Family Medical Walk-In Clinic: what do users think?
Ross Angel: I usually have few issues, but lately i have been appalled at one nurse practitioner. Now, i am polite and remember to thank the nurses every time i go (I'm chronically ill and go to doctors often) and I've even tried to be kind to this nurse to no avail. Chantelle S Allan is a cruel woman. She talks down to me, refuses to listen to my concerns, has made injuries i get hurt more by agitating the area, and has been overall vicious. I needed a doctors note for workers comp at one point, and she told me they didn't do that here (despite me having gotten it before from another doctor there with no issue) And that she wouldn't give me one but that she could give me a one day note. If i was a healthy person, it'd be no issue, but I'm not, and I'm tired of leaving there feeling worse after seeing her. However i applaud the other nurses, who are phenomenal and always kind even if they haven't had a good day. Thank you to the nurses who actually care about what they do and who they treat.
Elita Lickteig: I recently had a woman specific exam here and if ya know ya know - it’s an awkward adventure to begin with, but this tale makes it extra special! So I go in for my exam..1. Didn’t wait until I assumed the position (or advised what that would be to be most comfortable) so it began with me sitting up, propped on both hands and on the edge of my seat…2. Asked my V shaped form to open medical equipment for them as they somehow had both hands busy down there.3. I suppose I could have laid down at this point and used both hands to hold and tear the package open, but had an overwhelming fear of things going haywire if I moved wrong, so I did this using one hand to hold myself and the other to grasp the package and tear it open with….my teeth, before tapping on my knee so it poked out like a beverage straw and pointing it in their direction to grab and use.Just like that we were done and I was told I could redress, so they were timely in their process for one thing. However, I thought the experience to be very interesting and found the professionalism this place demonstrates undetectable.
Tammy Wallace: I've always had a pleasant experience here until yesterday. The Dr was rude, callous n very unprofessional. He didn't even introduce himself. I will be finding a new urgent care clinic
Amber Hutchison: The only urgent care I will take my kids to. The nurses and doctors talk to them directly and are so wonderful with children. I can actually relax here and know that my kids are receiving the best care in Springfield
Evy Jones: I highly recommend to anyone seeking fast and focused care. Found myself repeatedly thanking the staff just for being so fantastic. A great atmosphere and great people. They were able to refer me to a specialist and get me an appointment not 2 hours later, which is very impressive. Thank you Dr. Laurie and the nurse practitioners for being awesome. Will definitely be my first choice moving forward.
Ric Spivey: When we called and told them we needed a physical for an adult so that i could adopt my son, they said they would do it. When I showed up, the receptionist first said no, and then said I needed to bring a form in with what they needed to check for in the physical, and they would do it. I bring the paper in, and they tell me they only do physicals for little kids, which is creepy, I don't understand where they get off confusing people by giving them mixmatching information baised on how they feel at the time. If you're gonna do physicals and tell someone you're gonna do a physical, then do it, but don't get their hopes up and toss them aside because you only want to check little kids. I will not be trying this place for any future needs, either for my kids or myself.
Tabitha G: I wish I would have taken these comments seriously. This clinic misdiagnosed me, I ended up going into the hospital to find out I had something serious causing my symptoms. When I informed them of this, the doctor was extremely rude and wanted me to pay the FULL AMOUNT again to be seen for this condition, despite not getting any help the first time and a misdiagnosis. She spent less than 2 minutes listening to my symptoms only to misdiagnose me... These physicians do not care about you or what you're going through. They care about fast money, you're better off going to the ER.
Randi F: I know why they have low stars now... they have 1 good doctor ( Dr. P.) and 1 good secretary... all the rest are snobby stuck ups that don't care... Dr. Charnell has a horrible attitude..... they won't let me speak to a nurse when I call and ask they just repeat "come in" ... I have been into that clinic 2 times in one week and the 2nd time they didn't do anything and made us sit there for 4 hours while my wife was throwing up and shaking and didn't care. Which is weird because the 1st time when we went in when Dr. P was there we received good care.
Carol McCarthy: Today we had Urgent care visit for & the female Dr. on duty recognized that my daughter has been dealing with untreated asthma for 4 months
Delacey Short: I’ve been coming to this clinic for 2 years and Nancy is amazing, thorough, friendly and always has a smile on her face!! 10/10 recommend this clinic for all your needs!
Dan Stoltzfus: Took our 9 month old here that had been dealing with a bad cough and fever for about 3 days and really wanted to sure she doesn't have something serious. Our primary care was out of town at this time.. Oh and BTW had an ear infection which we knew for a fact per our primary care. After a few quick pokes the Dr. said no ear infection and just a common cold, give her some infant Tylenol. Literally. After dealing with 2 more nights of screaming, crying baby we decided to get a 2nd opinion. 2nd opinion resulted in rsv and yes ear infection still present. Seriously rsv!!?? Had we not been pouring every home remedy in her that we knew of we probably would have ended up in the hospital. Please do not take your babies here.
Tom Penland: as an extremely incompetent facility. This was a $5400 mistake for us. That's what it cost us with the ER and EMSA bills. Ironically, when EMSA was transporting our son they told him this place is "joke"...…They misdiagnose people all the time. If you are in need of medical care in Springfield stay clear of this place.
Judy Hillman: Excellent care very friendly and professional staff. Convenient hours.
Jeanene K.: Glad the Nixa Clinic is open again. Good to see the familiar faces again.
aj B: The closing staff turned my sick 4 year old away at 7:59 with the doors open and the clinic fully staffed this was extremely unprofessional and lazy and I just want it to be known that the staff on duty during January 12th at 7:59 pm should be held responsible for this laziness.
Lacey Kozemczak: It’s always so nice to come in myself or have my family seen. I work at this clinic, so my family and extended family are always messaging me to see which clinic I’m at to come be seen. They always tell me the have the best experiences. I love working here, it’s like having another family. Everyone is very accommodating and efficient. I hate that we sometimes have long waits, but with it being flu season and Covid rearing it’s ugly head again, the waits can be kind of long.
Greg Kenny: Went in on a weekend for a work injury. Was seen quickly just had to wait on X-ray tech to arrive and hour later. Everyone was friendly and knowledgeable.
Audrey Belden: The doctor didn’t bother to actually test me for anything. Just said it was the flu. Then he told me to take ibuprofen for the muscle aches…if he would have checked my medications list he would know I cannot take ibuprofen as it is contraindicated with one of my medicines. He seemed very full of himself.
Kristi Medlock: Friendly and fast treatment.
Michael Seeley: I got here at 415pm. Took over an hour to get taken back. Got my vitals taken and all that, and now have been waiting over an hour for the doctor. It's almost 7pm. Just had a guy knock on the room door, start to open it, then when I said something he responds with "Just checking to see if someone was in here" and leaves.
