After asking me to bring new documents from oversees claiming she wanted unsigned ones, she still refused to sign the new documents. It was such a bad experience for me.The lady employee needs to be patient with customers and not dismissive.

Bri Johnson: Do not use the ATM at this location. As seen in many other reviews. It takes your money and doesn't deposit it and says to call a number to submit a claim. You then have to wait 10 days for the money to be deposited in your account. I understand machines malfunction but how can a machine accept the deposit and not credit it my account.

I always say i won’t go back to this location but because it’s in my neighborhood unfortunately i do, but this is last time. Sarah Howe: Been banking with US Bank for 10+ years. Unfortunately this is the closest location to where I live and by far the worst US Bank branch I’ve ever experienced. Extremely rude, unprofessional, slow, impatient staff. It was like this pre-pandemic but has definitely gotten worse since. Expect to spend 30+ minutes in the drive through even if your actually at the booth. I honestly can’t believe how horrible the customer service is at this location. If there were another branch closer I’d just avoid this location all together.
Scott K: The staff has always been courteous and helpful but they're often understaffed so service is slow when busy, both in the lobby and the drive through. The ATM was also not working again today.I'm updating and reducing the rating again because a machine wasn't working, one used by tellers, so I couldn't complete my transaction. Sporadic equipment and other problems can be expected, but this is too much too often.
Food Service: I waited 1 hour for drive thru service for commerical window service. Customer service at this location is the worst I have every seen.

rishi bhakta: I went thru the drive thru on 5/29/2021 to get $720 in change. Teller said she can't since I have personal account Not business account. Mind you I come to the location often never had any issue. Manager called me inside the lobby. The rude and unprofessional manager told me unless I open a business account. I cannot get any change moving forward! I said as a customer I am not allowed to get change? She said no! I figure its perhaps the amount was too big ($720) so I replied what if I wanted $40 or lesser amount of change. She said I can't get any change period, moving forward! She told me I have to go to my bank that I have business account with. Memorial weekend my business account bank is closed. Since she refused to provide any assistance left the lobby and I had to drive to the US bank at the Clayton location. I go there regularly. I went inside ask if there is a limit on change for a personal account. She said no as long as I have it. I said explained her what just happened. She said that is strange. As a customer I am allowed to receive change! Go figure, I received the change at the Clayton location! The manager at the Lindell location lied about its policy and refusing to service their own customers! I am not a person that write reviews but she wasted an hour of my time. Would like others to beware of this branch.I am replying to the response from Ryan: This was Not an issue of reserving coins for others. I did need NOT need coins. I needed $1,$5,$10 as change. And I can understand if there was not any at that time. But this was Not the case. The manager was adamant and explicitly told from now on that I can NOT receive any change UNLESS I have a business account!

Creative Abode: The lack of competency at this particular bank branch, is beyond unreal and unusual in comparison to other US Bank branches. We are only a half mile from this branch (closest to us) and it is also where we originally opened up our account.We purposely avoid going to this branch to handle our banking affairs, because the lack of efficiency, knowledge, and care by those bank employees leaves a lot to be said. In short, DON'T waste your time going to this branch. It will just cause you to get upset, and leave you wondering why you ever let them have your business. FYI, every other review listed on here about the employee's here couldn't be more true!

The TV was on so loud in there you couldn’t hear anyone speak. I guess they had to keep themselves entertained since it was so “busy.”
Buster: It seems like the ATM is always broke I know this is a rough part of town and I wouldn't go through the ATM or get out of my vehicle at night that is for sure but they really need to make sure the ATM works because I like to go to it during the day but now I just simply go to a different bank because I know it's probably not going to work constantly this ATM machine is broke over and over and over and then it failed to give me my money it actually shredded the money in the machine and it took me probably a week to get that money back they had to come out count the money in the machine I had to fill out paperwork it was a nightmare to deal with these people US Bank is awful when it comes to customer service and maintaining their facilities their ATM machines are outdated and they are junk they need to be replaced.

Daniel Richter: This has to be one of the worst branch locations. Always slow. Today, there was a line of 10 people and three staff. One took their lunch break and the other just disappeared, leaving one person to take care of everyone’s transactions. It’s been 15 minutes and the line hasn’t moved.
George Betts: A decent bank, can't complain about the bank, it's just not a safe area to go to at night as there are alot of homeless people that sleep behind it at the church and they come up to you it you're using the atm there at night.

