to check little kids. I will not be trying this place for any future needs, either for my kids or myself.
Tabitha G: I wish I would have taken these comments seriously. This clinic misdiagnosed me, I ended up going into the hospital to find out I had something serious causing my symptoms. When I informed them of this, the doctor was extremely rude and wanted me to pay the FULL AMOUNT again to be seen for this condition, despite not getting any help the first time and a misdiagnosis. She spent less than 2 minutes listening to my symptoms only to misdiagnose me... These physicians do not care about you or what you're going through. They care about fast money, you're better off going to the ER.
Randi F: I know why they have low stars now... they have 1 good doctor ( Dr. P.) and 1 good secretary... all the rest are snobby stuck ups that don't care... Dr. Charnell has a horrible attitude..... they won't let me speak to a nurse when I call and ask they just repeat "come in" ... I have been into that clinic 2 times in one week and the 2nd time they didn't do anything and made us sit there for 4 hours while my wife was throwing up and shaking and didn't care. Which is weird because the 1st time when we went in when Dr. P was there we received good care.
Carol McCarthy: Today we had Urgent care visit for & the female Dr. on duty recognized that my daughter has been dealing with untreated asthma for 4 months
Delacey Short: I’ve been coming to this clinic for 2 years and Nancy is amazing, thorough, friendly and always has a smile on her face!! 10/10 recommend this clinic for all your needs!
Dan Stoltzfus: Took our 9 month old here that had been dealing with a bad cough and fever for about 3 days and really wanted to sure she doesn't have something serious. Our primary care was out of town at this time.. Oh and BTW had an ear infection which we knew for a fact per our primary care. After a few quick pokes the Dr. said no ear infection and just a common cold, give her some infant Tylenol. Literally. After dealing with 2 more nights of screaming, crying baby we decided to get a 2nd opinion. 2nd opinion resulted in rsv and yes ear infection still present. Seriously rsv!!?? Had we not been pouring every home remedy in her that we knew of we probably would have ended up in the hospital. Please do not take your babies here.
Tom Penland: as an extremely incompetent facility. This was a $5400 mistake for us. That's what it cost us with the ER and EMSA bills. Ironically, when EMSA was transporting our son they told him this place is "joke"...…They misdiagnose people all the time. If you are in need of medical care in Springfield stay clear of this place.
Judy Hillman: Excellent care very friendly and professional staff. Convenient hours.
Jeanene K.: Glad the Nixa Clinic is open again. Good to see the familiar faces again.
aj B: The closing staff turned my sick 4 year old away at 7:59 with the doors open and the clinic fully staffed this was extremely unprofessional and lazy and I just want it to be known that the staff on duty during January 12th at 7:59 pm should be held responsible for this laziness.
Lacey Kozemczak: It’s always so nice to come in myself or have my family seen. I work at this clinic, so my family and extended family are always messaging me to see which clinic I’m at to come be seen. They always tell me the have the best experiences. I love working here, it’s like having another family. Everyone is very accommodating and efficient. I hate that we sometimes have long waits, but with it being flu season and Covid rearing it’s ugly head again, the waits can be kind of long.
Greg Kenny: Went in on a weekend for a work injury. Was seen quickly just had to wait on X-ray tech to arrive and hour later. Everyone was friendly and knowledgeable.
Audrey Belden: The doctor didn’t bother to actually test me for anything. Just said it was the flu. Then he told me to take ibuprofen for the muscle aches…if he would have checked my medications list he would know I cannot take ibuprofen as it is contraindicated with one of my medicines. He seemed very full of himself.
Kristi Medlock: Friendly and fast treatment.
Michael Seeley: I got here at 415pm. Took over an hour to get taken back. Got my vitals taken and all that, and now have been waiting over an hour for the doctor. It's almost 7pm. Just had a guy knock on the room door, start to open it, then when I said something he responds with "Just checking to see if someone was in here" and leaves.
Beto Barrientos: Friendly staff, thank you

Ozark Valley Medical Clinic - Springfield: what do users think?
Joe Goade: ever since day one ..Dr, Scott has been great he and his staff are very friendly and definitely care about getting you back to good health..
life of leather: As a patient at this clinic, it is my right to post a review. Strangely, my previous truthful review mysteriously disappeared. Hmmmm ......Ozark Valley Medical Clinic on East Sunshine obviously does not want the public to know that it is their practice to charge for their weight loss program first, THEN announce that you do not qualify for their program.Wouldn't a listing on your website of criteria for the program solve this problem? Perhaps it would be way more professional and caring to mention that if you are overweight with underactive thyroid, you will not "qualify" nor will you receive your $125 program payment back. How about if you take a water pill for slightly high blood pressure? Same story ... There is, in fact, a list of qualifying criteria that is a secret until you have paid. Very upsetting and sneaky business practice. I will continue to post this review and Ozark Valley Medical will probably have it removed again. Until this business lists their program criteria prior to payment plus refunds our money to all of us who paid but received nothing, the honest reviews will continue.
Kaela Bunts: Friendly staff, quick to get me seen and very helpful! Great place. Would HIGHLY recommend.
Destiny Nicole: WOW! Just had a walk in appointment with Dr. Lynn. He was very kind and listened to everything I had to say, then suggested a plan of action for my treatment. Best Doc I’ve had in a while! Highly recommend
cassandra buis: Caring doctors that listen to you. Wow!
Ruby Weyrauch: Dr. Derges & Dr. Lynn are topnotch! I have had the privilege of volunteering & working alongside both Doctors that practice @ this location. They are both amazing, compassionate doctors that I wouldn't hesitate to go to for absolutely any medical needs! As a matter of fact, I have received treatment from both Doctors & they were able to help me with my complicated medical problems as well as to refer me to one of the best surgeons in Southwest Missouri for continued care. Since Dr. Derges is a close colleague of this surgeon they were able to get me in to see him in a matter of days which is almost unheard of. I consider myself truly blessed to have met the wonderful Doctors @ Ozark Valley Medical Clinic, they provide fantastic medical care & treat you with the utmost dignity & respect regardless of your needs or economic status!