Beto Barrientos: Friendly staff, thank you

Family Medical Care Center: what do users think?
Marah elah simkins: I was born in sprngfield missouri!
Ash Heaston: So just got here ten min. ago. I made sure phone was charged and brought a blanket because hospitals are always freezing and the last time I went to a cox hospital (south) I had been there five hours. It was horrible. Cox north was fast. No waiting room. Straight to a bed. Doctor came in after being in the room immediately. Every one was super kind! Thanks guys.
Anne: When I took my mother there the ER was very dirty people throwing up all over. Plus my mom had a broken hip and they didn't even catch it on X-rays. Had to go there for the x-ray because it was the soonest to get her the x ray . Right had to do it all over and said wouldn't go there ever again.
Sarah Perrette: Horrified at the series of events that's happened at cox the last few days. 😭💔*Edit*I changed my review because I didn't understand what was going on with my loved one. Im learning more everyday....most of the nurses here have been very kind, informative and compassionate.
Gannen Garoutte: Staff is hateful, bed had puke or something on it when they brought me into the room. Super rude don't bring your family there waste your time go to mercy
Shalala Davis: Came in for pain and couldn’t sit or anything. Told to go home and call the doc tomorrow to get a MRI. They know it’ll be WEEKS before I get that done and they don’t care. I can’t drive due to pain but let’s make sure I can’t get my scripts by making me drive. I’m sure this just cost me $2000 and I could have stayed home over it. Also didn’t get my work note. Sure that will be another $100
Laura Schilling: I was seen at the ER last night for abdomen pain. From the moment I walked in to the time I left, the staff was courteous and the nurse I had went above and beyond. This was my first time there & seeing all the security guards right when you walk in had me concerned initially but after being in there for more 10 minutes, you can see why there’s security. Overall, I would come back to the ER if I needed to be seen after hours like last night.
David Asher: I went from mercy to cox when cox ran a ct scan my spotted lungs were no longer spotted and they failed to treat the massive lung infection i went in for what a sad joke they made bank i still got pneumonia.
Bobby Pastor: One star is way to good for all hospitals in springfield. They need to revamp the medical system for quick and efficient service. Not a 6 hour tour. This is the reason we pay for high medical insurance and can't afford to go to the hospital I think we all need to demand the action to be taken for better service than what we are getting
Patience Nelson: You guys in the waiting room before I went in the psych ward stole my nine diamond ring band I'm still very unhappy that it is gone and am debating on a sue
Allan Kiser: I have had so many family members with awful experiences. Quite frankly, I hope this place gets wrecked by a natural disaster as this would be the best thing for the community. This place kills people.
K. Lavin: They have some real HUGE issues with scheduling. I am on week 3 of calling to get a CT Scheduled. Dr orders and Ins. auth. are there. I have been hung up on, passed to radiology just to be sent back to centralized scheduling where I sit on hold for about 6 min, then get a mailbox to leave a message. I never get a returned call for scheduling.
Brian Clark: This place is a joke. they didn't check my heart or lungs or nothing while I'm sitting here barely able to breath. Been here for over 3 hours so far. They don't care if u die!!!! At least do proper testing before putting someone back to the waiting room
Megan Goins: Once they get you in a room and they make you wait an hour or more before the doctor comes in. When you’re just here for a simple check up. Past month I come in once a week and every time they make me wait an hour or more before I’m seen
Jacob Fletcher: The front desk staff was very nice and helped me with everything I needed to do in order to find the right place. However when I went back to get my physical and drug test they would not let my wife back there although right before that a patients wife was let back there with him. I did not appreciate that I felt like I was lower then anyone else and my wife was not happy either.
Eric Weiskopf: Morgan on third floor went over and above to help a family member
Phillip Barron: This place won't even answer the phone. All I need is a refill on my prescription.
Michael “Steven” Henricks: Cox Health can never answer the phone and then when they do answer the phone you get some lady that's absolutely hateful to you when you just trying to explain what's going on doctors will never call in refills either they'll promise to say that they're going to have all your refills taken care of but then you go a week and a half without your pills worth hospital ever
john casey: If I could leave a negative review I would. My son has had many ear infections and finally got referred to ear nose a throat on the 9th of Aug. We were told to wait for a phone call we did but after a week we tried leaving messages talking to the doctors nothing. Then I call again today (sep6) and find out nothing has been done and he has no appointment. My son is sick again thanks to his doctor for letting this slip by and also this department too. Now I’m being milked again for more money I don’t have going further into debt. Thanks Cox for taking more money and putting my son through more pain. Now he has to wait til the 21st of Sep.
Jaymie Condren: No wait at all compared to mercy 11 hour wait.
Joanna Stoltzfus: The billing department is extremely difficult to work with....to put it mildly.

Bethesda Medical Care: what do users think?
Shirley Blades: Very caring
Melody Cutbirth: They are wonderful here. The doctor takes his time and actually listens to you. It is very refreshing.Kind, supportive and caring
Rob Helfer: My Wife and I have been a patient with Dr. Graham for 3 years and am highly pleased with their service and personal attention
Joshua Parson: Did my Air Medical Exam here. Super nice staff, practically no wait time. For those looking for a more traditional style of care, this fellow seems like he would be a great doc.
Matt Yates: Dr. Graham is amazing. You will not find a Doctor who cares more. He will always spend the time needed with you personally. Do not hesitate to call them.
T.j. Landis: I tell everybody who will listen about Bethesda. Dr. Graham is the most caring Dr. I’ve ever been to. He spends time with me and actually listens to what I say. Discuses treatment and Rx options so that I have a say. The office staff negotiates for reduced pricing for outside specialist visits and Rx I have needed. This is by far the best medical care I have ever received.
Kendra Lotter: Great doctor's office. Staff are friendly and prompt. Dr. Graham is great to work with. This his how going to the doctor should be!
Joy Kelsen: First class professional care, excellent personal service. I love that I can email and get quick answers, and can usually see Doc Graham within a day. By far the best value in medicine in Springfield. Have been a patient 3 years, and will continue.
Carl Long: Love Dr. Graham and his staff. You will not find a nice group of people in the medical field. They truly do care about your well-being. First time I've ever been to see a Dr. that actually spent more than 5 minutes with me. Dr. Graham will spend the necessary time to make sure you are properly diagnoised and treated.Office is absolutely beautiful. Hardly looks like a Dr's office.

CoxHealth Medical Mile Clinic: what do users think?
Gabriele Barber: Started seeing Whitney Davis D.O. in September since my last doctor moved away. She met me for short time and said she had other patients to see. Scheduled me for September and then Scheduled me for October for an annual but was cancelled til November 22. Then I got a letter stating she was no longer working for Cox before my Annual was due. Looked at patient portal which said I don't need an annual by LPN Maggie Caudill until after 3/30/22. I feel totally devastated by this.
