Billy Bruce: Matt and his team went above and beyond with communication and service provided. He was timely from start to finish and provided multiple options throughout the process. I would recommend them without any doubt.
Adam Dixon: I have dozens of offices using AT&T, Brightspeed, Mediacom, SuddenLink (or whoever bought them out this week), et al. Dealing with their collective support infrastructures is special cumulative hell--awful in new and interesting ways every week it seems. However, WON communications is always a pleasure to communicate with. They're always responsive, when you need support. They work very hard to make their product reliable keep it reliable, so I don't have to, and that is worth a lot to me.

Jason Gaynor: Business internet service. My location is "blacked out" from getting service from anywhere besides City Utilities Springnet, which carries a 3 year contract. For a small office, it was extreme overkill. I contacted WON and they were recently able to provide service to my location. What a blessing!! Fast speeds, WELL ABOVE the advertised speeds with minimal jitter (ideal for VOIP). Month to month, no contract. So pleased thus far, thank you for the professionalism and skill in your install as well! Great, local people to work with who actually care. Thank you!

Robert Lane: I wish my review referred to the service or connection but sadly, their customer service and response is so poor, I'm not sure I would ever give them a chance to become our provider.Net Vision was somehow contracted to provide Fiber to the City of Fremont Hills back in October 2021, what they did was provide a constant headache. During the initial install in Oct, they not only tore up landscaping on several homes backyards, including mine, but they also cut through 4 homes Irrigation lines. Mistakes happen but they knew they cut thru some of the lines and simply ran their Fiber under the irrigation lines ! April comes around and we are back pressure testing our lines and of course our yard begins to flood, the sprinkler heads don't come on and several have been completely crushed by their trenching machines. Contacted Fremont Hills manager who put us home owners in touch with the Net Vision sight supervisor Tyler, nice guy but apparently works for a tool. Tyler and his team said they don't so repairs of such magnitude and suggested to have the line repaired by an Irrigation company and have them submit the bill directly to them or be reimbursed; what a nightmare.Took 6 hours to dig up my back yard and properly replace the 4 different sections completely cut through, not to mention the 5 sprinkler heads that were crushed. Submitted pictures and the invoice as suggested and 3 weeks later, still getting the run around by the Boss "Steve". How sad that it takes a bad review on Google, a formal complaint with the City of Fremont and a BBB review just to get my 412.00 reimbursed, but here we are.Know what to expect with this company when you plan for good service and fair practices, it may not be as simple as it should be.
april kontak: I am a Joplin customer and recently had my first experience with NetVision customer service. Any time i called, i was immediately greeted by an actual person who could quickly access my account. I was treated with kindness and respect throughout the process. Each team member I spoke with was wonderful. The agent who came out (he had to drive an hour each way) was incredibly efficient, knowledgeable, and thoroughly explained his solution. Absolutely fantastic service. Thank you!

Devin really knows his stuff! We really enjoyed how he worked so efficiently and answered all our questions. To Net Vision: Devin deserves a raise!
Creative Wearhouse: Updated April 26, 2022:At first NetVision was great. The speeds were quick and consistent. However since initially signing up I have had 2 different times where the internet has went down for lengthy periods of time. The first time it took a week .Right now it's been down since the 23rd and they are having to come back tomorrow to work on it again, putting me at 4 days without internet service. I am self employed and work at home. Each time the internet goes down I have to use my mobile hot spot. The work I do causes me to burn through the months maximum data (before being throttled to dial up speeds) in a days time. The last time this happened I was told that someone cut a cable while mowing. Not sure why the fiber cable isn't buried.I could have signed up and had Quantum Fiber installed and running by now. I want to stay with Netvision because they worked hard to provide fiber services to our neighborhood when no else would do it. However if this isn't restored tomorrow, then I'll be signing up with Quantum. I like Netvision and would continue to support their business...but I can not go without internet when it effects my job.

