Lisa Sammons: Dr. Watts is absolutely amazing and the best. He knows what he is doing and is so very kind. He is understanding and explains everything where you can understand. He made my daughter feel very comfortable and I trust him with my daughter. We have been through 3 other gi drs before we found him and never received the level of care he gives.

Anja Williams: I literally rave about Katherine Hefner to every one I meet! The BEST endocrinologist ever! My teen is transgender and we were worried about finding a doctor to help with her medical needs. Katherine was a god-send! Shes super kind, explains everything directly to my teen and speaks in a way that makes everyone comfortable. Being in her office makes me feel like I never left home. She fights for her patients care too. During the pandemic we were struggling to find the shots that my daughter desperately needs for her transition. Dr. Katherine and her team did not rest until we found a pharmacy that had the injection in stock. Both her and Zachary are two of our favorite people but everyone in that office is awesome!

Jay Howe: Front representative named carol is very rude n lacks customer service skills. I had called to reschedule a previous apt due to my son needing to go to the hospital. She had no empathy nor did she care. Today when checking in I was given paper work by her n was told to fill it out. She never said My child wasn’t checked in. The second representative asked me if I was taken care of n before I could respond carol told her that I wasn’t checked in. Carol said that I always make a comment about the paper work which who wants to fill out paper work right ? I even say it with a chuckle as to represent that I am joking. I looked at carol when she said this n said well if you don’t enjoy customer service then your in the wrong job description. I am very disappointed with this service she is always condescending n treats me n my child with disrespect.

Jim Myers: well, got a bill for $75 after my visit, a month later it grew to $1,242.00wow, guess someone made a mistake, eh? crooks.There is a reason you cannot go directly to the whiteside GI dr. website and leave a comment....here's a clue perhaps why...........there is no comparison here to essentia and mayo systems in minnesota.Sat for 1-1/2 hrs before being seen. the waiting room was jam packed and not a smile around, wonder why?right now i am nursing a black and blue arm from repeated attempts to insert an i.v.. never had a problem before this.guess they have never heard of a local before inserting the i.v. like they do up north.G.I. dr was not very interested in my problem and suggested i take stronger acid reducing pills, (i.e. ppi drugs) which i will not do. (just take stronger pills and that will take care of ya' - and make the drug companies richer.)Left there with no photos of my esophagus and stomach like they did up north either.soooooo. to sum up i will never go back there. now i have to work tomorrow with a sore arm.if one needs GREAT health care the systems in northern wisconsin and minnesota cannot be beat.Guess it's worth living in the cold to receive better health care.MERCY, MERCY, get me away from the whiteside gastro clinic...fast.

Inner State Productions: BEWARE!!!I've spent years taking their prescribed pharmaceuticals and have only gotten exponentially worse. I'm still feeling much better and I am so happy that I found better alternatives. The last they had prescribed to me was, 6 MP. I did research and found out that it causes Leukemia and usually death in children. My side effects from the medication, have almost gone away and my hair isn't thinning out either. It's crazy what this place can get away with and if I was to have died, they would have just claimed it was complications from Crohn's disease. What a sad world. Be safe out there.
