Josh Noe: I previously made a comment regarding the dining room being closed. It appears they finally reopened the dining room so patrons like me are no longer being snubbed for not having a car to take in the drive through. The coffee and donuts here are very good and a good value. The breakfast food like sandwiches are overpriced and usually burned to a crisp so I wouldn't buy those from here. Overall just happy to see I can walk in now.

Contacted corporate and complained and was told that the store would contact me in a few days and corporate would get back to me and neither has happened! We have been driving to a different store in a different town to get our coffee. Very disappointed over the horrible customer service and the lack of care from corporate.

Tracy Hurocy: My daughter works at this store and knows how to treat her customers and makes sure the coffee & tea are made fresh, and items are stocked. When she worked evenings, she made the donuts because when she did them, she'd make sure they were filled properly and she made & made sure her station was clean when she finished. She takes pride in her work and effort to make customers happy.Also, right now, Dunkin at this location closes at 7pm due to some staffing issues and if they're short handed and drive thru busy, they may need to close the lobby from time to time. She works mornings now, so hope you get to experience her kindness!

Maggie Weber: I went through the drive thru and no one answered after at least 5 minutes. I pulled around and was yelled at by the employee through the window that they were closed (they weren’t). She didn’t even open the window. When I said politely that they weren’t closed, she finally opened the window and continued to yell that it was a shift change and they weren’t open. She was exceptionally dismissive and rude. I have worked a drive thru, and never once did we close when it was time to change the drawer over. I completely understand that sometimes issues come up and you can’t serve - but that could have been communicated over the speaker when I pulled up if that was the case. I will not go back to this location, it looks like this is pretty typical here based on reviews.

Topher Ellis: This location is busy as its the only food outlet in this area, but the staff is pretty good catching up to the line. Food is decent and coffee is good.. can't ask for anymore.
Maxwell Werner: I am sometimes bad at ordering, stuttering and unnecessarily apologizing over the smallest things I do. Unfortunately, the cashier here seemed to have no patience. I am on the autism spectrum and sometimes I need extra time to get my words out (I wore a sunflower lanyard at the airport as well: a way to let people at the airport know you have a hidden disability). Not everyone knows that though, but regardless of if she did or not, I felt very small in that moment, and like she knew that I had a disability from my speech pattern and was condescending towards me for it. I have a reusable cup, and I drink out of it preferably over other cups for sensory reasons, and when I asked if she could make my drink in that to help reduce plastic waste, she looked at me very deadpan and harshly told me no. I understand why certain places wouldn't do this as there are protocols for sanitary reasons and such, but I felt like I was asking a very sillyquestion from how she responded to me. I understand that some people have to be at their jobs early, and I know food service is a tough job, but all I ask is for people to be a bit more aware of disabilities thay can impact speech and social skills, and have a little bit more patience and empathy for those of us who have trouble ordering food. All I can suggest to help this location is to do some disability awareness training so this incident doesn't happen to anyone else with ASD, anxiety, stuttering, etc.

That said, Dunkin’ left ONE single woman to run the shop on a Saturday morning in May. So that sucks, and obviously she was doing the best she could with the resources at her disposal.

Vicki Gourley: Google says this Dunkin Donuts opens at 6 am on Saturday. We got there at 8 and the door was locked. Drive thru only. mahshid farahani: The worst experience that I've ever had with retails. I placed a big order for a meeting at work using Dunkin Donuts app. at 7 am. After I drove all the way to their store to pick up my order, they told me that there was a problem with their supplier and they don’t have any donuts today. All their shelves were empty. I asked them for the refund for the money that I had paid, they told me that I have to contact their customer service for refund since the transaction was online.I contacted Dunkin Donut customer service right away and after being on hold for 20 minutes and being transferred from one department to another one, they told me that the specific Dunkin donut store has a private owner and they have to contact them and ask them to arrange my refund. They asked me to give them 2 business days to contact me.I waited for two business days and no one contacted me about my refund. I called the customer service again to follow up and they again told me that they have notified the owner but again give them another 2 more business days!Long story short It's been a week and I was unable to get the refund that I've paid for the donuts that they didnt have!!Not only they ruined my plan for the day with not being able to provide the merchandise (a donut shop with NO donuts!), but also I had to spend time and energy to get my money back and still don’t have it! Lola Andretti: This location used to be awesome (during the Lovebug days) but has progressively declined over the years. It is terrible now and my last visit on 3/27/23 has made me no longer want to spend my money with this company as a whole due to the lack of customer support I have received. I placed my order, recieved my coffee, pulled off, tasted my order, and came right back around the drive thru. When I came back to ask for my order to be corrected, they (the owners kids working the window) yelled at me what's the problem, there is no such thing as what I ordered (lrg coffee no cream no sugar w/ 5 pumps of hazelnut SWIRL; same order for the last decade). Long story short.... I dont mind paying extra to avoid being lied to and have a consistency in quality. You can catch me at Starbucks moving forward.
Maria Vertkin: Comically bad. The people (maybe just the one person?) who works there literally just leaves and isn’t there a lot of the time. During open hours there’s a 20% chance an employee will be there to operate the drive thru. (It’s not open at all other than drive thru.) Tina Koeb: The guy in the drive the was mumbling, the first 3 things I asked for they didn't have, the specialty coffee tasted like regular coffee. When I did get a donut I asked for chocolate, they totally gave me vanilla? Maybe it was just the Kirkwood location? It was my first experience with Duncan Donuts and it will be my last.

Ben&Kaitlyn Beckwith: Interior had panels coming off the counter. There was limited inside seating. Our donuts were actually hard, like at least two days old. We came at 5 pm but that’s not been an issue at other Dunkin’s I’ve been to later in the day. The worker was friendly kind of… would not recommend. Go hungry before you eat here.

L Windes: Staff was absolutely horrible. We drove up to order and we got told that they were doing a shift change and it would be 20 minutes. We continued to ask a question and they didn’t reply so we pulled up to the window and the girl shook her head at us and continued to ignore us. We received a dirty look and continued to get ignored so we left. Awful staff.
Alicia Wilson: Don't bother with mobile orders....they're never ready when you arrive (15 minutes prior to arriving for a coffee and that's it). It's hit or miss on lobby hours in the AM and it's dirty. Slow service and not too friendly service. Twin oaks location is much better...go there!
