The guys in the store put on their diagnostic hats to figure out the problem.A new card and updating the APN settings did the trick.Good service, no cost. What can I say?

Glenstone , I was welcomed with open arms the manger of this store rocks she had all the items I was looking for and then some , they had all 3 of my lines upgraded and on in less than a hour . I was treated with the utmost respect dignity and actually treated like a human being. I can't give this store more stars or I would . Thank you for all you do every day

Howie Johnson: Bought a new phone from this company within the 7 day return policy was messing up I took it back into the store They said they fixed it came back a week later wasn't working still properly I asked them just to give me a new phone or let me upgrade they would not allow me to do that they wanted to charge me a $125 to get a new phone when I just bought this phone and it wasn't working properly don't go to the location on West chestnut expressway the Republic Missouri location or the North glenstone location the owner will not take care of you.

Skip Gorz: Well, the last time I was in a Play It Again was in Des Moines, IA many years ago. They had used equipment. I'd say this was 3 times the size I expected and had more new than old! I was there to run in and buy a used softball to shape an old glove I came across. And amidst a large basket of what looked like brand new softballs, I did find a cruddy old old softball! Just what I wanted! So, then I forgot about my wife waiting on the car because I had walk the store. This is much closer to a full fledged, broad activity sporting goods store. I was doing OK working my way from right to left. I was down to one more aisle. I looked up and saw the longest, highest 2 rows of brand new baseball gloves I've ever seen! The seemed to have every manufacturer represented, from A2000 down to Franklins. It was the only time I've been able to view the differences first hand....then, of course, I walked to the counter with my old softball, cursing my 74 stuff years and 300 pounds. Every spring I get this way and though I can't move much anymore, it was still the biggest thrill I've had in a year!...Maybe 10!

s clingan: I called to inquire about the prices of their pickle ball paddles, and was told from $20-$100. I arrived at the store 15 minutes or less after placing the call. I could not locate the $20 paddle and inquired. The clerk informed me "they must have sold out of them, but their best deal was now $54 for two paddles and two balls". That might be a deal, but not the price I was quoted on the phone. The clerk said they were sorry, but it does not impress me when they try to upsell you on a product they quoted you on the phone for $34 less.

S Terry: Great deals on used and new equipment, hands down, but I had something embroidered and it was about 3 weeks late and they charged about $10 more than I was quoted initially. There was some winter weather in the mix, which they said was part of the issue, but they did a very poor job of updating me unless I bugged them about it. I was told multiple times I would be getting a call back about the status of my order every time I inquired, but that didn't happen once. I didn't mind paying what they asked, as it was part of a gift for my son, but it would have been nice to have been told an honest price upfront. I'm not sure that I'll be personalizing anything like that with them again.
Peter Black: Honestly, this is one of the best play it again sports I've ever been to. It was much larger than any other one I've been to. It seems more like a sporting goods store than a play it again. They had a lot of options of used goods and everything seemed to be priced pretty decently.

Chance J was the sales person. He was very knowledgeable, big personality, helpful, patient. He helped 3 customers at the same time with such professionalism. All of us customers actually socialized while he was selling 2 of us phones and setting them up and another came in to pay her bill. Michael Haworth: Terrible customer service at this location. The guys there do not tell you all the charges that are applied to you. You don't find out until after you leave. Avoid this location in Republic Missouri. Go to one in Springfield near Walmart Supercenter on West Sunshine street.

Megan Cloyd: I went to Republic Cricket, where Ian (sp?) assisted me; hands down best experience. I dropped my phone in the toilet, 2022 problems. He got me a new phone, that's better, all set up and ready to go in less than 10 minutes. He also referred me to the Federal Assistance Program they have where I'll save HUNDREDS a year. And they explain the reason it was shut off was because the phone I bought 3 weeks ago, the towers are being torn down. Very unprofessional worker I spoke to a woman who was extremely condescending, and extremely rude. Won't be going back.

Brianna Johnson: Don't use the Republic MO, west Chestnut Expy and the north Glenstone locations. The owner of these locations doesn't take care of the customers he ripped my husband off on a new phone he paid cash for so we had to buy another one from another location that is owned by another person. The one by Walmart on bypass and Sunshine manager was awesome.
