Amairani Padilla: Dr. Guard and Lindsay were wonderful, very nice and understanding. I enjoyed my first visit with them.The only reason why I’m not giving my experience 5 stars is because I had to wait months to get an appointment. Not all the receptionists are well informed about the scheduling procedure.

Matthew Bradley: I went in for 2 broken teeth, I waited in line for 30 minutes. once I reacted the counter I told her I needed help for 2 broken teeth. The woman turned me away because I didn't have Medicare. She said and I quote, " we are a Medicare faculty and do not take non government insurance."

Shonda Rhynes: There are a few doctors here who genuinely seem to care about you and your well being, but there are some whi seem to just be there to do the job and that's all.It's a toss up sometimes on who you're actually getting. For the docs who do care 5 stars!

Austin Payton: Terrible experience went in and was told I'd be informed if I needed to pay more than the 50 dollars for the visit before I had to make payment this did not happen I also asked multiple people at the end of my visit for confirmation on my amount owed it was confirmed to me that my 50$ covers everything then I received a 300$ bill in the mail with not so much as an apology when I asked for an explanation just a bunch of liars and snakes steer clear

Charity: I am very disappointed. I came here because I was not feeling well and haven't for weeks. My work pressured me to find out what was going on. So I came here to Jorden Valley Express care.. Dr did a covid test said it was negative. Then told me to get an eye exam that is hes solution for one of my multiple systems. .. I then asked him about other testing because I am not only having headaches. literally told me an mri would cost me 500 dollars and that he doubted that I would want to do that.. All based off of me asking how much he covid test was going to cost. He also talked down the flu test because even if I was to test positive there was nothing he would be able to do.. he gives me a Dr. Note for two days.. but puts the incorrect return date. I come immediately to get it resolved and they are closed. Totally makes me feel like they didn't Even bother to help me today. I have been here before and never been so disappointed with my Doctor. My Dr. note shows Brady Stark was my provider.

Amy Carlock: I went to express dental for 2 broken teeth to get extracted. He tells me to take Tylenol since I'm allergic to NSAIDS. Is this the 18th century? I asked for pain medication and they treated me like a drug seeker. Don't go see Dr. Hale. Poor bedside manner and rude. I just had 2 teeth pulled...not looking to get high. Just not be in serious pain. I'd rather pay dental er than go back to him.

Emilie Bird: I will never recommend Jordan Valley for mental health services. They wouldn’t keep to their schedule and I got shuffled around to different providers. This is one of the worst experiences I’ve had when it comes to this type of service.

Judith Bathgate: After I was supposed to have a root canal done scheduling me out for 4 weeks while approving my payment schedule. They decided when I came back in it for weeks that they can no longer do the root canal and my tooth would have to be extracted! The next thing I know a few months later now my tooth that they pulled not only did they not give me long enough for the sedation to kick in they ended up giving me six shots while trying to tell me it's just pressure it wasn't pressure I felt! It was my tooth cracking that they left part of the root in when they cracked my tooth! As a dentist that's been supposedly in the field for over 40 years, how is it that you don't pay attention when a tooth is cracked down the root my mouth has been painful for the past week it is not healed up it isn't even closed I cannot eat and I have to wait to get in??!! How negligent of you and you're proud of the work that you give people?

Christina Gonzalez: My entire family and I have followed Dr. Casteel to the Kingsley location, South Springfield. She cares for her patients and explains every step every time. She’s very knowledgeable and a great teacher. She has done amazing work in bringing our smiles back! She has worked on my husband’s and my front teeth and they’re beautiful, nice and smooth. Her team will remember you and do a great job as well. The front staff is so nice and welcoming too. And their office manager Sheri is the most kindest person you’ll ever meet. If you’re looking for your forever clinic, Jordan Valley on Kingsley is the place for you!

Brandy Herron: Honestly sickens by the fact they refuse to see my husband even though he has insurance because he owns his own business and was hurt on a job. Absolutely disgraceful for a doctor's office.

Joe Brandel: My family and I have been going to this location since they open this location. Absolutely the best service you're going to get anywhere in town. This one little building takes care of all our medical needs. The dental hygienist is actually fantastic. She actually does what she supposed to without beating me up she's not rough at all.

Krystyna Chastain: If i could give them 0 stars I would. Couldn't bother to call me until 10 minutes before my daughters' appointments to tell me their provider was not in today. They had a dentist appointment too so I went in anyway for that. Walked in and there was nobody to check us in for 5 minutes. Dentist appointment went well, the staff was kind and professional. Can't say I recommend the medical side at all.Update on 8/11/22 Don't recommend the dental either they have cancelled my appointment 3 times in the last 6 months rendering me unable to get in to see a dentist in a timely manner. We will never return.