Brandi Hastings: Great location and even better doctors! It makes all the difference in the world when doctors are genuinely attentive to your needs. Thank you!!
Don Mann Coaching: I have many personal and professional experiences with Dr. Derges and the truth is that she is very knowledgable but what is most important of learning and gaining knowledge is the purpose for doing so. When we have a genuine, intrinsic purpose to gain knowledge compiled with a deep desire to serve others, especially those that are in the most need of service, our character as evidenced by Dr. Derge's character, is that of love, generosity, and a continuing purpose to ensure that her days are filled with actions that will hopefully one day lead to a bigger purpose.Dr. Derges has received many local and national awards and countless recognition for her dedication and unrelenting pursuit in the provision of quality healthcare to those that need it and deserve it the most, our very own veterans who are among the thousands served at Lift Up Springfield Medical & Dental Mission Clinic here in Springfield, Mo.I was in shock when someone posted that she is not licensed or trained because I'm confident that these slanderous remarks were intended to do just that, hurt.I was taking Dr. Derge's 12 week course the very day she received her license notification from the Missouri State Board of Healing Arts and I also witnessed the genuine emotion at the realization of years of dedication and hard work had paid off.Thank you Dr. Derges for continuing to rise daily and look beyond your own comfort and deeper into this world as you give and give more to serve.
Kristi McPherson: So grateful for the services received here!!! My daughter was here for a visit and had issues from a procedure she had received elsewhere. Trish was so great to work my daughter into her already busy schedule and helped her out! Such great attention to detail and really listened to my daughter explain symptoms and concerns!!
Emily Hutchings (Let's Face It by Emily): Great experience, quick and efficient. Glad there’s someone out there looking out for the under-served
Darlene Stinson: I have volunteered along side Dr.Derges for her Mission Clinic for over 2 years now. I've witnessed her true passion and giving of her time to the poor and underserved to help others. Patient's seek her out because she listens and explains things so they can understand what is going on with them.I have personally been treated for painful conditions I suffer from by Dr.Derges . She is interested in learning about pain relief to help others and regularly goes for educational training to be able to offer treatment options to her patients. It is a privilege to volunteer and work along side this doctor. Thank you for all you do to help others.
Mishele M: I wanted to write a review here because of the negative review posted on Google.I have gone to see Dr Derges a few times for various problems. They range from minor illnesses like strep throat, to some female problems I've been having, to a heart flutter. Every time I've seen her she's taken the time to listen to me and even appeared to perform appropriate procedures to help diagnose me. I felt well taken care of and trust her abilities as a Dr. I couldn't be more satisfied with all my visits to her office. My husband and kids have also been treated by Dr Derges and have been very happy with their interactions with her. I was referred to her by 3 different friends of mine. Which means there are others out there who like and trust her. Just haven't written a review...yet. I feel bad for Drs who are really trying to help but just get bashed and slandered.
Vicki Parrott: Dr. Tricia Derges is the most giving and caring person I know. She serves the community and the underserved. She is well trained in all procedures and very knowledgeable. Dr. Derges helped me with a knee issue with an awesome procedure. The clinic is well equipped for all types of procedures. I have referred many people to the clinic and they have had great results. I recommend this clinic and Dr. Derges to any one with a medical issue.

Faith Immediate Care & Occupational Medicine: what do users think?
ACT Logistics: Very tough and unfriendly personal, doesn’t care about clients. Pass DOT exam just for 3 months, (My KT clinic gives me for 2 years) but lost CDL, because they didn’t inform Government and federal DOT file doesn’t show valid medical certification. Must go Court to appeal and renew active CDL A license. Stay away
Curtis “FU” Sliffe: False advertisement. Says they accept Medicare and they dont. At least ways Jennie just told me they dont. And you guessed it lol.
Nakia Hamby: The low star rating is because of the previous place that was here!Amanda went above and beyond to help me, even though I didn't spend any money or have any services here. She helped me figure out a game plan for my vaccinations, and was super helpful, respectful, and pleasant to talk to.
Rick Young: I just want to say that everyone from Office Manager to Care Providers are caring and make sure you get the help you need. I feel I have a long road ahead of me but I am confident that Faith Immediate Care will stay by my side to make sure they are there for me. God Bless each and everyone. Thank you all.................. It wouldn't let me do another review. So will add to this one Ashley is no longer there wish her the best. I seen Mary today I was so nervous but OMG she was amazing. This place believes in doing what's right for their patients. I know my healing progress will be a process I must take one day at a time. Faith immediate care Amanda and every member of the staff are wonderful caring individuals. When I broke down in the office I reached out for support and let's just say Mary's actions were what I needed. And it was the same action that Ashley has provided in the past. That's why I know everyone at Faith do care about individuals. I believe in prayer, I pray everyday I know I might not fully be myself again, but I am grateful for the care, kindness and the pleasure to know the folks at Faith Immediate Care. God Bless you all. Your kindness means the world to me..Thank youRick Young
Panda Kane: Unethical & unprofessional. Separated my wife and I for a physical & she ended up getting assaulted outside for questioning & calling out the manager for their unprofessionalism. Manager wouldn’t even give Dennis’ info to report the incident. Completely ruined our week, so thanks for that!
Willow Morris: Clinic staff helpful, professional, and skilled in their job assignments. Provided excellent care, as well as great customer service.
Brayli Shipley: I had to take my daughter in for an ear infection, it was super clean, fast, and the staff was gentle with her! Would recommend!
Cody Olds: Guy who checked me in was awesome, plus it was the fastest physical I've ever recieved. Definitely recommend.
Patrick Niedermeyer: This office lost all the paperwork for both myself and another new employee's DOT physical and we had to return to redo the physicals. I'd definitely not go there if you had any other options.
William Greene: They were very personal and professional. Quick and a pleasure. Would recommend anyone to come here.
Guillermo Saravia: I was there to do my dot medical exam they told me that i need make a appt with my primary doctor for extra exams it took over a month to do the exams my doctor give me my realese letter explaining everything was ok and dont see any reason not to get my dot card i when back to them with the letter and they told me that i has to pay again they charging me $105 the first time and they want me to pay again. I believe all of this because im spanish im looking for another place to due and treat me with respect they can shovel that money where they wanted it is a scam
Chad Stephens: Great , very friendly and professional..Thank you all
Tyler Pittman: Came here for DOT physical exam.In and out. Smooth and easy. Very professional and kind.