Carol Smith: Dr. Whitney Davis is the best. She found answers to my complicated medical issues no one else bothered to find. Everyone at this clinic has shown kindness and compassion. Now have to make appt. With different DO..
Marishka Harp: If I could give 0 stars, I most definitely would. Husband went in for a severe sore throat that started on Sunday night. He waited 2 and a half hours to be seen. Once he did get seen they told him it was allergies. My husband asked for a Covid test and they acted like it was a hassle and hinted at him leaving without receiving the test. They didn’t give him any information on the covid test either. This place is irresponsible and the staff is rude.
Clay Harp: If you ever wanted a 2 hour wait for a 5 minute appointment this is the perfect place.
Charles Talley: Beyond negative stars!!!!Most disgusting medical facility on the planet (if you call it one)! A direct example of how low the US medical system has become.Don't even attempt to go to this clinic they will treat you like absolute dirt. Look at ALL the reviews and how badly they treat people. They need to be shutdown!!!! There are countless reviews on how badly they treat people. This place is full of miserable people who hate their jobs, they are in the wrong profession. Will be calling the authorities on this place and it's staff.
Marleighna Claunch: I have been seeing Dr. Bray for a couple years now and I have been very happy with the professional care from all of the staff here. Dr. Bray addresses all of my questions and I can reach her through the Cox Health app with questions outside of my visits. I would recommend this clinic to anyone.
Lindsey Crain: Don’t go here unless you’re perfectly healthy 100% of the time and never need medical help. Been going here for years and the one time I come in with concerns about health issues they tell me to drink more fluids. And I had to call them for that info. Got my test results on the portal and they never followed up.
Lillian Carroll: I had an appointment at the Welcome Clinic part of this office to follow up an Urgent Care visit. I sat in the waiting room for an hour and a half pasted my appointment time before I was seen. They didn't seem to be busy, and they quickly saw the ten or so people already in the waiting room before my appointment time. They then saw to twelve or so more patients, without appointments, who came in after me. I don't really see the point of making appointments if they are not going to be honored. A few minutes past is understandable, but an hour and a half is not. The actual visit took ten minutes and was equally a waste of time. To make things worse, I missed another appointment to get a COVID-19 vaccine because of this. Cox Health needs to seriously review how a clock and appointments work.
Brenda Villegas: Worst clinic (enough said)
incredible_catch: When I first coming here I had no issues. Now all of a sudden I’ve had nothing but issues. Over a week ago I came in for a blood test I need for school in order to go to clinical. I waited 40mins in the lab waiting area even though I was the only person there. There wasn’t anyone in line or in the lab at this time. 30 mins beyond my scheduled appointment time I finally got called in. The woman who drew my blood then had me wait another 10-15 mins in the lab because apparently there wasn’t an order in for my test that I scheduled two days prior. Finally it worked out and I was thankful to get out of there. I asked how long it would take to get results. She said beginning of next week. It’s now the end of the next week. 2 days before it’s due for school and no results back yet. I will be finding a new primary care doctor so I don’t have to deal with this place anymore. I just called to check on it and spoke with a rude woman who seemed like she didn’t know what she was doing. I now have an appointment to just get the vaccine instead of waiting for titer to come back. I’ve wasted my time and now I’m put back in school for this. I understand it’s not there fault if the lab doesn’t get results back when they say but she also apparently couldn’t even see that I was awaiting test results. Very frustrating to be honest.
laurneà Jarman: The other staff i worked with were fine, but the male receptionist wasted my time and money because he had no idea of what he was talking about. I feel that if you are going to work in the medical field, you need to be on your a game at all times and make no mistakes because patients trust in everything you say. Giving wrong information and costing patients more money doesn't look good on the company and I now have low expectations for this place. Hopefully whenever i finally get to meet my new doctor (someone i was supposed to meet today, but was a lie) they will turn the experience around.
Dawn B: If I could give “0” stars I would. Doctors are great but the receptionist was horrible. Having a newborn at home I had to make special arrangements for a sitter in order to make my appointment. When I arrived I was told that the appointment was not set for another week. The person I had spoke to on the phone and give me the wrong date. Liz was the receptionist. Very very rude. My appt. was for a very simple routine of having blood work done. Liz, the receptionist, waited on every other customer before me. I had to wait 30 minutes in the office before being told that I could not be seen. Horrible, horrible experience. Liz was unprofessional, rude, and somewhat incompetent.
Linda Contreras: Dt.Whitney Davis is the best doctor ever as well as the staff and nurses...I love them all..they deserve a 10
Melissa Fitzwater: I took my elderly father there to get a covid test. His personal Dr and their staff arranged a covid test for him at this particular clinic. He even received a text explaining where to go and at what time. We show up only to be turned away saying they don’t see covid patients. The front desk guy was beyond rude to my father who was sick and not feeling well. They were wanting him to download an app on his phone to do a virtual visit with a dr to just get an appointment for a test. His personal Drs office with Cox was the one who said to go the the Medical Mile Clinic. Whoever is at their front desk needs a class in compassion and customer service. This was their fault and there is no real plan on how to handle their covid patients. Thankfully, I called around to the VA and was able to to do a drive thru test immediately with no hassle.
Grace Heisler: Wiah i could give negative stars.. I called to ask about refill, the male nurse was so rude he actually told me tonstop talking and then hung up on me. I called and complained and I received a certified letter telling me I was no longer a patient. Dr Pendergrass doesn't care about patients at all. Only her nurses.
Yumie Bradley: I wish I could give negative stars! I have never been more appalled at how my dad was treated at this visit (I was with him). It was so insulting it took everything in me to not just walk out -and I wasnt even the patient!Im also work in a clinic, so I know it gets hectic and crazy. However, when you walk into a patient’s room, instead of just typing on the laptop placed on the bed, rushing the MA out -at least say who the heck you are! We had no idea who was talking to us until she (Sherry NP) gave us her business card at the end. She also had another lady with her (I am assuming a student?) but who knows because once again, neither said anything. We gathered she was in a hurry to leave because he was her last patient. I do understand how sometimes we have other obligations, and need to be on a schedule. But once again, she could have stated that she was on limited time, but would be happy to help best she can. She did barely looked up from her laptop, kept interrupting my dad, and kept dismissing his immediate concern -the reason for the appointment, “we will need you to make another appointment to address that”She made the appointment more difficult because she had trouble understanding what meds he is on, and instead of just asking him, she kept talking over him and interrupting. She had literally the worst bedside manner I have ever witnessed, and I have worked in many areas of the hospital and clinics. She kept saying, “I’ll send it in later, I’ll look up that report later, I dont have time.” Definitely not convinced he will get good care. I am furious she didnt even address whatsoever the chest pain and SOB. The MA was nice, but really didnt know a lot, and she wasnt even taking good notes while my dad explained a list of procedures he’s had -so much for keeping an accurate medical history. The receptionist was the only good thing about this visit, she was very kind and patient, Michelle I think is her name.My dad is a little bit chatty (and once again, I “get it” when you have those patients that talk but you feel behind) but today Cox failed miserably in patient care, bedside manners, and acting like decent people. He was dejected and sad by the end of the appointment. We will ensure all his medical records (if accurate even, at this point) will be moved to Mercy, where I know he will get better, more compassionate care anyways. He only went to Cox today because he was hoping to stay established and not cause trouble.Cox has been great in the past, and sometimes there will be mess ups or an off day. But today was absolutely unprofessional and horrible. Never again.