Heather Spurlock: I’ve never had an issue with Jordan Valley before, other than having like 3 doctors during my pregnancy back 4 years ago and my last doctor (Cunningham) making me feel stupid when I asked questions regarding my pregnancy health as a first time mother, so I let that go and continued under their care. I received a text from Jordan Valley letting me know my daughter’s yearly well check was due and I needed to schedule her appointment by the 19th of May. I received the text on Monday, April 4th 2022 and called them that day to schedule the appointment. They scheduled the appointment for Monday, May 23rd 2022 at 3:20 P.M. I took off work to have this appointment. So let’s go to Wednesday, May 18th 2022 when I received a phone call from the Kingsley location asking if we could reschedule my daughter’s appointment. I told the woman that I took off work to have my daughter’s check up and would see if I could reschedule with my boss. She told me to call her back if I couldn’t and said in a condescending tone, “and we’ll see if we can move someone else around.” So, I called her back and told her I was unable to reschedule it and needed to keep it for then. The lady said she would notate that and would see my daughter and I on Monday, May 23rd 2022. Let’s fast forward to the DAY OF my daughter’s appointment at 9:20 A.M. (six hours prior) and I receive a phone call from Jordan Valley, assuming it’s a confirmation call. I answered and a woman stated that they were going to have to reschedule my daughter’s appointment because her doctor wasn’t able to make it in that day, and apologized. SIX HOURS PRIOR TO THE APPOINTMENT. I took the entire day off only for them to lead me on believing they’d be seeing my daughter for her wellness check. They knew she wasn’t coming in when they called me on Wednesday (5/18) but yet still told me she’d see my daughter on 5/23 at 3:20 P.M. THAT is NOT okay to do to your clients. I understand things coming up, but is it a coincidence that they called me 6 days prior asking to reschedule and the doctor just “didn’t show up” the day of? Not at all. Instead of leading me to believe Cindy would see my daughter, they should’ve just said she wouldn’t be in instead of trying to please me and then cancel 6 hours prior to her appointment. I am disappointed and will be looking for another medical provider for my daughter. I would not recommend this facility to anyone who is pregnant or to take their child there for their child’s care. Completely disrespectful and unacceptable.

Trisha Marie: I actually didn't mind going to the dentist for once. Everyone working here was friendly and kind, it made me feel comfortable and calm. I went in for a cleaning and they did a fantastic job! The atmosphere was nice too. I highly recommend this location.

Skylar Kinnaird: At the beggining seemed really nice and helpful. They didnt give me many to any options and i thought thats just how bad the state i was in was, that i had no options. So i was willing to take whatever they were willing to give me. I ended up with one flipper which i stated didnt loook right or feel well fitting and they begged to differ that it was how it should be. Then with two front fillings they cautioned me were weaker than normal teeth, no bitting into apples, but didnt go into depth about any eating limitations. Even then i was nervous of breaking them so ate all soups amd softs...and one filling lasted 7 days while the other 10. I go back to get them filled and they waot until afterwards to tell me that they are for looks, not for eating and will break and thati cannot eat anything harder than a banana for the rest of my life. Currently seeking a different dentist and different options as now i know other options do exist. Very unhappy with my care and honestly falling into a depression as my teeth both dont look good at all and dont even function as teeth.

Carrie roat: This facility is the best ! We have seen Dr. Cindi for the past 4 years and can only say praises for her and the staff. They are helpful, kind, compassionate and truly care about the patients and their families. We just love them !!!!!

Elizabeth Morris Bryant: Jordan Valley Family Care on Kingsley is top notch. The staff truly care about their patients. This is from the front desk to the exam rooms. They encourage and help their patients and are not judgmental. A perfect balance of professional and one of the family. They go above and beyond each and every day. The providers are competent, knowledgeable, and work with patients. They listen. They care. They are doing what they love and it shows.If you aren't being heard by your primary care doctor, or just don't feel a part of your own health equation, give these practioners an opportunity to show you a better practice style.

Lance Lathrop: I receive excellent medical care here. Robyn Yost is amazing. Not only is she very knowledgeable, she listens and doesn’t make you apprehensive to ask a question. Connie wears many hats and is always pleasant and the clinic manager is great too!

Dylan Woods: I agree with the other poster who said most of the staff at this clinic are polite to patients. They also seem knowledgeable about their jobs. The clinic is new, clean and in good condition. She, however is not the first person who has had a problem with Connie the receptionist. Connie has a long history of being spiteful to the most helpless people in society, especially when nobody else is around. Connie's behavior improves when other clinic employees are within earshot, but she definitely has a sadistic streak and if you can deal with anyone other than her, do so.

Greg Edwards: They were nice when my caseworker was present, went in by my self and was treated horribly. They accused me of misusing or abusing my meds very loud, so that the full waiting room got an earful, and when they realized they were the ones who made a mistake, no apology was given. They just left me a voicemail that was patronizing and hurtful. They helped me until I got Medicaid, but it was not a pleasant experience .

Dee Adamson: I have to say most of the staff are very nice and sweet. They all love there jobs and they make sure they take very good care of patients. My only problem is the receptionist up front her name is Connie. I find her to be very rude and disrespectful. She always has an attitude every time I come in. And she treats people like they are stupid. She has that I don't care to help u attitude I'm just here for a paycheck. Maybe she should find another job since she has such poor attitude towards uninsured people.