Dave Anderson: They were very professional Karen Jordan was awesome. The medical community needs more like her in the business.
Rebecca Jones: Stay far far away if you need a DOT physical !! My husband had his dot performed here . His ua had an unusual reading and they wanted him checked out . Well many tests, scans and surgury/procedure later he was told that it was how his body functioned. He presented all paperwork and was told by the initial lady everything looked good , another doctor comes in and states they also need a scan to check out his head for an accident that occurred in 2009 !!! He was then asked about tubes in his ears as a child and the woman didnt even know what those were ?then the original dr comes into the room and tells my husband she didn't remember asking him to do all of these tests?! Are you kidding me ??!! COMPLETELY INCAPABLE OF DOUNG THEIR JOBS !!RUN FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE !
Kevin Mitkish: I had a clerical issue arise with my DOT Physical on file with the state. It was no fault of Faith Immediate Care where I had gotten my physical, but the staff figured out a solution to my problem and my DOT Physical was undated with the state and my employer.Thank you, Faith Immediate Care Staff.
Casey Martin: Rude front desk staff and over an hour long wait times.
rshighfill: Wait after check in, and the wait for the doctor was lengthy.. 30+ mins for each wait... But the staff is friendly, apologized for the wait, and the nurses/assistants get you through all their tests quickly. (I came for a DOT Physical.)
Alex Crites: Their phlebotomists have the accuracy of the LAPD, 4 different people to semi-successfully draw blood from someone with decent veins.
Philip Rogers: My wife called ahead and explained that I had a severe muscle spasm in my back and they gave no indication that they would not treat me. Made a very painful trip into their office only to be turned away.
Odis Spence: The so called Dr that's there is a real piece of work. Rude and childish. DO NOT go here. Remember, if you graduate with a "D" you're still called Dr.

Jordan Valley Community Health Center: Express Care: what do users think?
Dandelion Gum: The dentist who runs the express dental care on the weekends is nothing short of wonderful. He's so kind and he doesn't hesitate to show you humanity and compassion in a high stress situation. He also works super fast and with accuracy. I just had three abcessed teeth removed last Sunday and it was done quickly and with minimal damage to my gums. Not to mention those teeth were broken down into the gum and were anything but easy to remove. He's just all around amazing!! I'll never hesitate to have him work on me again.
Amairani Padilla: Dr. Guard and Lindsay were wonderful, very nice and understanding. I enjoyed my first visit with them. The only reason why I’m not giving my experience 5 stars is because I had to wait months to get an appointment. Not all the receptionists are well informed about the scheduling procedure.
Matthew Bradley: I went in for 2 broken teeth, I waited in line for 30 minutes. once I reacted the counter I told her I needed help for 2 broken teeth. The woman turned me away because I didn't have Medicare. She said and I quote, " we are a Medicare faculty and do not take non government insurance."
Shonda Rhynes: There are a few doctors here who genuinely seem to care about you and your well being, but there are some whi seem to just be there to do the job and that's all. It's a toss up sometimes on who you're actually getting. For the docs who do care 5 stars!
David Baird: Had a very positive experience. Doc had great bedside manner.
David Sherri: Good experience here. Got in early and the wait was short. Dr. Andrew Benbow and staff were excellent.
Michelle Elizabeth: What the hell is a minor injury or sickness!? I called to ask if they’re open. I was told only if it’s minor injuries or sickness. Very rude person as well.
Jill Stevens: This place is ok for Covid test but I’ll stick to my doctor. The doctor I saw hear was hateful because I didn’t know what a certain procedure was
Mel Hawkins: Crystal helped me book a appointment for a broken tooth in the front and she was extremely nice and helpful. She got me in the same day I called. Awesome lady !
Denita Tiller: Quick in and out. Helpful and polite staff
Hannah: Been trying to get in for 8 months. This is a ridiculous system. New patients can't just make appointments, you have to call everyday at 7:30 in the morning and hope they have an opening. I guess they think poor people don't have jobs or lives.
Austin Payton: Terrible experience went in and was told I'd be informed if I needed to pay more than the 50 dollars for the visit before I had to make payment this did not happen I also asked multiple people at the end of my visit for confirmation on my amount owed it was confirmed to me that my 50$ covers everything then I received a 300$ bill in the mail with not so much as an apology when I asked for an explanation just a bunch of liars and snakes steer clear
Steven Smith: what a complete joke and waste of time
the honeyman: Don't waste your time. Doctor wouldn't even walk in the room. If there are certain conditions, like high blood pressure, you won't even look at, maybe list it somewhere so people can see it before they waste an entire morning sitting in your waiting room.
jerusha haling: If you are in need of medical treatment, this isn’t the place to go. Go anywhere else, but here!
Charity: I am very disappointed. I came here because I was not feeling well and haven't for weeks. My work pressured me to find out what was going on. So I came here to Jorden Valley Express care.. Dr did a covid test said it was negative. Then told me to get an eye exam that is hes solution for one of my multiple systems. .. I then asked him about other testing because I am not only having headaches. literally told me an mri would cost me 500 dollars and that he doubted that I would want to do that.. All based off of me asking how much he covid test was going to cost. He also talked down the flu test because even if I was to test positive there was nothing he would be able to do.. he gives me a Dr. Note for two days.. but puts the incorrect return date. I come immediately to get it resolved and they are closed. Totally makes me feel like they didn't Even bother to help me today. I have been here before and never been so disappointed with my Doctor. My Dr. note shows Brady Stark was my provider.
Amy Carlock: I went to express dental for 2 broken teeth to get extracted. He tells me to take Tylenol since I'm allergic to NSAIDS. Is this the 18th century? I asked for pain medication and they treated me like a drug seeker. Don't go see Dr. Hale. Poor bedside manner and rude. I just had 2 teeth pulled...not looking to get high. Just not be in serious pain. I'd rather pay dental er than go back to him.
