Rick Ayers: I don’t understand the high marks.I paid $30 for a glass product to protect my iPhone screen.Went back after a few days because the glass protector he put on showed air bubbles but he wanted to charge me another $30!He would not fix it after I spent a total of $129 plus a $12.50 tip. Horrible customer service.I purchased a case plus a charger for $45 that cost $31 on Amazon.I will never return, or suggest anyone use him.I would give zero stars if that was possible.

Norma Swanson: The man working there helped me even though the problem was of my own making.
Stephen Pustai: They know nothing about the phones they sell. I purposely went into a store because I don't have time for a call and I drive for a living with no other phone for them to call on and after waiting 10 mi uses just to talk, they did exactly what I told them I personally have already done, didn't address my second issue, and only set me up for a call, which is exactly what I didn't want. If you need help with your phone, GO ELSEWHERE!

Mickayla Gardner: I never got a review request from Verizon for my experience- so I wanted to put one on here, Rachel helped me on 7/2/22 when I was trying to make a claim on my insurance to fix my phone screen. We had to add me as an authorized user on our Verizon account in order to make the claim apparently. Rachel was friendly and easy to talk to while I was on the phone with the insurance representative which was for a very long time, she was interactive and kind to my 6 yr old. And even though there was only so much she could do on my end she very patiently stayed with me through the whole process. Her customer service is great and she seems like a sweet person in general. Please commend her

The 5 Star is for Retail Wireless Consultant "Cody Bareford". Cody went above and beyond trying to help me solve my old phone issues. Was going to try Verizon but with the customer care Cody provided made me want to go with US Cellular. Thank you again for A+ customer service Cody!

A few days later i got refunded the cost of the phone yet charged an extra 56.12 for no reason and they refused to honor their word and told me their NOT gonna refund that charge. US Cellular has the worst service I've EVER seen.

Dred 2022: I really really hate this service. Me and my girlfriend got approved for two Iphone12 pro max with a payment plan to pay off them. Well we were excited to get them so we signed up with US cellular. Took a minute to notice the service was horrible, we had drop calls at least 30 times a day no matter where we were. We called customer service and found out the person that set our plans put us on the wrong service agreement. Despite that issue we still get drop calls every day even when they fixed our plans. Our bills have jumped up to 300$ for two phones iphones that are already payed off, the actual plan is no where near that cost. WATCH out everyone for hidden charges. I think this company is truly a big ripoff,lies,criminals. Can’t wait to switch with a better company. I will be talking to the mgr tomorrow. Like I say again horrible service and really expensive!!!!

Nichole Bowin: Terrible experience with the store employees and service provided in February 2023. This poor service continued throughout the entire duration of 60 days. This place was the least reputable store I have ever been to and I have even been to car dealerships. I strongly recommend against ANYONE using this store for anything.
