Darla Carter: Bank Teller questioned My Niece asking what type of Business does She have, Where and Who She was withdrawing the Monies from Her account from. Denied Her transfer from Her Account to My Account and We are both with Chase Bank, then wouldn’t allow Her to make any withdrawals from Her Account. She needs to get an Attorney, first because The Teller had no business asking Her about anything other than making the transaction She requested. Close Your Account and take Both of Your Accounts elsewhere. This sure wasn’t truth in lending. Their Crooks!!!

The Mann: DO NOT open a brokerage account with Wells Fargo Advisors.There are tons of other FREE online brokerage companies out there. Customer Service is a joke, rude overseas telephone agents who do not understand American dialect English, cookie cutter written communication lacking any detail forcing you to call their garbage overseas call centers, and overpriced "advisors" who would never cut it at any serious investment company. If you are serious about investing your own money, stay away from this train wreck. Based on personal EXPERIENCE.

Dennis Shaw: Worst customer service ever. Wells Fargo cost me the sale of my truck because their service has been down for 4 days that I know of. None of the customer service reps were able to help verify my information when calling any of their 800 numbers. I will never do business with Wells Fargo again.

Tim Ely: Wells Fargo is providing funding for Enbridge to expand Line 3 pipeline. This expansion will traverse untouched wetlands and the treaty territory of Anishinaabe peoples, through the Mississippi River headwaters to the shore of Lake Superior. It violates treaty rights and threatens water and food sources. Avoid Wells Fargo until they stop immoral funding of environmental destruction.
Wes Escher: The worst customer service I've ever experienced. Customer service would just hang up on me intentionally while merging call with one of my clients to perform a rollover. Some reps said we needed certain paper work while others didn't. All the while being on hold for 30 minutes to be transfered somewhere else for another 30 minutes. Definitely would NOT recommend to anyone
Chris Carroll: I started the process of closing an account about a year ago. I have received multiple different forms to fill out, some looking the same, with just a minor difference to it. Every time I call, it seems to be an issue with something. Whether a new form needs to be filled out, or there is some technical difficulty. This is beyond ridiculous. It should not be this long to get my money back. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

HUH ZZS: Wells Fargo Advisors won't let me use my cash to buy some certain stocks, I can only sell it. This practice is so fishy and illegal. The only reason i can think of is they shorted that stock and come up with a policy to only let customers sell that stock and no buying.And yes, you hear this kind of things happen first time in your life.And their trading app is complete garbage, so slow, no live streaming quote, nothing. Stay away!
William Dressel: I've spent way too much time on hold for 2 payoff numbers for a business and personal credit card account. I'm 46 minutes into the call and have been transferred to 7 different people and still dont have what I'm looking for... the last person told me they wont give me a payoff amount over the phone for my business account. She also has been trying to transfer me to another department and even she cant get through to the business elite department as they keep hanging up on her.Wells fargo does everything in their power for you not to enjoy doing business with them. My final time on the phone was 1 hour 2 minutes and 37 seconds.
Michele D: Experience has been horrible with Wells Fargo. They want to hold my mothers money from her husband dying years ago. She has spent countless hours trying to obtain $17,000 and they keep adding more hoops for her to jump thru. She is almost 80 and in Texas so I can only be so helpful. Everyone we have talked to there, & weve talked to many, just say this is the way they do business and no one is helpful. Now they want us to get cert death cert from Belize tho they already show him deceased & her as beneficiary. Looks like they will be keeping her money and have heard this happens to many people when dealing with Wells fargo.

Paige Tribbett: I just bought a house, and Linda Luther and John Charlton were my mortgage processor and specialist. They were AMAZING. It ended up being a very long and complex process with the type of loan I was getting, and they really worked to make it happen, despite a ton of hoops. It had to have been frustrating, but they were always friendly. I would not have been able to buy a house without their hard work.

David Pan: Called this bank to change address for its customer, as I have owned this my house for more than 2years. I called many times. The bank still sends confidential documents to my address for its customer. I was told just to tell USPS to return the mail. It led me to give a bad review as the bank support refused to take further action to help its customer, though its customer is supposed to change address. But it was old laddy.