Tanya Ruth: We have had many calls I have placed to this office everyone the lady refused to transfer me to a supervisor and claims were threatening her than hangs up on us
Mandy Mathewson: Being self employed with no insurance, this place has been a blessing. The doctors and staff are always kind and compassionate. Thank you so much for keeping our community healthy!
Emilie Bird: I will never recommend Jordan Valley for mental health services. They wouldn’t keep to their schedule and I got shuffled around to different providers. This is one of the worst experiences I’ve had when it comes to this type of service.
Judith Bathgate: After I was supposed to have a root canal done scheduling me out for 4 weeks while approving my payment schedule. They decided when I came back in it for weeks that they can no longer do the root canal and my tooth would have to be extracted! The next thing I know a few months later now my tooth that they pulled not only did they not give me long enough for the sedation to kick in they ended up giving me six shots while trying to tell me it's just pressure it wasn't pressure I felt! It was my tooth cracking that they left part of the root in when they cracked my tooth! As a dentist that's been supposedly in the field for over 40 years, how is it that you don't pay attention when a tooth is cracked down the root my mouth has been painful for the past week it is not healed up it isn't even closed I cannot eat and I have to wait to get in??!! How negligent of you and you're proud of the work that you give people?

CoxHealth Quick Care - Hy-Vee: what do users think?
BreAnna Perillo: Sitting here since 9:42am it’s now 10:13am on a Saturday and no one is here. The hours on google say they open at 9:00am and the sign on the door says 10:00am. Maybe they need to adjust their hours of operation then adjust it on google so people don’t waste a trip here and sit for 30 minutes waiting and no one shows up. Very disappointing.
Melinda Rogers: Fast friendly and very helpful, dr had many suggestions to help me out ,was very thoughtful and took time to explain
sscady1231: Was able to get an appointment quickly and there was no wait at all. Staff was friendly and helpful. Wish I had found it sooner.
Leslie E: Drove over an hour to be seen by a “professional”. Check in was easy and the wait time wasn’t long because we had secured an appointment online. Once my daughter’s name was called she went back, was seen in a matter of probably 10 minutes and ushered to the door. I asked what she was told by the doctor and she said they told me just to go get some cold medicine over the counter. No sooner had my daughter walked out they had the closed sign on the door. Our experience was not from a caring and concerned professional. I would not recommend this place!!
Jamie Luaces: Best experience I have ever had at any kind of clinic. They listened to me, they were friendly and they were direct. I would recommend to anyone.
Amanda Musgrave: Went there during business hours on a Friday afternoon. Waited for an hour and a half and no one ever showed up.
Lainey Casper: DO NOT GO HERE!!! It is extremely frustrating that I even have to leave 1 star. My primary Dr was booked so I took a chance going to this location because of an assumed ear infection. The door was locked and once the receptionist "Shannon" made it to the door she said they wouldn't be able to see me because they were going to lunch in 15 min....15 mins and there were NO OTHER patients waiting. I explained that I was in a lot of pain and that my primary referred this location and that I didn't think it would take too long. She said no, I would need to be tested for Covid. I told her that I had been vaccinated and she said it didn't matter. I then said, that I had gone through all of the proper steps to be seen at this location. I asked if they would see me after their lunch break but she said "I don't know..." I said again that I was in a lot of pain and that there was still 15 min until their lunch. She said hang on and shut the door, coming back a little bit later to say I could be seen. SO INCREDIBLY UNPROFESSIONAL. BTW there are no lunch hours listed anywhere, to my knowledge. The nurse practitioner looked in my ears and said she couldn't see anything wrong and that she couldn't really help and to just continue doing what the other Dr had told me. The only "advice" I was give was to plug my nose and blow really hard "like a cartoon". I asked about the severe red rash on my neck and my bright red ear and she asked if I had been scratching. I said no, and she said, "ok well that's all I can do". She quickly ushered me out the door. I immediately called another Dr and was seen. They said that I had a severe ear infection that had traveled into my neck and needed antibiotics right away. They also told me to report my experience at this location, which I have. I have never experienced anything like this before in a medical office. I called this location back and said I was very unhappy and the receptionist Shannon said, "ok report us."I have reported them to CoxHealth.

CoxHealth Medical Mile Clinic: what do users think?
Gabriele Barber: Started seeing Whitney Davis D.O. in September since my last doctor moved away. She met me for short time and said she had other patients to see. Scheduled me for September and then Scheduled me for October for an annual but was cancelled til November 22. Then I got a letter stating she was no longer working for Cox before my Annual was due. Looked at patient portal which said I don't need an annual by LPN Maggie Caudill until after 3/30/22. I feel totally devastated by this.
Carol Smith: Dr. Whitney Davis is the best. She found answers to my complicated medical issues no one else bothered to find. Everyone at this clinic has shown kindness and compassion. Now have to make appt. With different DO..
Marishka Harp: If I could give 0 stars, I most definitely would. Husband went in for a severe sore throat that started on Sunday night. He waited 2 and a half hours to be seen. Once he did get seen they told him it was allergies. My husband asked for a Covid test and they acted like it was a hassle and hinted at him leaving without receiving the test. They didn’t give him any information on the covid test either. This place is irresponsible and the staff is rude.
Clay Harp: If you ever wanted a 2 hour wait for a 5 minute appointment this is the perfect place.
Charles Talley: Beyond negative stars!!!!Most disgusting medical facility on the planet (if you call it one)! A direct example of how low the US medical system has become.Don't even attempt to go to this clinic they will treat you like absolute dirt. Look at ALL the reviews and how badly they treat people. They need to be shutdown!!!! There are countless reviews on how badly they treat people. This place is full of miserable people who hate their jobs, they are in the wrong profession. Will be calling the authorities on this place and it's staff.
Marleighna Claunch: I have been seeing Dr. Bray for a couple years now and I have been very happy with the professional care from all of the staff here. Dr. Bray addresses all of my questions and I can reach her through the Cox Health app with questions outside of my visits. I would recommend this clinic to anyone.
Lindsey Crain: Don’t go here unless you’re perfectly healthy 100% of the time and never need medical help. Been going here for years and the one time I come in with concerns about health issues they tell me to drink more fluids. And I had to call them for that info. Got my test results on the portal and they never followed up.
