Kari Pereira: The employees are so rude! There were so many guys standing around and the one that finally came up was really rude. Then he didn't do the trade in correctly and acted like we were bothering him to fix it. I'd never go back in this store!

The wait can be a little longer than some might hope but thats only due to how amazing the customer service is. They take their time and never rush you.

Andrea Hughes: This place doesn't have experienced people working there and they aren't too interested in helping you. Verizon doesn't have any senior citizen phone plans either. Once our phones are paid off were changing cell phone providers to a company that does care about senior citizens. It costs us 210.00 a month for two phones, which is ridiculous!!!
Kimberly Madsen: We went to this location to activate 2 brand new Galaxy watch 5's for myself and my husband. The person who helped us was Patrick and overall was just very dull and uninformative. He was "unsure" why my watch couldn't be activated (even though my husband's watch activated just fine) and said that the IMEI was not in their system. He said he was going to open a ticket for it to be registered in their system and that it would take 24-48hours for it to process and then 3 days later (today) Patrick told me it was still an open ticket and there was nothing else he could tell me. Then he stopped texting me back. Wouldn't give me the ticket number and completely stopped replying. I finally called customer support and within 5 minutes my watch is now activated and she said there was nothing wrong with it to begin with. Complete waste of time. Thanks to the customer service lady I now have a working watch. No thanks to Patrick or the location manager.

Thanks Verizon!Been with Verizon for a few years now. No complaints. So far, better than the two previous companies.I was with one provider for years and years, rhymes with AT&Pee. Had to call that one to have them fix my bill every month. With Verizon I haven't had to call about a bill once.Another company, rhymes with Sprimt, was suppose to pay off my bill to switch from the fist one... they never did. I felt scammed. I also had terrible coverage problems. Verizon has the best coverage so far. I even have great connectivity when we travel. Neither of the two previous providers stayed connected as well as Verizon.I do recommend trying Verizon and shopping at this store.

Joe Garrett: The store rep “Maria”, who’s real first name is Andrea) sold me a used Samsung Galaxy Ultra II with a name Christina Adams on it. I had no idea until after that she was dating my fiancé sister. I want an apology and refund.
Brandon Lauthern: I have had the same account for almost 30 years. (Since the Alltel days.) Needless to say, I have a fair amount of loyalty to Verizon. I have never felt more disrespected or unvalued as I did at this location. I was having trouble with my new phone not having a good data connection. After spending some time on the phone with customer service, I was advised to visit this location to have my sim card replaced. When I arrived, I was flat out refused any help with my issue, because my auto payment hadn't processed yet. I was told that the "system wouldn't allow it" and that there was nothing they could do. After spending TENS OF THOUSANDS of dollars with this company over the years, this is how my loyalty is repayed, with zero reciprocation. To say I was disappointed would be an immense understatement. Shame on you, Verizon.

Verizon has provided amazing customer service through several issues on several lines. The experience in store is a real connection and you don't get that anywhere anymore. Brandon at this location did an amazing job getting us the best deal on my upgrade. I highly recommend this company and what it has to offer!! I'm stoked for my early mother's day presents.

Jil Vienhag: I was quoted a monthly price with available promotions (waived activation fee, corporate discount, etc) and opted to go with Verizon. When I was activating my service, I let Chance know ahead of time I wanted to walk out with all promotions in place. Since Chance was unable to do that (in fact told me that was the customer's responsibility and there would be a $35 fee for him to work on it any more, after he failed to get the discounts in place), I spent three hours on the phone with Verizon, only to find out the type of plan I had (unlimited) didn't qualify for corporate discounts and the activation fee was not waived, as he did not put that through in store. Not even the bring your own phone or paperless/online billing discounts are applied the first month, so the first month (and possibly additional billing cycles) is NO DISCOUNT AT ALL. This experience was a flashback to all the Verizon billing problems I encountered when I had them previously. Verizon makes you sign up for an account before you find out what you are actually going to be paying......Risk it if you choose but get ready for a very frustrating, time consuming experience.

Ashley Klover: I am extremely disappointed in the customer service (or lack thereof) by the way the supervisor and associate dismissed me and told me to come back. I decided to give Verizon a try since most of my family and a handful of friends use their cellular service. I ordered a phone online and chose to pick it up in store. The email said it would take a few hours, when I arrived at the store they informed me of just receiving the email 15 minutes prior to arrival. I received a second email stating they needed proof of identity (no big deal) and that I would receive another email when it would be ready. I've already gotten a "Your bill is ready!" Even though it's a zero balance, I thought to myself, why do I have a bill already yet no product?!?! Today, they canceled my order and I read it would take up to 72 hours to get a refund. I was still waiting for the confirmation email about my identity. I don't know if I want to even use them as my carrier with all the discrepancies I've dealt with.

