Mo Johnson: It’s because of Michael that I chose to continue banking with Bank of America. My overall experience’s in the past with the location in Belleville, IL really made me dislike this bank. Michael’s professional attitude and detailed attention to my needs has totally changed my outlook. He honestly needs to retrain the branch managers at other locations on great customer service and professionalism. I truly thank Michael for going above and beyond for me to keep banking with Bank of America.

Byron Claude: This bank illegally refused to cash it's own cashier's check for a whole 26 dollars calling it "fraudulent" when it was in fact "pre-dated" because the sloppy corporate entity it is a part of does sloppy bookkeeping and did not record the check in their ledger until a week after the thing was issued. By the time the matter was resolved my license had expired... so guess what... you guessed it, they still refused to cash it on the count of my now expired license. If you want a bank that will commit illegal activity and do everything else in it's power too work against you - this is your place. If you want a bank that functions like one... GO ELSEWHERE!!!

I have heard disastrous stories from peers about their nonresponsive national banks and poor response to the pandemic. Not so with St. Louis Bank.
Playful Hearts Yoga: After attempting to secure a PPP loan through a large bank with no luck at all I reached out on social media to get referrals. We called Tom Wong who was helping STL Bank push the loans through. In the 10 minutes someone had given me his name, before making first contact with him, he looked up our business, knew when we started the business and had our contact information ready to go. I was so impressed that we immediately chose him to help. He was available all day and night that Sunday by phone and text. In my experience there is no other bank that would’ve been available on a Sunday like he was. After getting everything sent for us, he helped a friend of ours well into the night to get his papers in as well. He checked in and 2 days later we found out we got the loan!! We couldn’t believe it after what we’d experienced at the larger bank!! We will absolutely be moving our accounts and are so thankful for Tom and the help of all the people working 24/7 at STL Bank to secure these loans! Thank you thank you!!

Like other small businesses we completed and submitted our application for PPP immediately to our bank. Unfortunately our app did not get submitted to the SBA on time.Gant Harper reached out in response to a FB post and offered to assist in submitting our application for the 2nd round. We accepted. I must say, I've not met any other person in this industry as knowledgeable and friendly as Tim. He helped me on more than one occasion with SBA questions regarding rules, regulations and things I should be expecting or looking out for. Great organization with great people. Highly recommended.

Jordan Bretz: I have been to this location twice, and both times they were unable to accomplish simple tasks! The first instance was wanting to change my last name on my account and while two ‘advisors’ were available, I was turned away and told to make an appointment for next week! So against my better judgement I went back today to get a cashiers check, I was rotated between FOUR different and walked out without a cashiers check! I genuinely became concerned and verbally asked ‘why is this a problem?’ I was told ‘I don’t normally work at this location’ ‘I’m not familiar with this request’ ‘I’m not familiar with the teller system’. At one point I was told to ‘get back in line and we’ll have another teller try’ to which I finally had enough and explained that it’s not that serious, when in all reality I will be closing ALL of my accounts with this bank. An entire location full of uneducated staff playing with money, absolutely terrifying.
Pablo 710: I have a rain day today and need to cash my check. I waited at the door 10 minutes before this Bank of America opened. The lady at the front desk told me to wait for someone to arrive to verify my checks, then took me in her office grabbed my check and ID from me to verify my checks then made a phone call which was not answered and hands me back my ID & check saying sorry I can’t verify this have a good day. Useless location, a woman named Lauren is who I met. So now I got to drive to a different location where there is someone who can verify my checks. There are at least 10 employees inside this location. I would never join Bank of America or do business with them if you can avoid it! This is why I still verify my checks. Hi way k, Jungermann road & Fenton, actually any location but south county gets me in and out with no problem. Never come to south county location!!!

Still Blessed: Unprofessional! Went in today inquiring about opening a new checking account and to cash a check from my dealership. The teller at the first desk on 9/14/2022 around noon was very dismissive and rude and told me she could not cash my check because I didn’t have matching funds in my account! That was the dumbest statement I had heard all day. Not only was that information incorrect, she provided no reason for this made up policy. I then told her that my account and routing number for my current checking account had been exposed and I would like to close my current checking account (that has funds in it) and open a new one. She then looks in her system and said “your account looks fine to me”. Disgusting and very poor behavior from someone who is placed in front to be of service and literally provided none. Her demeanor was very callous and dismissive and I hope the complaint I lodge today against that branch for her behavior is addressed and corrected!

The teller gave him his money let him leave, then she went to his car pounded on the window said something about checking his ID something that should have been done to begin with. He complied because he was not doing anything wrong then all of a sudden our account is -888,832 dollars because of a mysterious hold. He called the cops and got banned I went up there an hour later in a completely different vehicle and was told I’m banned because I was there with him. His car a white Mazda Tribute, mine a white Kia Soul. But I guess to basic B*tches they saw a white SUV and assumed they were the same. They are very unprofessional and due to all the hoops I jumped through the people on the phone told me it is the teller’s fault we can’t have our money for 24-48 hours. I’ve banked with BOA for years never again.

Kai Kaapro: Update: I am amending my review, as the bank really stepped up to the plate to assist our small business with the PPP program. Service was excellent and once I brought up the issue it was resolved quickly.
Ben Truong: I searched through a lot of mortgage brokers, credit unions and banks looking for the best rate. Brad was able to get me the lowest rate by far. The service you get from him is exceptional as well. Any questions I had were answered immediately. He made the process very simple and we were able to close on our house without any issues. Next time around I just plan to go straight to Brad and not even bother with any other lender.

AJ H: I have had the distinct pleasure of working with Donna Blaskow (Asst. Branch Manager) at Creve Coeur, from back when she was at her previous branch. There are not enough things to say to fully express her level of customer service. Especially in banking, I have had experience both good & bad, with customer service; Donna has been nothing but amazing. I am thrilled to see she has moved up & into a new position, but so very sad to see her go & not be at my local branch, anymore. Enterprise Bank, you have a rockstar (among many, I'm sure) in Donna & hope you know how very rare that is, these days-

I visited with Trezher Reed about the issue and she promptly went to work on the issue. Within 10 minutes she had the matter solved. If this were not the responsibility of a bank, we would all just keep our money under our mattresses.In the past we have banked at an institution that literally did not even try and help us solve our scamming issue with one of our bank accounts. We felt we were left to fend for ourselves.This is not the case at all with Enterprise Bank. Although, this recent incident was not another scam, we were having issues with some ACH withdraws that were not supposed to be happening with our account. Long story short, I worked with Trezher and she was sympathetic, knowledgeable, and gave us options and SOLUTIONS. The bank manager Colleen was very helpful as well. We are thankful for them for helping us solve this issue.Not only did they handle this situation in a professional way but I feel that anytime I call and ask a question or need something, all of their customer service representatives are polite and helpful.You also can’t beat the ease of their online banking and phone app.We have been with Enterprise for years now and we would never, ever change banks.

Only drawback is that they are not open on the weekends but that is out of the control of any of the people working here

There is so many good things here from the Free Education classes they run for pretty much anyone that wants to attend to the help getting tax credits I couldn't not be happier.