Lillian Carroll: I had an appointment at the Welcome Clinic part of this office to follow up an Urgent Care visit. I sat in the waiting room for an hour and a half pasted my appointment time before I was seen. They didn't seem to be busy, and they quickly saw the ten or so people already in the waiting room before my appointment time. They then saw to twelve or so more patients, without appointments, who came in after me. I don't really see the point of making appointments if they are not going to be honored. A few minutes past is understandable, but an hour and a half is not. The actual visit took ten minutes and was equally a waste of time. To make things worse, I missed another appointment to get a COVID-19 vaccine because of this. Cox Health needs to seriously review how a clock and appointments work.
Brenda Villegas: Worst clinic (enough said)
incredible_catch: When I first coming here I had no issues. Now all of a sudden I’ve had nothing but issues. Over a week ago I came in for a blood test I need for school in order to go to clinical. I waited 40mins in the lab waiting area even though I was the only person there. There wasn’t anyone in line or in the lab at this time. 30 mins beyond my scheduled appointment time I finally got called in. The woman who drew my blood then had me wait another 10-15 mins in the lab because apparently there wasn’t an order in for my test that I scheduled two days prior. Finally it worked out and I was thankful to get out of there. I asked how long it would take to get results. She said beginning of next week. It’s now the end of the next week. 2 days before it’s due for school and no results back yet. I will be finding a new primary care doctor so I don’t have to deal with this place anymore. I just called to check on it and spoke with a rude woman who seemed like she didn’t know what she was doing. I now have an appointment to just get the vaccine instead of waiting for titer to come back. I’ve wasted my time and now I’m put back in school for this. I understand it’s not there fault if the lab doesn’t get results back when they say but she also apparently couldn’t even see that I was awaiting test results. Very frustrating to be honest.
laurneà Jarman: The other staff i worked with were fine, but the male receptionist wasted my time and money because he had no idea of what he was talking about. I feel that if you are going to work in the medical field, you need to be on your a game at all times and make no mistakes because patients trust in everything you say. Giving wrong information and costing patients more money doesn't look good on the company and I now have low expectations for this place. Hopefully whenever i finally get to meet my new doctor (someone i was supposed to meet today, but was a lie) they will turn the experience around.
Dawn B: If I could give “0” stars I would. Doctors are great but the receptionist was horrible. Having a newborn at home I had to make special arrangements for a sitter in order to make my appointment. When I arrived I was told that the appointment was not set for another week. The person I had spoke to on the phone and give me the wrong date. Liz was the receptionist. Very very rude. My appt. was for a very simple routine of having blood work done. Liz, the receptionist, waited on every other customer before me. I had to wait 30 minutes in the office before being told that I could not be seen. Horrible, horrible experience. Liz was unprofessional, rude, and somewhat incompetent.
Linda Contreras: Dt.Whitney Davis is the best doctor ever as well as the staff and nurses...I love them all..they deserve a 10
Melissa Fitzwater: I took my elderly father there to get a covid test. His personal Dr and their staff arranged a covid test for him at this particular clinic. He even received a text explaining where to go and at what time. We show up only to be turned away saying they don’t see covid patients. The front desk guy was beyond rude to my father who was sick and not feeling well. They were wanting him to download an app on his phone to do a virtual visit with a dr to just get an appointment for a test. His personal Drs office with Cox was the one who said to go the the Medical Mile Clinic. Whoever is at their front desk needs a class in compassion and customer service. This was their fault and there is no real plan on how to handle their covid patients. Thankfully, I called around to the VA and was able to to do a drive thru test immediately with no hassle.
Grace Heisler: Wiah i could give negative stars.. I called to ask about refill, the male nurse was so rude he actually told me tonstop talking and then hung up on me. I called and complained and I received a certified letter telling me I was no longer a patient. Dr Pendergrass doesn't care about patients at all. Only her nurses.
Yumie Bradley: I wish I could give negative stars! I have never been more appalled at how my dad was treated at this visit (I was with him). It was so insulting it took everything in me to not just walk out -and I wasnt even the patient!Im also work in a clinic, so I know it gets hectic and crazy. However, when you walk into a patient’s room, instead of just typing on the laptop placed on the bed, rushing the MA out -at least say who the heck you are! We had no idea who was talking to us until she (Sherry NP) gave us her business card at the end. She also had another lady with her (I am assuming a student?) but who knows because once again, neither said anything. We gathered she was in a hurry to leave because he was her last patient. I do understand how sometimes we have other obligations, and need to be on a schedule. But once again, she could have stated that she was on limited time, but would be happy to help best she can. She did barely looked up from her laptop, kept interrupting my dad, and kept dismissing his immediate concern -the reason for the appointment, “we will need you to make another appointment to address that”She made the appointment more difficult because she had trouble understanding what meds he is on, and instead of just asking him, she kept talking over him and interrupting. She had literally the worst bedside manner I have ever witnessed, and I have worked in many areas of the hospital and clinics. She kept saying, “I’ll send it in later, I’ll look up that report later, I dont have time.” Definitely not convinced he will get good care. I am furious she didnt even address whatsoever the chest pain and SOB. The MA was nice, but really didnt know a lot, and she wasnt even taking good notes while my dad explained a list of procedures he’s had -so much for keeping an accurate medical history. The receptionist was the only good thing about this visit, she was very kind and patient, Michelle I think is her name.My dad is a little bit chatty (and once again, I “get it” when you have those patients that talk but you feel behind) but today Cox failed miserably in patient care, bedside manners, and acting like decent people. He was dejected and sad by the end of the appointment. We will ensure all his medical records (if accurate even, at this point) will be moved to Mercy, where I know he will get better, more compassionate care anyways. He only went to Cox today because he was hoping to stay established and not cause trouble.Cox has been great in the past, and sometimes there will be mess ups or an off day. But today was absolutely unprofessional and horrible. Never again.