I cannot explain how many different employees I have spoken to and the wildly different stories I’ve heard from each of them about what the problem is, how to fix it, details of appointments, etc. We are approaching 2 weeks with the same problem that should be an easy fix. Appointment 1: no show. Appointment 2: showed, but didn’t know how to fix the issue. Appointment 3: no show. Appointment 4: it’s anyone’s guess. If you have any other options whatsoever, save yourself the aggravation, lost wages from taking off work & not having internet to work from home, literally hours wasted on the phone, and general tomfoolery, and just pick a different provider.Follow up edit:I spoke to the Operations Manager and he seemed to take this seriously. I appreciate the follow up, and hopefully this will not be an issue in the future. While I stand by my review, I think it's fair to mention that the company follows up on issues when you raise it above the customer service level.

Few weeks ago they installed services for my neighbor down the road(red circle in pic is the pole services are on) Initial Tech and his supervisor said I had to be within 450ft(I measured later and its within 450ft) then they had construction services come survey and they told me it had to be within 300ft. If mediacom would fight as hard to provide a good service as they do to keep someone from getting service they wouldn't' have 2 stars on google. There should be more ways to hold this company accountable for things like this and for what i've been reading on these reviews. Simple thing to just run service up 2 poles to my house, as they have done throughout this town and take my money. So they have already lost over 5 years of money from me, now i'm a jilted almost customer.

Their customer service is the worst I've ever seen. The President only cares about the money coming in, not the business, and that lack of compassion travels throughout most of the company. The internet has outages almost every day, sometimes for hours. Getting a tech to your house is a chore, and even then it might take 5 visits for them to "fix the problem." Which...is only always a temporary fix. At this point I'm convinced the joke is on me. The day another internet solution comes on the market I will switch from Mediacom and never return. The worst company ever, no contest.
Dante Moore: Mediacom more like mediacon they charge you an arm and a leg and can’t even keep to their own motto. I pay for their 1 gig service and only get a tenth of what I pay for. Their customer service is a nightmare to deal with and I’ve only had one technician who admitted that the problem was on their end I’ve had enough.

Brittany Rhodes: Donjai deserves all the raises and bonuses! We switched to T-Mobile 3 days ago and one of our lines was not working. We had spent numerous hours at another T-Mobile store and they couldn’t figure out the issue. We were treated poorly and lied too. Once we got to Donjai’s store, we were treated with kindness and professionalism. He worked on the phone for an hour and a half. He got the phone working! We will be using his store from now on.

larry doran: For two weeks I've had problems with the sound on my phone. I took it to the store on s. Glenstone where I've had great service. But yesterday I took my phone there only to find out it's closed. Because I don't drive I had to go across town to the nearest store . When I got there I was made to wait for 20 minutes. When I finally got waited on only to be told there is something wrong with my phone but instead of explaining what was wrong he seemed more interested in selling me a new phone. No specials or deals just buy a new phone. By the time I was done a $ 12 dollar cab fare came to over $ 50 dollars. Quite frankly it was one of the worst experiences I've ever had. When I get another phone it won't be through T mobile.

Anastasia Steele: Went here because I was switching my phone from AT&T to T- Mobile. I received my sim cards and because I am not super confident in my abilities to do the change over. Plus it is a corporate owned location so service is impeccable! I am so glad I did as I would not have been able to do it at all. My name was misspelled- had me as the account holder in error using the SSN of the person who is the primary. It was a mess!! Megan was amazing!! She reached out to retail support- to all kinds of support and did all she could to get this fixed. Due to others on the other end of the line it just wasn’t going as it should so she got Melissa her manager to assist. She encountered much of the same issues and had to get to escalations where Kevin in escalations was able to correct the issue and got the switch back on track! Megan, Melissa, and Kevin are total ROCKSTARS!!! Now everything works as it should. This took over 4 hrs to resolve and all three deserve a bonus!! In addition- I saw the other employees working patiently with people who were rejected or dismissed from the third party locations. This location embodies the pride of T Mobile- CUSTOMER SERVICE! They really embody the culture.
Craig Gajeski: Service was quick swapping out my modem with an upgraded one. Giving it 5 stars for their service. 2 stars for their internet. When they first had internet my speeds were upward of 200Mbps and now its at 15Mbps which is horrible. Dont get this internet if you need consistent speeds. They use wifi for their speeds so it is inconsistent. I get 75 in the morning when not many people are using it but then mid day on its at most 20Mbps and thats pushing it. Gave it 5 for great service minus 2 for horrible interner speed. Seems they care more about money and getting customers instead of caring doe their current customers.