Stephen Pustai: They know nothing about the phones they sell. I purposely went into a store because I don't have time for a call and I drive for a living with no other phone for them to call on and after waiting 10 mi uses just to talk, they did exactly what I told them I personally have already done, didn't address my second issue, and only set me up for a call, which is exactly what I didn't want. If you need help with your phone, GO ELSEWHERE!

We had to add me as an authorized user on our Verizon account in order to make the claim apparently. Rachel was friendly and easy to talk to while I was on the phone with the insurance representative which was for a very long time, she was interactive and kind to my 6 yr old. And even though there was only so much she could do on my end she very patiently stayed with me through the whole process. Her customer service is great and she seems like a sweet person in general. Please commend her

I told her to give my phones back bc I wasnt going to be charged that much for someone downloading a app on my phone. I honestly was so disappointed with the service they were extremely rude.

Austin: Do not trust the sales people here. They lied about my trade in credit. I recorded the conversation and will be filing a complaint following this review. They also told me there was a special promotion where I would get a free SE watch and that it was better than my series 7 and would have a free line for 3 years. All lies. They actually downgraded me watches and there was would be $11 in monthly charges. I went in the next day and got it returned and confirmed that the sales guy (Austin) was going to add the $800 credit. He wasn’t there so I had the guy working write it down as proof before I left the store. I have them on recording confirming this as well. They said it would take 24 hours to reflect on my account. Austin just called me and said he only did $700 and refused to let me speak with a manager and hung up on me. Your stereotypical sleazy sales guy living up to the reputation. Now I’m on hold dealing with Russell Cellular corporate.

Verizon Authorized Retailer - Russell Cellular: what do users think?
Joshua Scheuerman: Went in the first time and the associate was working with another customer and no one was available to help so I left. Came back the next day got my phone was told I qualified for a 400 dollar rebate and that the associate would set it up for me. Got a phone call a few days later by associate telling me my plan didn't include the 400 dollar rebate and the only way to get rebate was to upgrade my plan. This felt like bait and switch and felt like something that would be done to make you upgrade. The store was also empty of products. So from lack of associates to help, poor associate misinformation and a sad looking store I plan never to return and would suggest you not go to any Russell Cellular stores.
hesley jenkins: Good bye Verizon you just lost another customer. You don't care about nothing but the bottom line. This is not about the store it about Verizon. I got 2 watches from this store. They quit working and got warrantied out. Got those and they are still junk. Still paying on them and can't and haven't been able to use them for 3 months. I went in to get a phone and they lowered my credit limit.
Andrew Demuria: Due to a weird glitch transferring over to Verizon from Straight Talk I spent about Eight hours in this store spread over three visits, and every single time Nathan was fantastic to work with. Nice as hell, down to earth guy, and he helped me every step of the way. Top-notch service from this gentleman and I highly recommend him to anyone who has issues with their Verizon devices. There may be things he can’t do in the store, but he will damn well get the issue fixed via many phone calls to support. 10/10 would recommend.
Heidi Sanders: Awesome staff! Came in for a phone case for my new phone and Austin hooked me up pretty quickly with an Otter Box, which I had never bought before today. He was knowledgeable and quite personable. I will use this location again. Very pleased!

Josh Donelson: I don't remember the guys name, but he was very friendly and very helpful. Yes, Verizon isn't the cheapest option out there, but the service is second to none. I went with the prepaid option which is really the best choice because of the loyalty program. I do wish you could have more thab 10GB of Hotspot but it is what it is. I will be returning for any future needs. Thank you!

Essentially I went to the Monett location and they didn't have the a42 in stock, but this location had 1. The employee called and verified it was in store and gave them my name and number with instructions to hold it until I got there. When I arrived, the one employee in the store, Nathan, was in the process of selling a gentleman and his son a phone. An a42. The very one I just drove an hour to come pick up.Now, I don't know who the Monett employee talked to, so I don't know where the ball got dropped, but I wasted hours of my day, and my fuel, to come up there, to buy a phone.Nathan did locate another one, 25 minutes further away, but by this point I was so fed up and done with the bs I was getting told I just went home.*update*Verizon online is going to expedite ship one to my front door in less than a day. Wtg Verizon. You'll keep me as a customer.*update #2, they effed that up, too. Absolutely abysmal. Imagine if they'd just held the phone that they were supposed to instead of selling it out from under me.Absolutely pathetic customer service.
