Steven Bennett: I am an existing BMO customer in St Louis, MO. Received marketing info about the BMO Harris Community Home Improvement Loan. Called the toll-free # at the bottom of the informational letter on 8/1/22 at 5pm. Unfortunately, nobody at BMO Sales had any clue about the program. I got bounced around a number of times and put on endless holds. I was on the phone for a total of 20 minutes before I finally ended the call. The sales/loan call center is clearly in complete disarray. Disappointing, indeed. Also, the music played while I was on endless holds was probably the worst music I have ever heard. Another truly mediocre customer service experience with BMO Harris.

Matt Best: Stephanie was incredibly helpful, courteous and generally nice in helping me get my debit card replaced and opening up a credit card. I always appreciate when staff are clear and concise in their explanations of what I am getting into financially. Would definitely go back to this location specifically for anything that requires more than an ATM. BMO Harris has in general been a solid bank as well in the 6 years I have been with them.

Lance Bryant: Customer service was okay but they charge you $10 to cash a check if you are not a customer. That seems a little excessive!

Declan Rutan: The staff here is very helpful. We moved our business accounts here, and they have always been there for is whenever we call. They also hosted an event on identity theft, with keynote speaker of Frank Abagnale, of Catch me if you Can fame.

Michael Maher: Stephanie (manager) and Rachel (banker) were very helpful getting a problem resolved for me in Dec 2019. The scanner had mis-read a check I was depositing. Both of them took time to get it taken care of. I really needed it resolved before the end of the calendar year, and Stephanie even called me after hours on New Year's Eve to let me know what was happening. They are both very friendly, as is Al, one of the tellers. Other people are nice, but I don't know their names.

Charlotte Grider: I have been banking here since 2014. I have been dealing with unauthorized use of my accounts and identity theft. The bankers not only do not care, but they do everything they can to avoid investigating or providing me with information so that I can investigate. They have been very rude. Two bank managers have been very temperamental and hostile. I am just trying to find out where my money went, but they refuse to help. They have given me the run around at every turn. When I first suspected a problem, they said to close the account. I did. Then they claimed they couldn't get the info I wanted because the account was closed. They said to call the call center number. Call center said they don't have the information but the branch does. Some bankers would try to get info but others said it wasn't available. As soon as someone tries to help me, someone else stops them. There are "holes" in several account statements--where some days in the month are not covered by a statement. They do not know why and will not find out. They previously told me that, if I close all of my accounts, they won't help me at all. There have been inappropriate transactions on my current account. I have recently received a letter saying they are going to close my account because the relationship isn't good for either of us. At best, they are incompetent and rude. They might also be criminals. If they aren't, they are so incompetent that they enable fraud.

Really: Sick to death of bad customer service, finally closed my account. This used to be a good place, IDK what the deal is the past several months but I'm glad I'm done.

Kenneth K: Went in to cash a check a client gave me for contractor work. The teller was talking to her friend for about 5 min after the transaction was done. How's this person doing, how's your week going and so on. Myself and the customer behind me were not happy. Finally my turn. She advised me I needed two forms of I D wich I did. She said it would cost me $10 to cash or have the check writer come to the bank and sign the check. It was signed. I called her and she wasn't happy. She didn't even believe me. She has been a customer there for 30 years. What a horrible experience. Never use this so called bank. Ripoff artist.

Robin Dahle: I would give this branch less than one star if I could. The general customer service number is not working properly so I called the closest branch to my office to get the payoff for an auto loan. I was told by the woman that answered the phone that she did not have that information. I ask her if I came in with a check to pay off the loan could they give me a payoff. She said yes, but it wouldn't include late fees, I asked for that amount over the phone so I could print a check; she repeated that it wouldn't include late fees. I said there would be no late fees (my credit is perfect). Her response was GREAT!, and she hung up on me without giving me an amount. THIS BANK OFFERS HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE, AVOID AT ALL COST.

BT A: I've been with BMO since they acquired my previous bank, Southwest. Excellent customer service always.... even at this branch. I've been coming to this branch since I moved into this area in 2018. They are up front about costs or anything they are unable to do for you. I trust them very much.