The sales person got us all excited to be switching went through all that he didn't even ask whose name we wanted it in then said we had to pay a deposit. We didn't have to have a deposit with AT&T so I wasn't gonna pay a deposit to T-mobile.He wasn't able to generate a new code and trying to put it in my name to see if there was any difference. So I was very disappointed. I was able to talk to another person at T-mobile and they got everything fixed up for us. Thank you Melissa for everything you did for us!

Springfield Review's: I went into the Kansas location and got amazing help. I was having troubles on my phone and couldn't even call out, well the customer service of this store is amazing. Aaron made sure to show me how to fix my issue incase it happened again. I would say that the Kansas and Kearney locations always have associates willing to help the customer.

MetroPCS has come a long way in the past couple years, I’m very impressed with our new phones and the data speeds!
Denise Burkhart: I went to the location on Division at 12:15pm on Sunday. 6.21.20 and there was no one there even though the sign said they were supposed to be open at noon. So i drove to the Kearney location and they were open. I told them about the other store not being open and they said that someone was supposed to be there. The worker called their manager and let them know. I then tried too purchase the new LG K.51 ph they are advertising and they were out of stock. So I then had to drive to the Kansas expressway location to finally buy the ph. I have been with this company for 4 yrs and i have never had such a bad experience with them until now.
Caron Coleman: I have been a customer for 3 years and never had any issues until today. I had 2 lines on my phone and I paid the bill the day it was due. The next day the second person on my phone plan decided to get on their own plan but instead of them calling me to verify my personal PIN number, they bypassed it and completely wiped me off of MY OWN ACCOUNT!!! I then received a message saying that I had to pay an additional $50 to keep my phone on even though I just paid $90 last night. This is not okay and now I do not feel safe having any kind of information thru this company. If you can bypass my PIN number then how do I know you won’t hand out other information on my account?
Chris Robinson: Was there about two weeks ago getting both my girlfriend and I new phones with our new service plan and the customer service reps Jerard and Tim were both very helpful and patient with us especially when having issues on our part and stayed later than needed for us. I'd recommend this store to both family and friends 100 percent!

April Vanderhye: Continually goes out, can't reach anyone, app says we don't even have an account? But they have no problem taking our money... We can't even get ahold of anyone to cancel our service! Stay away, they don't have a horrible rating for nothing!!!!
Fallen family: Service keeps going in and out I haven't been able to watch a 20 minute video for more than a day at this point it's ridiculous and all the other 1 star reviews aren't going to help you get more customers, especially when you can't keep you're internet services up. If this isn't fixed soon we will be getting different internet service.
Matt Kobel: They always look for an out from helping you with any issues. They’re very quick to blame either your set up or other departments. They still rely on customers to not know what they’re talking about in any way. Unfortunately they’re a monopoly in our area.
John M.: Absolute worst internet available. My IP drops 6-10 times a day kicking all of my devices off the internet. I have to reset my modem/router every time in order to reinstate my internet connection. Theyve sent multiple technicians out that tell me my connection is working perfectly. Not to mention when they buried the cable to my house they left a giant bump in my yard leading all the way from the telephone pole,, across my front yard, around the side, and into the backyard where it eventually meets the house. I'll be switching to a Hotspot from AT&T for $20 more a month because of the inconsistencies in their internet connection.
Drew Kifer: Customer service will not respond to problems. Billing issues are frequent. Business owners who have no choice but to use Windstream should plan to spend a few hours each month fighting with Windstream to correct their errors. I have had to follow up with Windstream for months on end and still have not resolved my problems. If you have any alternative at all, do not use this company!

