314bigblack: Don’t do it..These people are the worst..That was Last year…This week tried going inside again..This time…I was the only person in the bank at 9:30 amThe teller Sherl was texting on her phone two or three minutes while I stood there in line..Only person in the bank..when I asked if she was busy she told me I could have said something when I walked up20 minutes to withdraw money from my account because I filled out a checking withdrawal in stead of a savings...Sherl can’t wait till automated teller machine eliminates dealing with people like you..You need to get that hate out of your heart.

LaTisha Valentine-Knox: Mr. Knox and I recently learned about First Mid Bank & Trust @ a meet and greet. We were able to ask question of the experienced Mr. Sean Ford. We met with him today at the awesome & friendly branch on Jefferson. He exceeded our expectations on getting our business bank account opened. He truly made the process overall smooth! Maurice Meredith: First Mid Bank the people who work there were kind and helpful. Unfortunately you have to almost give blood to get a check cashed after giving my social security number and all the information they could possibly have. I've never went to a bank that wouldn't cash a check drawn on their Bank I know they have fees. It's my fault not having my current address on an ID card with my picture along with the government ID.

Matthew Middleton: This place had my limit increased and temporary lock removed on my account in less than 5 minutes! Her name was Karen I think, I couldn't hear to well as I slide my card for a new 5000$ computer. All thanks to her speedy assistance. Jeff City took almost 30 min to do the same task, only this office beat them to it.

Giving them a drive through would be nice and benificial but the location is a bit wonky for that.

ROHF Inc. Racheal Onia House Foundation Inc.: The simple fact.. the only enterprise bank anywhere near north city has removed the ATM causing a hardship for bank customers..e we have to pay additional atm fees and can’t make any deposits.. Awesome team though.

Evelyn Rice-Peebles: I have been with Enterprise Bank and Trust for many years. It started when my dad was ill, he has since passed this life, and our attorney's office was across the street from the Clayton location. Our children attended school in Clayton, so it was convenient for us. I started going to the Lindell location because it is closer to Forest Park, where I work. The staff at Lindell is very good also. The outstanding person who has made a tremendous impact on me and my family, is Ms Tessa Farmer. I hope I spelled her name correctly. She is pleasant even if she has to say something you do not want to hear. In other words, she knows what is allowable and what is not. She is seriously committed to excellence in her staff and in her self. She is thorough and explains not just what must be done, but why it must be done. She is noteworthy and I wanted to put this in writing, so that if there is an opportunity for her to be promoted, she would be considered before others.
Diana Gualdoni: Enterprise Bank on Lindell Blvd. is my neighborhood bank. I get great service every time, which is important, but equally important is that the staff, especially Shelly and Tesha, welcome me by name when I walk in. Due to COVID I had to do my recent transaction at the drive-through window, but Tesha still greeted me personally. This personal connection is part of what makes this bank special to me.

Denise McClurkin: This bank is horrible. The bought Rockwood out and we have had nothing but one issue after another. They lock your account down so tight, you can’t even use it. Half their staff can’t even help you. Had an issue today and the branch manager had such an attitude.
Becky Falls: Their branch did not have any $100 bills and could not cash my 3k withdrawl... 3k is not a lot for a bank and that's where you're supposed to go for money.. banks are supposed to keep a certain amount of money on hand who messed up?

nita3942: Now I don't bank here but every month I go here to use the same cards to get money off of them like always one of them requires a pen and every time I try to tell them that they don't listen and run the card the wrong way and it always seems to reject it like I will tell them it would do that if you don't put in the pen and every month I go through the same thing you will think by now they will remember but I just think they don't care this is why I don't bank
Jennifer Averitt: I've been banking with Lindell for several years now .I truly have zero and have had zero complaints about the bank itself or the staff at the branch that I use.The staff has always been amazing and everything I needed to : Professional, knowledgeable, helpful, understanding, patient, and friendly. They address 10 stars in my opinion. Lindell Bank till this day has always been an excellent fit for me.
Vic Damone: My grandmother does business with this bank. She had her wallet stolen from her. She cancelled her checks which where also stolen. 6 months later the same checks came through her account. Mind you she paid a fee to have those checks cancelled. This ordeal has cost her almost 3,000 dollars. The banker from the East saint Louis illinois branch told my grandmother the bank may not be able to recover her funds even though this was clearly a banking error. I really don't think this bank is as good as you guys are saying it is.
Tommy Brown: I don't bank here but a few years ago my girlfriends car battery died during a snow storm and she had to leave her car in their lot until she got out of work. She even left a note apologizing and explaining. They had her car towed anyway which cost her almost $500. It was only there for 8 hours... It's a huge lot and she put the car in the back away from the banks doors. That's just a really low thing to do. I still drive by that bank and shake my head knowing they lack character, which is ironic since character is one of the '5 C's of credit' which a banker should know.Thinking bout this bank today - Editing 3 years later just to keep this fresh.