Nathaniel Merritt: Horrible place to have anything done. nurses are rude and have major attitudes. the entire building is very dirty and unprofessional. I will be finding a new doctor asap and want to let any parents know that they are not family friendly and your child will not be welcome or be allowed to be in the building
Brooke Obrey: I really liked Dr. Davis! I was kind of nervous choosing a general doctor because you want one you mesh with. She really listened and came up with different solutions we could try.
Julie McQueen: Staff seem very knowledgeable and caring.
Angie Ormsby: Unbelievably rude and lacking any compassion which is the main purpose and reasons Dr make the big bucks...i went three times with no results, zero!
Jennifer Newberry: They are great but they need to help with finding help with mental health.

Mercy Clinic Family Medicine - E. Kearney: what do users think?
Jenna Meyers: I had an amazing experience with the receptionists and the nurses, but let me say I have had Inna Bates as a doctor twice and every time she has been condescending. She has laughed in my face when communicating my health concerns and each time i’ve had to heavily advocate for my needs to be listened to. I have never been literally bullied in a medical facility and left so embarrassed in my life, I have truly never been treated worse. Please please discuss common bedside manners because she really has none.
Lesa: I love this place,
Chad Edwards: These people are the most incompetent staff you could ever imagine. Avoid this place and the staff like the plague. And Liz is a rude and downright careless individual . Nothing but bad attitudes and zero help and or care.I have reached out to the owner several times via email and have not heard a thing. It is also important for anyone that is thinking of utilizing this clinic's services that they are not actually part of Mercy hospital at all. I found that out when I made my complaint to Mercy hospital relations. They told me these clinics are independently owned and just use the Mercy name.STAY FAR FAR AWAY from these rude and unprofessional doctors and staff at this location. Just read some of the other reviews below mine.
Duane Drake: Dr.Sethi and the staff are amazing. Dr.Sethi listen to all of your Medical concerns and helps you finds all of the best options. My whole family goes to the clinic highly recommend. Thank you Dr.Sethi and staff for everything you do for my family and I.Blessings
Melinda Mitchell: I will never go back to this clinic. I have been going there for over 20 years. But because they can't keep drs and i have not been sick in a year since the last dr left I am no longer a patient. I made an apt last week for this week and they confirmed the apt. I go today and they tell me they can't see me because I'm not a patient. They have my files and again I have gone to this clinic for over 20 years. They wanted to make another apt. No thank you!!! I would NOT recommend this clinic to my worst enemy!! Do better, Mercy!!!
Maria Cristina Gomez Navarro: I made an appointment to the doctor as I hit my head last Friday and I wanted to check that everything goes well and do some tests. as my primary care docotor is not available until the beginning of April, I made an appoitnment with Doctor Kunalpreet for today Wednesday, well I have received a call from the clini saying that the doctor said that he cannot see me, that I must go with my Primary care doctor. Well I am not sure if it has been a decision from the doctor, or it is a decision of the clinic and they are blaming the doctor. What I will say is that if I have any complications and this has not been properly checked because of Merci decision, be prepaired because I am going to lawsuit this clinic, there is no criteria. Healthcare is definitely a business here instead of a right to take care of people (that we are paying for). FUTURE PATIENTS don't go to this clinic.
Cordelia Stanford: This clinic turned to worse when Dr. Scott Bartkoski left. Mercy lost one great pcp. Will not go back to that clinic. Dr. Guginani treats patients like a bully. No about their questions about their care.
Jenn Jacques: Unfortunately, the staff does not respond to multiple refill requests (via phone, faxed from the pharmacy, and on the MyMercy site) in a timely manner, IF AT ALL. I sent the first request for my child's Effexor XR (an SNRI with horrible withdrawal symptoms) on Sunday, November 1st via the MyMercy site. On Tuesday, Walmart Pharmacy faxed them a refill request and my husband called their office. On Thursday, we had Walmart Pharmacy fax them again. On Friday, both my husband and I called into their office to make SURE it would be done before the weekend - the lady I spoke with assured me that it would be faxed before the end of the business day.So Saturday morning, out of her medication and frantic at the thought of going through withdrawals all weekend, my daughter and I sat on hold for the Telehealth nurses for over an hour in order to have the on-call doctor send in a prescription we had already requested SIX TIMES over seven days... only to be told that the doctors at this Mercy Clinic on E. Kearney have a STRICT guideline that NO on-call doctor be contacted regarding refills.Thankfully, the nurse I spoke with put me through to her manager who, after hearing our situation, approved paging the on-call doctor but offered no guarantee they would call in the prescription, which they did finally end up doing.BOTTOM LINE: There's no way getting a script for a refill from your PCP should take SEVEN DAYS.We won't even get into the time the nurse gave our other child a vaccination and said, "Yeah, sometimes that HPV vaccination can really sting." RIGHT AFTER WE TOLD THEM WE DID NOT WANT HER GETTING THE HPV VACCINATION!!! The nurse says she just misspoke and our child was given the correct vaccination (allegedly) but I seriously almost had a heart attack.
Gabriele Pearce: dr sethy is one of the kindest doctors my husband and i have ever been to.she is very knowledgable and will listen to you.i am always recomending her to friends and family.
The Kelderhouse's: I love Mercy but NOT this clinic. Dr. Hull is ATROCIOUS. It appears that she may not be there anymore and if not than mercy did it's patients a HUGE favor. She is/was rude, obnoxious, uncaring, horrible bed side manner, didn't listen only wanted to hear herself talk.
Justin Aplin: Went in today, 3-6-2020. All of the staff was extremely friendly including Dr Bartkoski. Dr Bartkoski took the time to listen and interacted in a very friendly manor. I hate going to the doctor, but he is one that I will be back if I need anything. I had an 8:15 appointment and by 8:10 I was already in the room getting everything done that they needed. Thank you very much for the very friendly environment, it really helps when a patient is nervous.
TheRuffianCrash: Truly appalling clinic. The receptionists were rude and refused to help despite my politeness. My husband and I will never return to such an incompetent office who cares nothing for their patients or their needs.
c slimp: I had my first appointment with Dr. Sethi today and she was fantastic. The reception was quick and friendly, the nurses were very nice, the whole experience was a breeze! Dr. Sethi was patient and attentive. I hadn't been in for a check up for a few years and had to find a new PCP. I had plenty of questions and a few concerns and I can tell she cares about her patients. I would %100 recommend her as a primary care physician.
