Julie Crowe: Every interaction I've had with every single staff member has always been 10/10. Everyone is professional, kind, and approachable. The office is clean and very nice, though could use some updating decor-wise lol. The care is impeccable, and the compassion unmatched anywhere. I can't recommend Dr. Kratz and his nurse practitioners enough. This is one health care provider who will invest time in finding answers, not just write a script for a symptom and send you on your way. Seriously, this place and everyone there are EXCELLENT!!!

Sheree Sullivan: I always read reviews before I go to a doctor or buy something and I thought these must be fake reviews because there were so many positive reviews. I had to find a new OB-GYN because I moved here about 10 years ago and just went back to my previous state to my previous OB-GYN when I had to have a checkup. As a post menopausal woman I am now having problems and my previous OB-GYN has retired so I had to find a new one in Springfield closer to me. I googled doctors who treat obese women in Springfield and found Dr kratz and saw all the good reviews. When I called they got me right in within a week. Everyone in Dr kratz's office have been very friendly and make you feel very comfortable and Dr kratz works very hard to try to find out what is wrong with you. As a person of my size I can say that I do not like going to doctors and I know there are a lot of other women who do not go to doctors for that reason but I can honestly say that I actually like Dr kratz and his staff better than I did my previous OB-GYN whom I went to for over 40 years because they are so non-judgmental and make you feel so comfortable and work hard to find out what your problem is.

So twice I just hang up because of non helpful she wants to be almost like detirring you from using thier service for some reason.

Adrien Thompson: PP has helped me thoroughly with my needs since the first day. They have been polite and understanding in all of the questions I've had in regarding my health and decisions, and I am someone who asks a lot of questions. Because I am a low-income person, PP has assisted me with providing financial aid that is funded by the government. I have never had an appointment that was more than the funds I had available in my own pocket, and all the medicines that I have been prescribed have been easy on my budget as well. PP also provides me with free medical supplies that I need at home that lasts months for me, and they are kind enough to take care of my Sharps containers when the containers have reached capacity. They gave me a new larger Sharps container for free, so that I couldn't have to pay ~$20 at the pharmacy! Thank you Planned Parenthood Joplin and Springfield.

Leg-ace-y: Going in for birth control is painless and easy. But I tried calling recently to ask a question and no one answered the phone. I figured they were understaffed so I waited for 20 minutes on hold before giving up. I called again a couple hours later and received the same result. 40 minutes wasted. How hard is it to pick up the phone and answer a simple question? Why should I drive across town for a simple question??

Ashley Van buren: Do not go through planned parenthood for any gender affirmation care!!!! Do not do it!!! Please find a doctor or anywhere else. They will make appointments and then overbook not once but 4 times over. They do not care about helping people.

What good is a website if not accurate? Wasted time and resources. They do great things here but please be more accurate on your website

nki calloway: The front staff is great, and I’ve heard lots of great things about their OB’s. Unfortunately I chose the wrong one and am unable to switch. If you have to go here, do not choose Ballman. Huge mistake and it’s cost me plenty of money and my health.
