David Pan: Called this bank to change address for its customer, as I have owned this my house for more than 2years. I called many times. The bank still sends confidential documents to my address for its customer. I was told just to tell USPS to return the mail. It led me to give a bad review as the bank support refused to take further action to help its customer, though its customer is supposed to change address. But it was old laddy.

It started when my dad was ill, he has since passed this life, and our attorney's office was across the street from the Clayton location. Our children attended school in Clayton, so it was convenient for us. I started going to the Lindell location because it is closer to Forest Park, where I work. The staff at Lindell is very good also. The outstanding person who has made a tremendous impact on me and my family, is Ms Tessa Farmer. I hope I spelled her name correctly. She is pleasant even if she has to say something you do not want to hear. In other words, she knows what is allowable and what is not. She is seriously committed to excellence in her staff and in her self. She is thorough and explains not just what must be done, but why it must be done. She is noteworthy and I wanted to put this in writing, so that if there is an opportunity for her to be promoted, she would be considered before others.

I get great service every time, which is important, but equally important is that the staff, especially Shelly and Tesha, welcome me by name when I walk in. John Lazar: I have been trying to get someone from this branch on the phone for 3 days now. Not one answer. I called the Corporate office and got 4 different phone numbers for contacts at this branch. Including the branch manager.Full story. I went in over a month ago and requested a replacement credit card as mine had broken. While going through the process, their associate Ben asked if I had any interest in Financial planning. I mentioned that I have someone already, but would be open to hearing options.Fast forward to today. Still no replacement card, BUT I got over 5 calls asking about financial planning.Question:Does that building have phones? Does anyone work there? Is there really even a location? Have I been hallucinating?ORAre they all terrible employees?I guess we will never know... Anyway... You can find me over at US Bank soon! ^_^

Jeffery Covert: I came in to grab a voided check so I could set up direct deposit. I was greeted immediately by Eriona who was exceptionally kind and helpful, although she hadn't yet done the service I requested so she sought help from another lady in back and got me fixed up quickly. I wish I would have asked for her name, because when I was trying to leave, my car battery was dead and she came outside in the cold and moved her car near mine so I could hook up jumper cables. She really saved the day and went above and beyond.

Dave Walton: Three stars because on the good side, the employees make up for the things that would normally earn it one star like only crediting the first $100 of a cash deposit through the ATM and making you wait an entire "business day" for the rest. For a cash deposit. Can't credit all your cash on a cash deposit if you do it through their ATM.Had a LOT of miscommunication on their policy regarding deposits (the hold periods were not discussed when opening the account) and so a simple check that should have taken one business day took almost two weeks to "clear" (and that's because the manager got involved and released the funds, otherwise it would have been longer). As a matter of fact, the day the check actually cleared the originating bank is the day they sent out a letter saying they were holding the funds because it's a new account. So money is gone from the originating bank, it's in Commerce but they're "holding" it... for what reason?Basically they could use a lot more training to provide upfront information when opening an account and a good revamp to their ATM technology and outdated policies regarding availability of cash deposits.

James McCormick: Worst ever. Outside of being REAL SLOW, it is like a prison bank. You can’t walk up to the tellers like a real bank, you have to talk to them through a phone system and cameras. The video teller told me it is more secure and efficient. I asked him what about friendly? He responded that it is the bank of the future. I HOPE NOT!I will find a Commerce Bank that has real tellers, perhaps outside of the ghetto. This is the first time that I have ever posted a review, my only regret is that I had to give them one star in order to post.
Lili Schliesser: Commerce Bank has made feel appreciated for years now. Always willing to talk, work through issues, and send me off with a smile. It's a large bank that feels like a small one. Great.

I have waited in excess of 20 minutes on multiple occasions in the drive-through, at times even when I am the only car there. People are nice, but that's not enough to get over how late I've been to appointments because they don't have a sense of urgency.

Mo Johnson: It’s because of Michael that I chose to continue banking with Bank of America. My overall experience’s in the past with the location in Belleville, IL really made me dislike this bank. Michael’s professional attitude and detailed attention to my needs has totally changed my outlook. He honestly needs to retrain the branch managers at other locations on great customer service and professionalism. I truly thank Michael for going above and beyond for me to keep banking with Bank of America.

Byron Claude: This bank illegally refused to cash it's own cashier's check for a whole 26 dollars calling it "fraudulent" when it was in fact "pre-dated" because the sloppy corporate entity it is a part of does sloppy bookkeeping and did not record the check in their ledger until a week after the thing was issued. By the time the matter was resolved my license had expired... so guess what... you guessed it, they still refused to cash it on the count of my now expired license. If you want a bank that will commit illegal activity and do everything else in it's power too work against you - this is your place. If you want a bank that functions like one... GO ELSEWHERE!!!

Bill Whitney: I have been a satisfied business and personal banking customer since 2007. I chose what was then known as Champion Bank because of their availability to a small entrepreneur. Denise Williams in particular has been the picture of exceptional service and proactive customer management in all those years. I always felt like she was a partner in my business watching for anything that looked potentially problematic. It was not unusual to receive a call before a problems arose to make sure unnecessary fees were avoided. It never occurred to me in 15 year that I should seek banking help elsewhere. Now that I have left the state and closed accounts, I want to thank Enterprise Bank and Denise Williams for a job well done and greatly appreciated.