Richard Wilson: worse doctor I've experienced in years
thomas j kelly esq: The Doctors, nurses, techs, and all of the other team members perform most professionally. All are polite and courteous. And I thank you very kindly, indeed.
Sally Underwood: Doctor Bartkoski is Great Doctor. He saved my life because he listened and got me on correct medication.
Carol Greene: First visit with Dr. Sethi and I was very impressed with the entire experience. The clerk who checked me in was professional and personable, I was seen right on time and Dr. Sethi was extremely patient and respectful, explaining what she was going to do and getting my permission to proceed. She gave me many opportunities to ask questions and listened to my concerns. The lab tech was professional (barely felt that needle!) and personable as well. I would recommend this office to anyone needing a primary care physician.
Cody Osborn: Dr. Bartkowski is a great listener and well educated doctor.
Kassie Carson: This office is honestly ran horribly. First of all, information is ‘missing’ from patient paperwork when we know for a fact it was there to begin with. Secondly, you can make countless phone calls yet will never speak to anyone past the front desk. The front desk is the only way to leave a message and half the time they *laughing* ‘must have forgot to send it.’ I’ve received letters from other dr offices stating they unfortunately are needing to cancel an appointment due to months of being unable to speak to anyone there. Thirdly, this office apparently does not have a ‘manager’ so there’s no one to speak to in regards to solving an issue. A patient is now going without medication because this dr office sent the script to the WRONG pharmacy. 3 hours later no solution. If I could give this office zero stars I would as I think a single star is far too much.
Helen Smith: Dr Bartkoski knows his medicine and how to take care of his patients! I've recommend him to my friends because he's the most thorough Dr I've been to in a long time that has not tried to put you on a lot of different medications that you don't need. Instead he just gives you the medications to face the issues that you're dealing with as well as checks blood work on a regular basis to make sure that the medications are working for you would never change Dr whatsoever and the technicians that take blood are always the best and thorough and know how to do it I've had many in the past that I've had issues of getting my blood and these girls here know exactly how to do it thank goodness without any bruising or any pain.
Jack Albers: Worst doctors office I have ever been to. Please avoid this location and all Mercy locations for that matter. They do not care about helping but only to collect and throw you to the curb. I injured my knee weightlifting and went in for my knee to get looked at. The doctor just felt around my knee saying your fine while my knee is swollen two times the size of my other knee and THEN charging me over $400 for literally nothing and THEN miscoded my accident injury as a check up so my insurance covered barely anything. Very unprofessional medical scam artists is what they should be called. Please do yourself and family a favor and avoid at all cost!!!

Jordan Valley Community Health Center: what do users think?
Johanna E. guerrero: Lindsey was very nice and Dr. Reeds were knowledgeable. Made a nice and friendly atmosphere for my fillings and root canal.
Tim Gould: I showed up at 7 am like I was told and at 1 pm I still had not been seen or even talked with anyone besides check in
Little CHRIS: I was seen by Lindsay and Dr. D for a filling and wisdom removal consult. Lindsay was very sweet and Dr. D. Smith did a great job explaining why my wisdom teeth hurt and why they needed removed. Would highly recommend Dr. D. Smith.
Rebecca Johnson: Dr Derek and Debbie have made my son so comfortable in the dentist chair. I appreciate their care and compassion for my son and his health.
Dallas Bozman: Dr. Derrick and Debbie were great!
Chris Woodson: First and foremost I would like to start with the staff they were wonderful ladies. They were very nice made me feel very comfortable coming there. I will recommend this place to anyone I give them 10 stars they didn’t have enough stars on here for me to put it and I would like to thank the Dentist he was phenomenal. Pulling my tooth out. I felt no pain . He was a very nice guy Wonderful took care of me very well, if I have any more work that I need done to my teeth I think I’m a take that drive from Florida to Springfield Missouri great job guys
Haley N: Everyone is so nice and it always smells really good in there.
Diamond Hightower: My dental assistant Lindsay went above and beyond to make sure I got seen today for a new patient exam and cleaning!! Also, Dr. Garde was amazing as well and very nice!!
Tahoni Waskoviak: Dr Todd and his assistant Josiah are great and accommodating
sierra stewart: I had Tiana and Dr Garde today for my 6 month checkup and they were awesome!! They were very good at listening and providing the best options for my dental needs :)
Maleana Miner: Had some fillings done by Dr. Todd and Kelsie and they were amazing! They are very good at making you feel comfortable and relaxed during all that drilling!
susan galchenko: I just got my root cancel done. They did it so fast, Debbie and Dr Derrick did an amazing job! Asked me throughout my appointment if i was okay and if i was in any pain. I love this clinic. Also it was PAINLESS. I've been a patient for over 10 years.
Megan Skipper: I saw Dr Derek and Lindsay and I was very happy with with their treatment and the answers to my questions I had. I would definitely come back to them!!!
Taylor Wakeman: What kind of worthless clinic doesn't take Care Credit? I guess I'll just die then.
Selena Terranova: This is the best place to get dental done. My whole family goes here and I recommend them to everyone. Today I saw Nakayla and Dr. Vargas - great as always.
Zach Dyer: I don't recommend getting care from this facility. They changed my doctor so many times I couldn't even keep track of who my doctor was. When I requested a temporary prescription refill until my next doctors appointment they didn't call back. When I tried again they told me because I hadn't seen my doctor for two years. When I tried to schedule with my doctor they wouldn't put me on the schedule and to call back. When they did put me on the schedule they put me 2 weeks out. Then the day before my appointment they call me and cancel my appointment because they claim the doctor went to a different practice. I will not ever be getting any of my medical care from this facility ever again.
Gloria Hughes: I was given 2 appointment times for a virtual meeting for behavior health. I e b3n trying for a while to get reestablished since moving back to the area. Soo I called for verification and no answer. So to be sure I didn't miss my appointment I logged in at the first appointment time given. When no one arrived 15 minutes in I logged out and waited for the second appointment time. Again nothing. So I called the office to left them know I had been waiting but no one showed . 17 minutes after the second appointment time the therapist calls apologies for the lateness. I explained to her how she expected my prompt arrival to scheduled times and that now I have to get ready for work cause I waited an hour and 17 minutes for nothing and to be made to feel like I wasn't worth the time to keep her appointment. Thanks therapy.
chris brightonclassics: I've just recently started using Jordan Valley for my dental needs. Dr. Derek and his assistant Lindsey were amazing! So kind, patient and gentle, all qualities that make a dental appt non-truamatizing. I'm so pleased with my dental services that I will now be making appointments with a pcp for all my medical needs. Highly recommend!