Larry Eaton: This is a small branch and everyone gives fast and courteous service. This is my favorite branch for my banking needs.
Melody Whalin: Randomly suspended my debit card while I'm out of town, leaving me stranded. When I called they gave me an invalid number to call about it being suspended. They would not answer when I tried multiple times to call back

Chad Barnes: Terrible customer service involving this bank branch. I needed the notary to sign something for work. Instead of explaining the proper procedure, first he had to ask me if I even knew what a notary was, and when I responded yes, he stated then why did you sign this.
Dee Rivers: On their website it states that this lobby location is open 10-4 today. I was just there at 10:30 they have a sign up stating that this location is temporarily closed. It was a waste of time. The website needs to be update to reflect that it is temporarily closed.
Kevin Childers: So convenient being right inside Schnucks South City. These mini banks in grocery stores are more or less convenient but so many are just a half step up from an in store ATM. I have to say that US Bank has stepped up their game. All of the minis can offer full services, but few really pull it off. But I've found that US Bank can. They have staffed their minis with fully competent personnel. My kudos to them for making my life so much easier.

Steven F: My wife deposited two checks one for a large amount of money. The teller deposited these checks on Saturday into someone else's account. My wife had to take off time from work to go into the bank to resolve this. The branch manager told well it happens sometimes your money should be available in one to two business days. Now we are without this money for making payments we have to make. Will be closing the account. Customer for 35 years.

Jerry Stamson: No one is allowed in the bank without an appointment, yet the drive through is slower than ever. Even when the drive through is not busy it takes forever. I'll be switching banks after using US Bank for 15 years. Can't go in and have to wait 30 minutes for a to make a deposit with one car in front of you, yea not happening.
Darlena Ngo: I told some lady over the phone that I haven't been to a US Bank and that I want to make an appointment and make a debit card because I have not been to the US Bank before and that I wanted to get them customized and she told me that I can just show up and that I don't need an appointment. And when I got there I had a hard time communicating with an old lady and how she told me I have to have an appointment to get a debit card and I told her some lady I spoke to told me I didn't have to and then the boss or the person I was going to see told me to go home and make an appointment and come back next time.
Warren: Almost a year of drive through only, still inexcusably slow. Pull up at 8:58am, opens at 9:00am, one car in front of me. I’m finished with a simple cash deposit by 9:17. Just pathetic.

Maureen Muich: This isn’t the first time I’ve had a bad experience at this branch, but it is the first time I’ve submitted a negative review on Google and the first time I filed a formal complaint against this branch. A simple task of depositing a check (NO cash withdrawal) required THREE visits through the drive thru (lobby isn’t open) and these aren’t short visits. In the end, to deposit a check with my husbands name on the check, they wanted him physically present in my car and they wanted to receive his ID. After completing that request - which is absurd to have him physically present IN MY CAR - there was yet another thing that needed to be completed before they’d deposit the check. I called corporate and they explained pieces of the process which were legit, but agreed he didn’t need to be physically present and it was poor communication on their part to complete a simple task. It’s unfortunate since this bank is one block from our house, but I’ll have to drive to the Southwest branch moving forward, or until I take my accounts somewhere else. We’re refinancing and we were going to call US Bank for quotes to keep our mortgage with the bank, but we’re taking our mortgage somewhere else.

I went in to find out if she could do her business from the car considering her difficulties with walking. The clerk checked on the possibility of her being able to do so. She’s returned and told us to use the Commercial drive up to have her get her temporary replacement. This was greatly appreciated and extremely accommodating. It took a little time to get things completed but the staff was very helpful and we truly appreciate their care and concern! Customer Service was key! Thanks for your help!

RON PULLER: Terrible US Bank Visa card dispute dept. in Fargo ND. Amazon sent them a refund for an item never received but the bank is refusing to credit my account even after receiving a copy of my refund from Amazon. US Bank Visa card holders beware of their stupid dispute department!

Sean Van de Riet: The only reason that I ever go to a bank is to use the ATM. The ATM at this branch seems to only accept cash about half of the time. Twice in the past week, I’ve gone to make a deposit only for “cash” to be grayed out. This type of thing has been a recurring issue for years. I always know that I’m taking a chance whenever I try it and I’m disappointed more often than not. Go to another branch or, even better, find a new bank.