Nathaniel Merritt: Horrible place to have anything done. nurses are rude and have major attitudes. the entire building is very dirty and unprofessional. I will be finding a new doctor asap and want to let any parents know that they are not family friendly and your child will not be welcome or be allowed to be in the building
Brooke Obrey: I really liked Dr. Davis! I was kind of nervous choosing a general doctor because you want one you mesh with. She really listened and came up with different solutions we could try.
Julie McQueen: Staff seem very knowledgeable and caring.
Angie Ormsby: Unbelievably rude and lacking any compassion which is the main purpose and reasons Dr make the big bucks...i went three times with no results, zero!
Jennifer Newberry: They are great but they need to help with finding help with mental health.

Mercy Clinic Family Medicine - E. Kearney: what do users think?
Jenna Meyers: I had an amazing experience with the receptionists and the nurses, but let me say I have had Inna Bates as a doctor twice and every time she has been condescending. She has laughed in my face when communicating my health concerns and each time i’ve had to heavily advocate for my needs to be listened to. I have never been literally bullied in a medical facility and left so embarrassed in my life, I have truly never been treated worse. Please please discuss common bedside manners because she really has none.
Lesa: I love this place,
Chad Edwards: These people are the most incompetent staff you could ever imagine. Avoid this place and the staff like the plague. And Liz is a rude and downright careless individual . Nothing but bad attitudes and zero help and or care.I have reached out to the owner several times via email and have not heard a thing. It is also important for anyone that is thinking of utilizing this clinic's services that they are not actually part of Mercy hospital at all. I found that out when I made my complaint to Mercy hospital relations. They told me these clinics are independently owned and just use the Mercy name.STAY FAR FAR AWAY from these rude and unprofessional doctors and staff at this location. Just read some of the other reviews below mine.
Duane Drake: Dr.Sethi and the staff are amazing. Dr.Sethi listen to all of your Medical concerns and helps you finds all of the best options. My whole family goes to the clinic highly recommend. Thank you Dr.Sethi and staff for everything you do for my family and I.Blessings
Melinda Mitchell: I will never go back to this clinic. I have been going there for over 20 years. But because they can't keep drs and i have not been sick in a year since the last dr left I am no longer a patient. I made an apt last week for this week and they confirmed the apt. I go today and they tell me they can't see me because I'm not a patient. They have my files and again I have gone to this clinic for over 20 years. They wanted to make another apt. No thank you!!! I would NOT recommend this clinic to my worst enemy!! Do better, Mercy!!!
Maria Cristina Gomez Navarro: I made an appointment to the doctor as I hit my head last Friday and I wanted to check that everything goes well and do some tests. as my primary care docotor is not available until the beginning of April, I made an appoitnment with Doctor Kunalpreet for today Wednesday, well I have received a call from the clini saying that the doctor said that he cannot see me, that I must go with my Primary care doctor. Well I am not sure if it has been a decision from the doctor, or it is a decision of the clinic and they are blaming the doctor. What I will say is that if I have any complications and this has not been properly checked because of Merci decision, be prepaired because I am going to lawsuit this clinic, there is no criteria. Healthcare is definitely a business here instead of a right to take care of people (that we are paying for). FUTURE PATIENTS don't go to this clinic.
Cordelia Stanford: This clinic turned to worse when Dr. Scott Bartkoski left. Mercy lost one great pcp. Will not go back to that clinic. Dr. Guginani treats patients like a bully. No about their questions about their care.
Jenn Jacques: Unfortunately, the staff does not respond to multiple refill requests (via phone, faxed from the pharmacy, and on the MyMercy site) in a timely manner, IF AT ALL. I sent the first request for my child's Effexor XR (an SNRI with horrible withdrawal symptoms) on Sunday, November 1st via the MyMercy site. On Tuesday, Walmart Pharmacy faxed them a refill request and my husband called their office. On Thursday, we had Walmart Pharmacy fax them again. On Friday, both my husband and I called into their office to make SURE it would be done before the weekend - the lady I spoke with assured me that it would be faxed before the end of the business day.So Saturday morning, out of her medication and frantic at the thought of going through withdrawals all weekend, my daughter and I sat on hold for the Telehealth nurses for over an hour in order to have the on-call doctor send in a prescription we had already requested SIX TIMES over seven days... only to be told that the doctors at this Mercy Clinic on E. Kearney have a STRICT guideline that NO on-call doctor be contacted regarding refills.Thankfully, the nurse I spoke with put me through to her manager who, after hearing our situation, approved paging the on-call doctor but offered no guarantee they would call in the prescription, which they did finally end up doing.BOTTOM LINE: There's no way getting a script for a refill from your PCP should take SEVEN DAYS.We won't even get into the time the nurse gave our other child a vaccination and said, "Yeah, sometimes that HPV vaccination can really sting." RIGHT AFTER WE TOLD THEM WE DID NOT WANT HER GETTING THE HPV VACCINATION!!! The nurse says she just misspoke and our child was given the correct vaccination (allegedly) but I seriously almost had a heart attack.
Gabriele Pearce: dr sethy is one of the kindest doctors my husband and i have ever been to.she is very knowledgable and will listen to you.i am always recomending her to friends and family.
The Kelderhouse's: I love Mercy but NOT this clinic. Dr. Hull is ATROCIOUS. It appears that she may not be there anymore and if not than mercy did it's patients a HUGE favor. She is/was rude, obnoxious, uncaring, horrible bed side manner, didn't listen only wanted to hear herself talk.
Justin Aplin: Went in today, 3-6-2020. All of the staff was extremely friendly including Dr Bartkoski. Dr Bartkoski took the time to listen and interacted in a very friendly manor. I hate going to the doctor, but he is one that I will be back if I need anything. I had an 8:15 appointment and by 8:10 I was already in the room getting everything done that they needed. Thank you very much for the very friendly environment, it really helps when a patient is nervous.
TheRuffianCrash: Truly appalling clinic. The receptionists were rude and refused to help despite my politeness. My husband and I will never return to such an incompetent office who cares nothing for their patients or their needs.
c slimp: I had my first appointment with Dr. Sethi today and she was fantastic. The reception was quick and friendly, the nurses were very nice, the whole experience was a breeze! Dr. Sethi was patient and attentive. I hadn't been in for a check up for a few years and had to find a new PCP. I had plenty of questions and a few concerns and I can tell she cares about her patients. I would %100 recommend her as a primary care physician.