Nancy Smith: Everything went smoothly! Just wish they would of explain things before they did them.
Katie Darlington: Would be nice if I was treated more like a human. The Dr. barely acknowledged me. Just did his job and left. I don’t even think he told me his name.
Stumppy2u: Everything went fine. Short wait time. Staff was very helpful.

Mercy Clinic Family Medicine - W. Kearney: what do users think?
Katherine Crossman: The doctor and nurse I see are nice but their call back service sucks, my kid and I were sick and called the office to get some advice or schedule an appt, the first person had a smug tone and said they would call back. After waiting all day I called 30 min before closing and asked about our issue again and the snooty girl that answered copped an attitude with me and condescending me saying they had a lot of people they were helping and that it wasn't the end of the day yet and they would call back and i needed to relax, it's been several days and I still haven't received a call. They could learn how to relate to their patients with more compassion and less attitude. They need friendlier people answering the phones that will actually get the message to the doctor and nurse and I would be inclined to improve my ratings
Elizabeth Hartwell: Called today to ask if there is an otc allergy medication that is safe for me to take after testing positive for covid 5 days ago. Receptionist took lots of information from me, said she was message Dr Kresta for me to find out. That was at just after 8am this morning. It is almost 415pm and no call back. I am absolutely miserable with severe sinus itching and just want some relief. Booo! Being positive for covid makes me hesitant to just go to the dr as I do not want to infect anyone else. But what other option does a person have?
Miles Tompkins: Unbelievable. I don't think anyone at the Kearney location is even qualified to be in ANY TYPE of Medical Field. I'm on a workman comp case, been to this place 4 times, staff, nurse assistant, nurse practitioner, front desk clerks, all of them, clueless EVERY TIME. Nobody knows what's going on...example; yesterday as I'm checking out, nobody explains to me anything about the medication being prescribed to me or any follow-up info or anything, so I ask "what type of medication is being prescribed to me?" There were 3, THREE ladies standing behind the counter, ALL wearing some type of nursing attire, NONE of them could tell me ANYTHING about the medication...so I looked it up, right there in the lobby, and myself and 3 nurses assistances, supposedly trained by Mercy, just had Google tell us what my medication was...but WAIT...heres the best part; after standing there and asking them atleast twice, if the script is being sent to the pharmacy, all of them assuring me that it was...NEVER GOT SENT TO THE PHAR
Tammy Moad: Dr. Clark is the best doctor we have ever had. We will miss him so much. Took great care of us. Thank you for being a great doctor.
Pat Gregory: I love my Mercy doctors and nurses. You could not find a better group of people to care for you.The Billing Department on the other hand leaves a lot to be desired. They are unfriendly, disrespectful, rude, and no one taught them any phone manners. They refuse to allow you to tell them your issues.Fix the Billing section and I will change my review to 5 stars.
Sara Zen: Called to make an appointment super rude asked to be switched to someone else an they told me that they don't take new appointments for months
Joseph Dowler: Receptionist at the fitness center. Very rude. I checked in for an appointment. Never came for me to go in. Never 1 time did she ever mention to check back in for appointment. Rudely she said I told you to check in at your time. .She didn't. Now I have to sit here another hour cause of her. 🤬
Becky Wise: I absolutely love this facility. Lisa is very friendly each & every time I have ever talked to her, either on the phone or in person. The other girls at the front desk have always been nice, & always been helpful every time also. Trinity, Dr. Kresta's nurse is wonderful, always friendly, very helpful, & always very efficient. The same with Dr. Kresta, & always prompt when she refers you to a specialist, & also takes the time to explain why she is referring you to that specialist. I don't guess I have any information on the other doctors , or nurses, and I guess that would because I've never had any dealings with them as Dr. Krista has always been there when I go.
Lesa: They were very kind and professional to my niece and treated he efficiently
Tyler Tooley: Took someone there to be seen. We waited two hours in an empty waiting room before we decided to leave.
Heather Jones: These ladies are wonderful! Dr Kresta and Dr Kluch listens, explain things in laymen terms and includes your views into your treatment. Kathy the office manager is caring and helpful. Ladies at the front desk remember you and are sooo sweet and try to get you in asap if feel you need to.
Sarah Richards: In light of all of these negative reviews, I wanted to share my perspective.I've been going to this clinic for the past two years, averaging about 3-4 appointments a year. I have NEVER had a bad experience with the receptionists, doctors, nurses, or lab techs. They have all been super pleasant and they, in fact, know me by name. I've never had an issue with scheduling or rescheduling an appointment. I've even asked those "dumb" questions and was still treated with kindness. However, I HAVE seen plenty of grumpy, snappy, and just plain rude patients. It's important to remember the golden rule, people. You treat others how YOU WANT to be treated. If you want good customer service and hospitable staff, then check your attitude and behavior towards them.
B Jake767: Lisa at the front desk was one of the rudest snide woman I have ever encountered. How did she ever get the job as being the first face you see or speak to at this clinic? She might be a good reason for me to switch doctors. Time will tell. :/
Angie Powers: He is a great care provider really cares about your health and what you have to say I’m really lucky to have him. He takes really good care of me. I’ve recommended him to 3 people already and they all love him. Great family Doctor.
Elva: Dr. Krista is thorough, pleasant and doesn't wake your money or time. I referred a friend who couldn't get any help. Been to urgent care and the ER, admitted to the hospital for a week with no answers. Doctor Krista sent him to a specialist who diagnosed and fixed him right up. If she doesn't have the answer she knows who does.
Patricia Williams: Although I like the Dr. It is hard to get a follow up appointment. The rest of the staff is not very personal .I had blood test and urine test .Its been a week .I called to see if I could talk to nurse or leave her a message got told no they will take message .If I hadn't been sick i would not have been so worried but i have been .I also have emailed them 5 days ago with no response
Jessica Smart: The receptionist was very rude. Do not establish care here if you can establish it somewhere else.
Steve Nibbelink: Dr. Kresta has actually listened to my wife and done her best to get to the bottom of her maladies. Our previous doctor diagnosed everything as the flu.
Ceestar Ceestar: Dr. Kresta thinks the art of being a doctor is elimanating and or reducing your medications without considering your symptoms or if the meds are working. Horrible doctor.Plus how can you trust your health to a doctor walking around in pants that are six inches too long....if she is not smart enough to figure out how pants work (they should be short enough that you are not walking on them and they are not covering half your shoe) then she is not smart enough to be my doctor.
Azn Jess: 1 of the receptionist is nice and the nurse that took me in was also nice. The doctor is unhelpful. I came in because I needed to file paperwork for my job because my voice was gone and needed extra days to be off. I explain to her that I work at a call center and with my voice being gone talking for 10hrs would be horrible and the only option I have is to file the paperwork to have time off. She would not work with me. Couldn't figure out what was wrong with me, gave me prescription for antibiotics, and told me to be back to work. My voice is still gone for almost 2 weeks and as I suspected talking did make it worse. Antibiotics has not helped either. Will not be going back! Doctors are suppose to help not make things worse!
