Christy Strohm: Absolutely horrible! Staff is rude and condescending. I had an insurance claim on my phone. They sent me a new phone and I needed assistance transferring my data. They wanted to charge me $30 for this service and acted like I was idiot for asking.

Rhiannon Kelley: I got joined my step dads phone service at the Verizon on battlefield with absolutely no issues. besides the fact that they informed me there internet was too slow to transfer my data from my old phone to my new phone. Which was fine they were extremely nice. I tried taking it home to transfer but couldn’t get it to work. I then take it to this Verizon where I try to tell her the situation where Im then interrupted and she tells me it'll be 30$ to transfer my data. I say alright and let her do it. When I tell you she DOWNLOADED A APP to transfer my data. And had the audacity to try to charge me 30$. I told her to give my phones back bc I wasnt going to be charged that much for someone downloading a app on my phone. I honestly was so disappointed with the service they were extremely rude.