Richard Wilson: worse doctor I've experienced in years
thomas j kelly esq: The Doctors, nurses, techs, and all of the other team members perform most professionally. All are polite and courteous. And I thank you very kindly, indeed.
Sally Underwood: Doctor Bartkoski is Great Doctor. He saved my life because he listened and got me on correct medication.
Carol Greene: First visit with Dr. Sethi and I was very impressed with the entire experience. The clerk who checked me in was professional and personable, I was seen right on time and Dr. Sethi was extremely patient and respectful, explaining what she was going to do and getting my permission to proceed. She gave me many opportunities to ask questions and listened to my concerns. The lab tech was professional (barely felt that needle!) and personable as well. I would recommend this office to anyone needing a primary care physician.
Cody Osborn: Dr. Bartkowski is a great listener and well educated doctor.
Kassie Carson: This office is honestly ran horribly. First of all, information is ‘missing’ from patient paperwork when we know for a fact it was there to begin with. Secondly, you can make countless phone calls yet will never speak to anyone past the front desk. The front desk is the only way to leave a message and half the time they *laughing* ‘must have forgot to send it.’ I’ve received letters from other dr offices stating they unfortunately are needing to cancel an appointment due to months of being unable to speak to anyone there. Thirdly, this office apparently does not have a ‘manager’ so there’s no one to speak to in regards to solving an issue. A patient is now going without medication because this dr office sent the script to the WRONG pharmacy. 3 hours later no solution. If I could give this office zero stars I would as I think a single star is far too much.
Helen Smith: Dr Bartkoski knows his medicine and how to take care of his patients! I've recommend him to my friends because he's the most thorough Dr I've been to in a long time that has not tried to put you on a lot of different medications that you don't need. Instead he just gives you the medications to face the issues that you're dealing with as well as checks blood work on a regular basis to make sure that the medications are working for you would never change Dr whatsoever and the technicians that take blood are always the best and thorough and know how to do it I've had many in the past that I've had issues of getting my blood and these girls here know exactly how to do it thank goodness without any bruising or any pain.
Jack Albers: Worst doctors office I have ever been to. Please avoid this location and all Mercy locations for that matter. They do not care about helping but only to collect and throw you to the curb. I injured my knee weightlifting and went in for my knee to get looked at. The doctor just felt around my knee saying your fine while my knee is swollen two times the size of my other knee and THEN charging me over $400 for literally nothing and THEN miscoded my accident injury as a check up so my insurance covered barely anything. Very unprofessional medical scam artists is what they should be called. Please do yourself and family a favor and avoid at all cost!!!

Family Medical Care Center: what do users think?
Marah elah simkins: I was born in sprngfield missouri!
Ash Heaston: So just got here ten min. ago. I made sure phone was charged and brought a blanket because hospitals are always freezing and the last time I went to a cox hospital (south) I had been there five hours. It was horrible. Cox north was fast. No waiting room. Straight to a bed. Doctor came in after being in the room immediately. Every one was super kind! Thanks guys.
Anne: When I took my mother there the ER was very dirty people throwing up all over. Plus my mom had a broken hip and they didn't even catch it on X-rays. Had to go there for the x-ray because it was the soonest to get her the x ray . Right had to do it all over and said wouldn't go there ever again.
Sarah Perrette: Horrified at the series of events that's happened at cox the last few days. 😭💔*Edit*I changed my review because I didn't understand what was going on with my loved one. Im learning more everyday....most of the nurses here have been very kind, informative and compassionate.
Gannen Garoutte: Staff is hateful, bed had puke or something on it when they brought me into the room. Super rude don't bring your family there waste your time go to mercy
Shalala Davis: Came in for pain and couldn’t sit or anything. Told to go home and call the doc tomorrow to get a MRI. They know it’ll be WEEKS before I get that done and they don’t care. I can’t drive due to pain but let’s make sure I can’t get my scripts by making me drive. I’m sure this just cost me $2000 and I could have stayed home over it. Also didn’t get my work note. Sure that will be another $100
Laura Schilling: I was seen at the ER last night for abdomen pain. From the moment I walked in to the time I left, the staff was courteous and the nurse I had went above and beyond. This was my first time there & seeing all the security guards right when you walk in had me concerned initially but after being in there for more 10 minutes, you can see why there’s security. Overall, I would come back to the ER if I needed to be seen after hours like last night.
David Asher: I went from mercy to cox when cox ran a ct scan my spotted lungs were no longer spotted and they failed to treat the massive lung infection i went in for what a sad joke they made bank i still got pneumonia.
Bobby Pastor: One star is way to good for all hospitals in springfield. They need to revamp the medical system for quick and efficient service. Not a 6 hour tour. This is the reason we pay for high medical insurance and can't afford to go to the hospital I think we all need to demand the action to be taken for better service than what we are getting
Patience Nelson: You guys in the waiting room before I went in the psych ward stole my nine diamond ring band I'm still very unhappy that it is gone and am debating on a sue
Allan Kiser: I have had so many family members with awful experiences. Quite frankly, I hope this place gets wrecked by a natural disaster as this would be the best thing for the community. This place kills people.
K. Lavin: They have some real HUGE issues with scheduling. I am on week 3 of calling to get a CT Scheduled. Dr orders and Ins. auth. are there. I have been hung up on, passed to radiology just to be sent back to centralized scheduling where I sit on hold for about 6 min, then get a mailbox to leave a message. I never get a returned call for scheduling.
Brian Clark: This place is a joke. they didn't check my heart or lungs or nothing while I'm sitting here barely able to breath. Been here for over 3 hours so far. They don't care if u die!!!! At least do proper testing before putting someone back to the waiting room
Megan Goins: Once they get you in a room and they make you wait an hour or more before the doctor comes in. When you’re just here for a simple check up. Past month I come in once a week and every time they make me wait an hour or more before I’m seen
Jacob Fletcher: The front desk staff was very nice and helped me with everything I needed to do in order to find the right place. However when I went back to get my physical and drug test they would not let my wife back there although right before that a patients wife was let back there with him. I did not appreciate that I felt like I was lower then anyone else and my wife was not happy either.