Chris Vega: A doctor that made a mistake on paper work, refused to rectify the situation, talked to receptionist that was rude, nurses that were rude. Mercy Clinic on W kearney has some of the Rudest, non professional people i have ever had the misfortune of dealing with. i regret ever going to their establishment or encouraging my wife to go there. Obviously it wasnt always that bad but it is now.........

CoxHealth Center Chesterfield: what do users think?
Sofie G: EXTREMELY unprofessional customer service provided by Marsha the nurse practitioner. My sister and her boyfriend came in from NY for the Memorial holiday and had to get an appointment since he was running a high fever. Marsha was biased in regards to where they lived and let her political views dictate the interaction. It’s very disappointing because no one should feel belittled or looked down on, especially when they are seeking medical care. I would tell anyone to go to any other Cox location if you want to be treated with care and respect.
kelly lee: Front desk was extremely helpful. The dr wh helped me was very nice and helped me with my problems. Also followed up on my test results fast. Would use them again.
Lynda Branstetter: Husband started going here fall of 2021, needed high blood pressure meds. The Dr stated it would be a yearly visit to maintain meds and alter if needed. Fall of 2022 they declined a refill, I called to schedule an appointment and they were over a month out but refused to refill prescriptions until I literally lost it on the office staff, almost to the point where I needed to be on them myself. They refilled for the remaining month until the appointment in October 2022.Now, here we are in May 2023 and they are once again refusing refills claiming my husband has to visit every 6 months. This has never been the case previously, we were never advised of this change, the office just wants to pretend they're in control of your life and get more money by changing "rules" every 6 months.Dr is wonderful but the office staff completely ruins the whole experience.
Darla Blair: I was able to save my spot so that's handy and the receptionist, nurse and Dr. were all very nice. The doctor was knowledgeable and efficient! I will be going back
Shirley Whiteis: Short wait. Pleasant, caring, & knowledgeable providers!
Penny Lee: Very quick, easy, professional. Better than my primary appts. Only downfall was the office was freezing.
Hannah Chamless: Kim is very rude and doesn’t know how to correctly communicate with patients. I won’t go in to detail but she should be fired. I have made complaints. Everyone I’ve spoken to doesn’t understand why she couldn’t efficiently do her job. Hopefully she recovers better training. They should close the clinic with all these bad reviews it makes cox look like a big joke. I’m officially switching my children to mercy.
Kent McCune: Rachel and Cassidy were very impressive because of their professional and efficient method of care and exceptional attitude. They were friendly and helpful and very positively motivated to give outstanding care obviously. It was an awesome experience even though I wasn't feeling well.
Robert Silvers: First time to this Clinic. The front desk helped me check in and she was very helpful. The Nurse and the PA was very knowledgeable and treated my condition. They followed up and called me at home to inform me of results from a test and updated advise for treatment. Thank You so much.
Chris: Office manager doesn’t return calls because dr Krenns nurse Amanda lies told me I filled a schedule 3 script to soon but before she pulled that lie out it was another lie. She coy with you on the phone. Argues with the pharmacy Walgreens won allow u to explain talks over you O I have appt in 9 days. They allowed my testosterone get to 54 when they pulled labs. Ridiculous. I wouldn’tm waist your timePapa sloth review below mine. I echo him
Chosen1mma: Let's just say now I know why this place has horrible reviews. An absolute joke of a clinic.
Ernest Mcafee: Nice office
Klaus D.: My name is Kristin Chalker. I would give this 0 stars, but I can’t. I made an appointment over a month ago, called yesterday to verify my appointment, which I was told it was still there and “see you at 10!”, just to show up at 9:30 am and be told it was canceled. I never canceled it, nor did I ever get a call, text, or email of it being canceled. They said they would do something so I waited for 2 hours before I get told they can’t do anything and I should just go to an urgent care clinic which would do me no good. So I left. I called another Cox place to make an appointment, because I desperately need a primary care doctor, to find out they scheduled me an appointment I NEVER made for a later date. Don’t know what is going on there. I was recommended this place by several people and I can not recommend this place.
Katie Smith: Marsha Howard (NP) was very knowledgeable and listened to my concerns. When it came to my questions about specific pharmaceutical options recommended for treatment, she explained what they were and the benefits/risks of each treatment recommendation. I would highly recommend her to my family and friends.
Sarah Penner: Nate, the nurse practitioner, was amazing when he drew my blood. I hate needles, but he made it quick, efficient, and painless. Thank you Nate for the care and effort you put into your work!Dr. Krenn was personable and compassionate. He listened to my concerns and took me seriously. I think I have finally found my doctor!
A M: Waiting an hour for a fasting blood draw is unacceptable. I'm currently at a 55 min wait.
Jennifer Kerr: Every time I make an appointment with them, they tell me I have to go somewhere else. I get off it’s for PE or stomach issues, but all I had was a pulled back. They’re always rude too.
Josie Maria: They were quick about getting me in, running my lab, getting me the correct diagnosis and scripts to follow up. All very friendly staff too.
ineap: I’ve been seeing Dr. Hull here for years now and it’s always a pleasant visit. She listens to all of my concerns and always has good advice on how to move forward with my concerns.
Andy Eaglewood: Dr. Chang is great, very patient and understands your needs. Also Hannah the receptionist is amazing! Kind, polite and very patient. However, I would point out on my last interaction that the receptionist Amanda was rude and impatient. One day I was in the waiting room, and she was talking down to an elderly woman. Very unprofessional.
Kelly Wortham: I was called after making an online appointment for an ear infection and was initially asked if I would be willing to switch to a virtual visit. I asked how they could possibly assess an ear infection on a virtual visit, at which point I was told that because they were an "acute" clinic, I would need to go to urgent care instead. When I asked for clarification to better understand why an ear infection required urgent Care, they could not give me any more information than to continue to repeat that they were an "acute" clinic. I asked if that meant my ear infection was not serious enough or if it was too serious, and I was told that it was too serious... I was told they did not have the equipment to assess an EAR INFECTION. Since I'm fairly certain that every doctor office or clinic I have ever been in included the gadget used to look in your ear, I was very confused by the statement and said as much. I was put on hold indefinitely and finally hung up and held my place in line for urgent Care instead. Obviously, urgent Care will cost me more, and will likely put me at greater risk of contracting COVID for no reason. This is absolutely ridiculous. Don't advertise walk-in if you plan to redirect people to urgent care!!

Command Family Medicine: what do users think?
Colleen Mcbroom: Tried to set up care. I missed the call back due to family matter. I walked in to get enrolled and was denied for not answering the call. I guess it's a good thing I didn't waste my money.
