Ashley Cozad: My fiancee was very concerned with the procedure ( vasectomy ) due to all the horor stories he researched. Here is what he had to say after his visit with the urology group. " I was very surprised with there professionalism and care for my concerns. Before doing anything my vitals were checked then I was given an anxiety pill to call me down, of which i thought wad awesome. It really helps prepare you for the procedure. Then we were sent to a room to watch a short tutorial on the procedure of a vasectomy. There after the doctor comes in and break it all down again and answer all my questions. After that we went to another room to start the vasectomy. I was so happy they allowed my fiancee to be there with me. He used the pressurized method of anesthesia which I thought was wonderful and highly recommend. As he did the incision I had no idea he actual got started, made the incision and cut the sperm carrying veins and was done. Now I'm in the recovery stage....so far it has been painless. From a one to ten scale I would say it's a one. I hope tomorrow and days after are the same.... I highly recommend the urology group and having doctor Faber himself doing the procedure. I just felt so comfortable with him.

Katie Norton: Visited this office today for my husband's vasectomy. The lady we spoke to on the phone was very nice, and patient with all my questions about payment/insurance (we'd had some issues trying to schedule with a different office closer to home, so I had some very specific questions). Dr. Farber was wonderful. Very professional, great bedside manner, and very personable. We actually had a great time talking to him while he was doing the procedure. He took time to answer our questions and made us feel very comfortable. We would be happy to return to this office if either of us ever needed a urologist in the future, despite the distance from our home.

Had ct done, it's been a week and they won't give me results. The girl who picked up the phone showed little interest. Don't waste your time here very unprofessional.

Jeff Stanley: Very difficult to get into, went to emergency they referred me to Dr Richardson, couldn't get an appointment for 3 weeks. Once I did get an appointment and an initial course of treatment, had to yell at them to get any information or followup. They do not return phone calls, they do not respond to their Own MyMercy system which they encourage you to use. Once you do get into see them the follow up is abysmal. They are the only urologists affiliated with the Mercy system so I guess they don't have provide any customer service.

G B: I’ve tried twice to make an appointment with this clinic after getting a referral from my Mercy Network Doctor. Every time you call, after listening to lengthy messages and navigating the “for this, press #” nonsense, a woman answers with “Mercy Urology, can you hold a minute”. After 3-6 minutes on hold, I explained I needed an appointment in a 9 day window (which was 2 1/2 weeks away) because I was off work then and it is very difficult to take off work. I was informed the only time that could be offered was two weeks after that on a day I was working. ...I don’t suppose they’ll give me a discount to cover the loss in pay, huh? Good thing it isn’t a serious matter having to wait 5 weeks for an appointment

Brandon Mckeehan: The nurse for Dr Robertson is extremely rude, she is not proffesional at all, unwilling to answer questions and her tone is extremely unacceptable and hateful. I will not be taking my children to this clinic I cant imagine they treat their paitents any better.