Nancy Bell: The absolute worst company to do business. After you terminate your business with them, getting money owed back to you is near impossible. Paid our bills on time every single month. Decided to go with a different internet provider once our contract was finished. Now each and every month, they have a new reason for which they hold hundreds of dollars in overpayment. They said they would refund any money due after they prorated our bill. I would not recommend doing business with this company.
Stephanie Marshall: Hey, Windstream! I'm writing to you via my AT&T mobile services! Hello, again!Why is that notable, you may ask?Because I'm in my bleeping living room. We have Windstream Wi-Fi, but the Wi-Fi isn't working. (It's not "down again," it's "still." As in, this has been going on for a full year now.)We pay over $100/month for your services, but have never, ever, ever received the stated download speeds you promise. We get *maybe* the quality of early dial-up on a good day. Your last rep's solution — "buy more bandwidth with our premium package!" — is insulting, ridiculous, and shady AF, as the basic speeds aren't even there. Why would we pay more to not get basic coverage?We're waiting. I can see by the 8 other 1-star reviews that we'll be waiting awhile, but if you ever get around to caring, text us. It's hard to check our email when we don't have service.
Marra 93: LOTS of problems:1. Installer didn't hook up phone during installation. We didn't have a land line to try until after installation. We called, spent 1.5 hours being transferred back and forth, finally got scheduled. Installer did not show on date they set :/ Called again, spent another hour on phone. Finally, installer shows, brings out a piece that the other installer should have left for us......2. We were told one amount ($77) monthly including taxes and fees and when we received our bill it was $40 more? I have spent 5 hours on the phone trying to get this taken care of total, and finally got someone that helped! During our call, the call disconnected and no phone call back? I had to call in again and go through the whole hold, press 1, press 2 call tree again.......This is the only service we have in our area, so there isn't much of a choice. Windstream needs to 'streamline' their departments so that you can call and get everything taken care of with ONE representative, even if it means that they use an in-house system to communicate with the other departments..............take notes about your call so if you are transferred they have some idea what you just spent 30 minutes talking to another rep about..........NO DROP TRANSFERS, when someone spends time explaining a problem with you, DONT JUST DROP THEM TO ANOTHER REP!!!!!!!!!!! Take a little time to explain why they are calling before dropping the call.......

mo co: They,could not find my property 3x's for install even though it was on the only Highway in town,Cost me 100's of dollars in gas driving there to meet the installer for a no show.I went to the top after talking to many supervisors to no avail.Don't use the phone number they init. give you on any printing as you mite eat the cost in the end .After 3 weeks I finally called hughesnet ..They were great,installed me in 2 days and had no trouble finding my easy to find house.Found out later from the locals that Windstream has terrible reception and Internet and service as it was down all the time .Hughes net has a sattelite.Hope this saves someone else from my hours of expense and aggravation.

WORST EVER!!Imagine every word being horrible service and apply it to this company.I have to call in WEEKLY and sometime a few times weekly to have them fix our internet....and guess what? THEY NEVER FIX IT. EVER. They send ignorant techs out who know NOTHING. I had to help a 55 year old tech out....who by the way was a total jerk and told me since I was a women I had no idea what was really wrong with my internet...if anything was. I told him if he was gonna be a (censored) a**hole he could just leave my residence. Then I called his supervisor and reported him. They said "he won't be assigned to your residence again."THEN THE NEXT WEEK I HAD PROBLEMS AND THEY SENT HIM OUT AGAIN. I told him when he got here to get the hell off my property and get someone else to help.Worst company ever.
