Playful Hearts Yoga: After attempting to secure a PPP loan through a large bank with no luck at all I reached out on social media to get referrals. We called Tom Wong who was helping STL Bank push the loans through. In the 10 minutes someone had given me his name, before making first contact with him, he looked up our business, knew when we started the business and had our contact information ready to go. I was so impressed that we immediately chose him to help. He was available all day and night that Sunday by phone and text. In my experience there is no other bank that would’ve been available on a Sunday like he was. After getting everything sent for us, he helped a friend of ours well into the night to get his papers in as well. He checked in and 2 days later we found out we got the loan!! We couldn’t believe it after what we’d experienced at the larger bank!! We will absolutely be moving our accounts and are so thankful for Tom and the help of all the people working 24/7 at STL Bank to secure these loans! Thank you thank you!!

Like other small businesses we completed and submitted our application for PPP immediately to our bank. Curtis Farber: Garbage service. Workers sit around and won't address you. Only the security guard will address you. I wasted a 15 minute break here and talked to no one. I went in to open and second account, now I'm going to close my first one. Worst service ever. I tried to call business bankers and can't get a call back. I've also needed to them to explain and "analysis charge" but no one can tell me what caused it and business bankers are too busy for my business.

The TV was on so loud in there you couldn’t hear anyone speak. I guess they had to keep themselves entertained since it was so “busy.”
Buster: It seems like the ATM is always broke I know this is a rough part of town and I wouldn't go through the ATM or get out of my vehicle at night that is for sure but they really need to make sure the ATM works because I like to go to it during the day but now I just simply go to a different bank because I know it's probably not going to work constantly this ATM machine is broke over and over and over and then it failed to give me my money it actually shredded the money in the machine and it took me probably a week to get that money back they had to come out count the money in the machine I had to fill out paperwork it was a nightmare to deal with these people US Bank is awful when it comes to customer service and maintaining their facilities their ATM machines are outdated and they are junk they need to be replaced.

Daniel Richter: This has to be one of the worst branch locations. Always slow. Today, there was a line of 10 people and three staff. One took their lunch break and the other just disappeared, leaving one person to take care of everyone’s transactions. It’s been 15 minutes and the line hasn’t moved.
George Betts: A decent bank, can't complain about the bank, it's just not a safe area to go to at night as there are alot of homeless people that sleep behind it at the church and they come up to you it you're using the atm there at night.
Justin Sullivan: The staff at this location is fantastic. Very attentive and efficient. I'm here often and haven't had an issue. The ATM is outside, which isn't ideal but there's an awning and security cameras so it's no big deal.

Jessica Lannon: I recently visited this branch and tried to withdraw money out of my account. The gentleman behind the counter was taking a fairly long time. When I asked him was there a issue he told me that they recently have had people fraudulently withdrawing money from accounts. In mind I’m thinking what does that have to do with me besides the color of my skin. He was very rude and unprofessional. I definitely felt like I was racially profiled. When I tried to make a complaint I was told by the bank teller I didn’t need to speak with a manager because he was going to give me my money. I will never visit this branch again.
Gwendolyn Glovers: I recived payment from a client and the chck was drawn at this bank. I bank elsewhere. The first teller told me to wait. I heard him tell others he wanted to see if the previous banker was actually authorized on her husband's account (despite the fact she had left his window). The next teller ask do I have an account and I responded no. She began to process cashing my Bank of Amer check then asked for 2nd ID besides my State Licenses. So I provided my military ID. She asked nxt teller if she could use it. Then she stated it would cost $8 to cash. I said ok. She then began walking away saying wait one second. She returned saying my check exceeded the amount of a non account holder. I ask what was the amount and unexpectedly the next teller interrupted our discussion to say WE don't know. So I asked him to mind his business. Another guy said I didn't need to be rude as he 2nd teller was trying to educate me. No he was being sarcastic.I'll inform my client not to pay me vis Bank of America.
João Dimas: The staff lack sufficient knowledge or willingness to discuss anything beyond basic information. So, if you are an informed customer, there's nothing this branch's staff can help you with. Don't even try discussing anything slightly advanced, such as with what frequency your activity is reported to credit bureaus, or how long do they take to report past activity after you obtained an SSN. They don't know or are not interested in helping you besides offering basic information easily found online.I've had a disappointing experience every time I went over there. Perhaps the lukewarm reception is due to my being a PhD student receiving stipend. If that's the case, it is an extremely myopic way of conducting business.

ROHF Inc. Racheal Onia House Foundation Inc.: This bank location has been nothing short of HORRIBLE. I haven't had a debit card for well over 5 years. When the bank sent me a new card I was informed I had to go to my local location to get my pin #. Once I got to that location because they close earlier at 4pm I was informed by a black male appearing to be supv./mang. stating they were closing soon and didn't have time and he stated "I'm not paying overtime." I informed him I was going out of town and it would be a while before my return. Now I'm back and I stop in again the same guy tells me today I should have made an allotment thereforeit'll be 45 mins or more.
Charris Wells: I have the best experience when I come to this Bank of America location. My biggest kudos goes to the assistant manager, John Williams. He is always smiling and eager to help. He makes every client feel valued and makes sure to find the answer to any question we have. I know I speak for every client of the Central West End location when I say that John Williams is a true asset and personifies the values of your company. Someone needs to promote this man ASAP. I hope BoA understands the value of John, because if they don’t, I’m 100% certain that another company will.