Eric Weiskopf: Morgan on third floor went over and above to help a family member
Phillip Barron: This place won't even answer the phone. All I need is a refill on my prescription.
Michael “Steven” Henricks: Cox Health can never answer the phone and then when they do answer the phone you get some lady that's absolutely hateful to you when you just trying to explain what's going on doctors will never call in refills either they'll promise to say that they're going to have all your refills taken care of but then you go a week and a half without your pills worth hospital ever
john casey: If I could leave a negative review I would. My son has had many ear infections and finally got referred to ear nose a throat on the 9th of Aug. We were told to wait for a phone call we did but after a week we tried leaving messages talking to the doctors nothing. Then I call again today (sep6) and find out nothing has been done and he has no appointment. My son is sick again thanks to his doctor for letting this slip by and also this department too. Now I’m being milked again for more money I don’t have going further into debt. Thanks Cox for taking more money and putting my son through more pain. Now he has to wait til the 21st of Sep.
Jaymie Condren: No wait at all compared to mercy 11 hour wait.
Joanna Stoltzfus: The billing department is extremely difficult to work with....to put it mildly.

Mercy-GoHealth Urgent Care: what do users think?
Micelle Huff: Everyone was polite and helpful. They promptly and carefully exrayed my broken wrist & explained the situation. They comforted my hand, wrist and arm with a nice wrap and sling. Then further They provided me with an appt with a wonderful PA at the orthopedic hospital clinic. Much appreciated all of their care and guidance Thank you to all of my Care Team at Mercy-Go-Health Urgent Care.
Bunny Lane: NP explained everything & caring. It was the location on E Republic Rd in Springfield Mo
Lee Ann Roark: I have a puncture wound that became infected. Not realizing how serious it could ultimately be I just “doctored” it myself by washing it followed by a splash of hydrogen peroxide and isopropyl alcohol. Bad idea.[OK my cat bit me when we were playing with a string and he sunk his eye tooth deep into my forearm]Three days of my taking care of it resulted in a nasty, ugly, stinky thing. At my husband’s urging I went to the Mercy Urgent Care in the Mager Center at the corner of Republic Rdand Cox Rd.The ladies at the front desk who greeted me were so sweet and helpful. I got checked in right away thanks to Brooklyn and Robin whocould not have been more efficient. Soon I was called back to an exam room. Right away a doctor who introduced himself as Derek, came into examine my wound. He did what a great doctor would do. As he took care of my arm he education me as to how serious it could have been and what to clean a puncture with (definitely not hydrogen peroxide nor isopropyl alcohol). After getting a tetanus shot I went home with everything I needed for the next few days to properly clean, disinfect, and dress my arm, plus a prescription for an antibiotic.I’ve had some terrible experiences in my past visits to urgent care. Thanks to the kind and efficient help from BROOKLYN, ROBIN, andDR. DEREK I feel confident that this painful, nasty cat bite will heal in due time and all will be well.PS I failed to mention that I’m not your average patient in that my immune system is compromised as a result from a kidney transplant and so a wound such as this left untreated could be very serious even deadly.
Lora Smith: Super easy reserving my visit online. Wonderful staff.
Delilah Hargis: Excellent Doctor very much appreciated the explanation on medication. Wonderful advice. Concern about blood pressure.Give me advice on checking it and did.Blood pressure is fine now
Crystal Hamilton: The staff at this location are very good. They are always accommodating and do a comprehensive job. With two active sons, we have been frequent visitors. Schedule online and you will be in and out in decent time.
DaddysGirl99: They were helpful and kind
Heather Leverich: I showed up right when they opened after making an appointment for the afternoon on a Sunday. They were able to get me in right away. I was back in a exam room being treated within 15 minutes. I had a prescription and was out the door in less than an hour. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. They took my insurance and we're conveniently located for me. I would definitely go back again if I needed urgent care.
Nix 89: Horrible front desk customer service. The older lady with glasses is rude and disrespectful. I brought my 4 year old in because she has an ear infection and fever . I asked her how come 3 people who came after us went back before my daughter. She said EXTREMELY RUDELY"because she was a walk in if you wanted her to be seen faster you should have made an appointment."
Freda: Very nice and professional best at what they do and very caring
Mary lou Lewis: An all around good experience.
Susie Frieze: They were ready for me when i got there great Nurse Practitioner definitely recommend
Rod Solina: Absolutely terrible wait times....4 employees sitting around doing nothing. One Nurse Practioner caring for a room full of patients.
Christie Greenway: The office was very nice, cleanThe women at the desk were helpful and open about the wait for a walk inThe nurse who took me back was exceptionally polite and explained everythingNurse practitioner was helpful and interested in helping me.
Jonathan Herron: Incompetent and perpetuating covid through inability to contact an insurance provider. Don't go here if you want good treatment, in fact avoid Mercy all together
Barbara Mitchell: The staff are professional and the office is always clean. I feel welcome when I enter, even if I don't have an appointment. The staff is helpful in finding answers and giving medical advice.
Nicole Morris: This. Place. They coded my visit incorrectly from 11/28/21. I came in for a strep test and they continue to code it as an non-emergent use of an emergency room. THIS IS AN URGENT CARE. I have been fighting them for 15 months. An absolute joke. I have in writing it was coded incorrectly but they REFUSE to fix it, after an insane amount of calls to my insurance and their billing department. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.
Jordan Nimmo: Mask required policy but employees don’t follow their own rules. Either follow you policy if patients are truly unsafe or give it up. I complied. “Resistance is futile”
Kimberly Youngblood Julian: Do not go here for Covid testing unless you have $364.00 to spend.
Kristian Gilliland: If you’re scheduling your appointment online or via phone, be sure to do so 1-2 hrs ahead of time. You’ll be waiting that in the waiting room at minimum after your appt time.
Warren Reynolds: Made my appointment online, was seen within a short time period after my arrival. Seen by PA J Ellis, very professional, concerned for my condition. He recommended a course of treatment that has proven effective. Will return to this facility if needed