Deuce Mongoose: By far the worst experience I have ever had with a bank. I was talked down to like a child for having basic questions that neither person I spoke to could answer. Mostly because they find it easier to help a customer solve their problems by talking over them, and constant condescension. The gentleman I spoke with was honestly trying, and very polite, but again...wouldn't listen, and couldn't stop talking over me. The second person they put on the phone was completely unacceptable. Corey J: On top of the teller being rude... I don't understand why US Bank has to charge so many fees, on all ends of your money too. You're charged to have a checking account and keep your money there. I'm charged to cash your check from there. And then they say you must pay and have an account to use Western Union services. No thanks on being swindled US Bank!
Terry Turner: service is terrible, 3 people working, nobody paying attention to the drive thru. after 5 minutes, the canister had not been touched.10 minutes to get a receipt for my deposit. i was the only car in the drive up lines. this is kind of universal at us banks, several people working on things other than customers. we mean nothing to them. this is really a management/corporate philosophy and problem!

Nick Givens: Made my bank account over 3 months ago and still have not received my permanent debit card. The got my address wrong the first time, sent another one. Have gotten 3 bank statements, and information on how to set up my "new card". But still have yet to get my card. I tried to just cancel my account in all and they insisted on ordering me a new card and me picking it up at this location. That was 2 weeks ago and they said it would be here at Wednesday the latest.

Jessica Riley: Should've known by the rating not to stop in at this branch. It's closer to my house, but definitely not more convenient. Stopped in today to deposit my s/o's check into my account as I've done without incident for nearly three years. Today was my first and last stop at this particular location. Normally I'm greeted and asked what the business of my visit is, followed by a thank you and a receipt. Today I was met with unnecessary questioning as to why he doesn't have his own account and why I'm depositing his check into my account. He was there with me to present his ID as usual, so I don't understand the problem. The teller told me she would accept it 'this time'. Y'all are really doing too much over there. I'll just go to the branch further from my house that does what I need them to do without getting in my business
Jeremy: I had a bad experience at location which caused me to close my newly opened account. I had created a checking account online with success, and received a phone call from a pleasant lady welcoming me etc. (I wish i knew if from a specific location or just customer service). On Saturday I went in to deposit additional funds as well as funds into a savings account. There were only 2 people onsite, and the teller stated I couldn't put money into a savings account and would need to make an appointment? Make an appointment to have a savings account I asked myself? She said yes, and its during the week until 5pm. I told her I couldn't make it to bank by 5pm, so she stated I could come during my lunch? The line started to have people backing up and I heard someone state "only one person at front on a Saturday". I knew I couldn't stay in line much longer since understaffed, but me not being able to create a savings account quickly since I already had created a checking account and having to make an appointment during the week previous to 5pm was very frustrating. I closed my account, and received money that I used to open account. Very frustrating especially since I had a great experience opening checking online and receiving call from lady whether from another location or from customer service.

mgoggles33: Stay away from US Bank if you are looking for a mortgage or refinance. They will lie to u every step of the process. They will hit u with fees and then deny they did it even after providing a statement with the fee showing. If you call for assistance, they will pass u around like a cheap suit until you give up. If u email, they will never respond. The mortgage department must be desperate to increase profits and if that comes against customers then so be it. Take it from this former employee, bank elsewhere.

curt moore: Tried to purchase a vehicle last week. Seller prefetred cash. Us bank however only give out an allowance of your money or will try and put u off a week to get it. Worst bank ive ever used and look foward to banking elsewhere. They also make u feel like a criminal when u ask for the cash as well.

Randall Mars: Maximum atm withdrawal is only $300,and $500 at us bank atms per day. I asked them to bring it up to $1000 and s tools they can't because it's a security feature.

Adil Omerovic: TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!Lost my Trust.Had a certified CASHIERS CHECK, went in to cash it, and the teller wouldn't let me cash it, said that there was a 2-3 day holding period.EVEN though I had enough in MY ACCOUNT to cover the CASHIERS CHECK.So what I did was withdraw majority of my money and am planning to close all accounts with US BANK, as soon as a few checks clear.
