Samuel Jackson II: Wow. I've had my account with Chase for almost 10 years and for the longest time did not have to pay for 3 checks that I would literally only get every once in a blue moon when I lived up in Illinois. Then I decided to move across the bridge to St. Louis and the first bank ever that I use charges me three dollars for a small sheet of checks that I will be using to pay my rent with because I can't do online payments, which also charge a fee for payments. Every place is nickel and dime-ing everyone for everything. Plus, Chase also almost allowed my account to dip into the negatives instead of declining!It may be time for me to look for another bank and cut ties with Chase.

Roy Sher: wish there were more locations, but this one is convenient and close to the 170 and 64 40 so it is still easy to get to. drive through is convenient and is off to the side of the busier target microcenter trader joes areahas all the services like all banks with a few ATMs available inside as well

nakeeta martin: We were from Colorado Springs, CO on business and needed to transfer money from a business Account with a Different financial institution, Boy needless to say it was very frustrating... upon Entering the Bank a young lady greeted us and just her Smile made me calm down, Lakesha Riley was very patient with us and gave us very useful information for the future. Lakesha is definitely a Keeper!!!! LOVE THE CUSTOMER SERVICE AT CHASE

William Crisp: Hours show they are open until 5:00 pm matching the sign on the door. I arrived at 4:30 pm and the place is a ghost town and locked up. Been a long time Chase customer in another city. Just like others not off to a good start for a bank expanding into a new (St Louis) market.

William Morgan: Terrible bank with horrendous customer service. I opened an online savings account to take advantage of one of their "bonus" offers but it was impossible to get money transferred into it. They would remove it from my other bank and then "freeze" it for days. Every call to customer service took an hour, with five or six transfers. Finally tried to close my account but they said I could only do it in person--even though I opened it online and the closest branch is 120 miles away! Once I get my account closed, I'm done with this terrible company. They're everything that's wrong with "Too Big to Fail" banks. Back to my trusted and helpful local bank for me.

I had to bring our toddler and Donna was super kind and accommodating as well as knowledgeable. We got everything set up quickly and got all of the features we needed for our account. Awstyn Cochran: Attempted to open MULTIPLE accounts at this branch! I made an appointment for Saturday at 9:30 am with a real live person in the branch only to have a banker call me that morning while I was on the way and say my appointment was for 9am and not to come in. So someone from the bank CALLED ME Monday and we made an appointment for Wednesday at 4:45 pm and when I got there they had no record of an appointment! I am not sure what is going on at this branch but I will never beg a bank to put my money in it. They didn't even care to get down to where the miscommunication lied and where the ball was dropped.

Hans Moscicke: I’ve used all the major banks here in the STL area and was so glad when Chase finally came on the scene because, honestly, their service and products far outmatch all of the other major players in town. Customer service is always top notch and their credit card and checking account perks and bonuses are unbeatable! We’ve opened multiple accounts with them now and frequently use their free notary services as well. :-)

ra u: I went to frontenac branch to open a high school account for my son. There were two bankers and one teller and I was the only customer. I told them they looked like they were all waiting for lunch and no one wanted to help. They told me to wait and started to discuss amongst 🙄 each other. If they helped me their lunch would be late. Any way I left went to kirkwood branch all of them extremely helpfull. The lady in that branch told me as I have an account with chase I can do it online in no time. It took me 5 minutes online.

Sky Feurstein: I was a walk-in to set up a checking and savings account. I had the pleasure of being assisted by Raquel who is their private client banker and she was most helpful with what I set out to do and I even did a bit more which I had been meaning to do by having a great and thorough conversation with her as she informed me on the best routes to take for me personally. She is very knowledgeable,friendly, and helpful. It felt more personalized here than at other banks and also as though they truly want to assist in hitting financial goals. The store was also well maintained.
Paul Lee: My first-time experience was great. Not only was Ms. Gant who helped me with notary service professional, courteous, and punctual, all the bank team members shared the same vibe. I would drive extra to use this branch.

Ankush Agrawal: Pathetic service. Reserved an appointment for 3:30 in advance and Raquel was utterly unprofessional. She did not care to ask or attend for 35 mins at which point I left. Never experienced such an unprofessional staff at PNC.

AJ: I am a new customer who just opened up a checking account yesterday. I was told by Chase customer service to verify my identity in person at a Chase bank location in order to keep the new account. I chose this location due to it being the closest one to my job. This location is soooo unprofessional. I was assisted by a Makayla Wickerson who was constantly on her phone scrolling, taking personal phone calls, constantly leaving her office to go “chat” with other employees while I’m sitting at her desk, picking under her nails with notepad paper, etc.!!! As I stated before, TOTALLY UNPROFESSIONAL. What I thought would be a quick process turned into a 1 hour wait. Very disappointed that this had to happen as my first experience as a new customer.

Darla Carter: I live in Las Vegas, NV My Niece Recently moved to St. Louis. She went into Chase Bank which She and I are Members. She attempted to transfer Monies from Her Bank Account to My Account. The Teller asked Her several Personal Questions He should have never asked, the only thing the Teller was to do was transfer the Monies. She rushed to Work and I called the Bank Manager Whom really didn’t seem to want to be bothered. Long story short After speaking the the Bank Manager She tried again and the transfer was denied. I spoke to My Chase Bank here in Neveda and was told it was a Seemless Account and the Teller should have made the transaction and there was nothing showing on Either one of Our ends to prevent or deny. Looks like She and I need to get an Attorney.
Dellarese Black: Apparently making appointments and everyone being on the same page is an issue. My appointment was double booked and they had no one else available to accommodate their screw up! I guess I’ll find another bank who has their business IN ORDER!
Dasha' Leeann: Che was very welcoming to my husband and I. She was very sweet and talked to us while we waited. Jaden seen us and got my husband and I accounts set up. He made sure to give us a lot of details and information for the future banking with Chase. Our first experience with Chase was great thanks to these two people.
