Oliver Carnazzo: Great coffee and great accessibility! There’s an accessible entrance off Shaw and plenty of tables. If you’re a wheelchair user, the bathroom is spacious, but the location of the sink makes it very difficult to roll up to the side of the toilet for a transfer. Everything else in the bathroom is easily within reach.

Jill Niesman: I love Shaws, wish it was open on Sundays. They understand coffee and make my Breve perfectly everytime without questions. I also buy their beans and loved the all the varieties of roasts I have tried thus far. The shop is an old bank with beautiful wood work and lots of space. It's my go to place if I want a great Breve.

N King: Great coffee, super fun atmosphere but limited food selection, not very friendly staff and they don't take cash. I always tip with cash but never tip when forced to pay with a card and then forced to leave a tip or awkwardly deny a tip. Pay your employees better and then they won't need tips.

Debi Shahein: We love trying independently owned coffee shops, and this is close to home-score!We got there shortly after they opened at 8am on a Saturday.The young lady behind the counter was on her phone, and there was another young lady in the back working on getting pastries out.We love the decor and the menu.The Americano I typically order everywhere we go was both too hot and to bitter to drink.Sadly, the employee behind the counter couldn't tell me what most if the pastries were, and there was no labeling on them. Usually, it's obvious with pastries, but it wasn't obvious what berries were used in the bread/cake loaf or on the danish, so I didn't orderThe cheese danish was a bit chewy, but the filling was delicious and tasted home-made. YUM!We thought my husband ordered an apple crumble something, but again, it was mis-identified by the employee. It was oatmeal-we're still not sure what exactly.My husband says to give them another try, so I might, because I want them to be successful. Maybe providing more training before putting employees behind the counter would help. I really want to love this place and make it our go-to weekend spot.We'll try again in a month or two. 😊

James Gamuza: I see many great reviews bit unfortunately not from me. Two servers that were incapable of a smile and completely lacked any customer service. My drink that I get all.over the US was double the price here for some reason. It wasn't that good either. The girl at desk rolled her eyes at me when I didn't tip. You don't get tips for just standing there and showing up to work. Try and smile at least once and say thank you, etc. They handed me my drink and turned around real fast and acted bothered when I asked for sugar and stir stick. I'd rather go to Starbucks and I strongly dislike Starbucks. Maybe I caught this place at the wrong time, wrong employees....wont come back though when I'm in town working.