Andrea Harrison: Dr. Lilly is the best Dr. I have ever been to! I recently had a health scare and he has worked so hard with AND for me to get it figured out. I love knowing he is just a simple text away if I need anything instead of having to call, leave a message and wait for 2 days to get a response like I would with any other Dr. He has great bedside manner and truly cares about his patients, which is hard to find these days. The girls at the front desk are also amazing and so fun! The whole company deserves more than just 5 stars as they truly go above and beyond to make you feel welcome & cared about.
Tyler Shults: Dr. Brock gave me 2 hrs of our 1hr slot. He was thorough in answering the questions I had and was honest when he didn't know the answer but offered his network to find out the information that I was asking. Really excited to be going this route in healthcare and would advise anyone to do the same.
Tracy Wright: In January I had some major health issues and was rushed vua ambulance to the hospital. After several hours and tests I was discharged and told to follow up with my dr the next day. The next day I was amazed my Mercy dr felt like I needed no additional tests. Followed up a few weeks later stating I wasn't feeling right, still no tests ordered, he didn't even want to see me . That's when I knew I had to make some changes. I filled out my paperwork from Command and Dr Nowlin stated texting me the next day. I got in the next Monday to see him and he listened and asked so many questions. By Tuesday I had an echocardiogram and by Wednesday I was doing a 48 hour heart monitor. Dr. Nolin and Natalie are amazing! They listen to me, I'm just not another number to them. So happy I made the change. Oh and the check in girls are awesome, they already know me by name. Thank you Command Family Medicine!
Tim Sullivan: So. I just signed up for CFM two Weeks ago for trt treatment. During the new patient intake I was informed that this is a full Primary care facility and that I can TEXT my physician if I need anything. This is 24/7 within reason. Today I cut my finger open, texted Brock Frazier. He responded, met me at the clinic 20-30 minutes after I texted and gave me 2 stitches. No copay, no non sense, just amazing service that I could not recommend more. And how phenomenal that I didn’t have to go to urgent care and wait for god knows how long? To top it all off. Brock is super nice, really seems like he cares, and has a very calming presence. 20/10 would recommend
Matthew Enoch: My wife had a medical emergency on a Sunday, outside of business hours. Our primary care physician, Brock Frazier, responded to my messages quickly and told me to take my wife to the ER right away. At the hospital he stayed in touch and helped me navigate my wife’s treatment. After the emergency was past several nurses and doctors at the hospital told me that we came at the right time and if we had waited it could have been much worse. Thank you Brock Frazier and Command Family Medicine for being there for my wife and I, even out of business hours!
Summer Jesson: My family has used Command for a couple of years now. We wouldn't want to go anywhere else. The care we receive is out of this world. As a mother, I love having the comfort of knowing I can reach out to our provider at any time if there's a serious concern going on with my kiddos. We see Brock at Command in Springfield and he is just 100%. He always looks into any issue thoroughly - never just brushes something off. He always gets back with us quickly over any questions. It's clear he truly cares about his patients. Recently, he even reached out on a weekend to give us information that brought us peace of mind over a concern. Erin "the rock star receptionist" has always been phenomenal too. The whole team is just seriously good people.
Ashley Wilhite: Such a Great Family Doctor. The office is full of amazing, kind and generous staff. We are a huge Fan of the 24 hour access! Well worth the money and it is Great knowing it is a flat rate no matter how many times I may need them!! They are very quick to respond and easy to work with! We live about an hour and a half away but make the drive for the amazing customer service and access at my finger tips!! I absolutely Love Command Family Medicine for my Family!
Brad Barbato: The whole experience was better than some other medical offices Command was very punctual with appointment times. Brock was professional and thorough, making me feel comfortable with both the diagnosis and procedure. The ability to text is so valuable and convenient. Very satisfied and will recommend to everyone.
dakota clrk: I came to visit earlier today with my boyfriend, and when I say I haven’t been to an office like theirs… They were very friendly and professional. It really felt like a place that cares about the people that come in rather than let’s talk and get you out. They really sit down with you and give you a conversation of what is going on in your life and how can we fix it.
Anna Enoch: So thankful for Dr. Brock and this office. My son split his chin open and instead of spending stressful hours at the ER, we scheduled a same day appointment and the team gave him stitches in the office. They made the experience much less traumatic with extra patience and familiar faces.
Lindsay Hughes: Samantha is amazing. Very informative I am very glad I chose command family
Connie Van Kirk: Sam is amazing! She goes above and beyond my expectations. She helped me discover many things about my health, without me even to have asked. That’s one thing I love, medical professionals who don’t just answer my questions. She seems to love her work and gives 110%.
Cindy Cech: I love all of the staff at Command. It is such an awesome way to practice medicine. I spent more time with Sam on my first visit than all of my visits combined with my previous physician. They are always helping my find ways to cut costs on my medical expenses which I love!
buckbumble187: Got me in and out at a reasonable time and gave me a good deal on my meds.
Olivia Pratt: Command Family Medicine goes above and beyond to provide superior and personable health care. The staff is amazing!
Katie Heflin: As a Registered Nurse, I am usually pretty critical of healthcare. However I have had nothing but an amazing experience with Dr. Luke and Natalie at Command. They always address my concerns quickly and truly listen. They were there for me and went above and beyond when I found out I was expecting. I appreciate that Dr. Luke really listens and let's me have an input into my care. They treat you like a person should be treated...with respect and dignity. As far as their program goes it saves me and my family thousands per year. This is the way healthcare should be! Where you have a doctor that knows you that you can get a hold of anytime you need them. Getting the meds and labs wholesale is another great benefit.I've been with them for years now. I know 4 or more. And it was the best decision for my family and I encourage anyone to sign up. I've seen other doctors there too and have a friend that saw Samantha. All of them are wonderful people who truly care. Also since they are private they don't have all the drama hospital affiliated docs have. Which during this pandemic has been such a blessing.
rochelle VERREGO: Been with Dr Luke Since he opened command family medical and I still haven't stopped recommending them and giving out there info at least once a 5x a month still. Everyone there is amazing and so nice!!
Nathen Ransom: We have been using Command for our family for the past few years and could not be happier. They provide amazing care and all the staff are wonderful. We highly recommend them to anyone looking for top notch medical care for yourself and family.
Arwen Olena: I decided to make the switch to direct primary care a few years ago and have never looked back since. I am easily able to contact my doctor directly via text. Sam is very thorough and makes the time to answer all my questions and concerns. One of my favorite things about Command is that they offer testing/vitamins/minerals and drugs at wholesale cost, so it is less of a burden financially to get the products I need.
Tina M Farmer: For years I’ve struggled with reactions to medications. Samantha really listened and found out what was going on with using DNA testing. I recommend Command because they really care and listen.
