Sheila: I've visited this location many times before. However, this morning was the worst service I've received from any STARBUCKS! If he gave me his real name (Chris), was extremely rude & disrespectful. I understand that they were busy due to it being Mother's day. G: I've visited this establishment four times in the past year and twice I didn't receive the half and half that ordered in my coffee. First time I didn't notice till I pulled off.(didn't get requested sugar either). But today I checked before driving off. In addition, I was given a cup smaller than a tall. Id never seen such a size before today. When I went inside I was told it was called a short. There's no way I could've ordered it because I didn't know such a size existed.

Hayden Hendrix: I LOVE that this place is one of the most queer-friendly stores I've ever seen in corporate worlds. Love seeing a company being an ally to LGBT* folks. I also LOVE that I know for a fact (confirmed by store manager) this location will not even consider bigoted comments from anywhere; any rev iew with bigotry is not paid attention to, respected, or considered by management, which is so rare and so nice for the employees. Love this location! I love the team here. Yes drinks are occasionally made wrong, but if YOU are polite about it and go tell them, they will remake your drink every time, I know because I've done that very thing and they were absolutely pleasant and remade my drink and gave me a gift card for next time. Yes, sometimes the wait is long, because they are short staffed and slammed and, you know, human beings. and if you see a line and expect to be in and out within 5 minutes, that's on you not the employees who do their best. Honestly though, if you're simply a kind person, this is the best location to be at in St. Louis.
Casey: This Starbucks has single-handedly brought me to boycott your company, as long as I can hold out! The employees are always in a bad mood, and even saying "thank you" is met with eye rolls. I'm not sure what happened to the poor souls working at this location, but apparently being asked to do your job is just too much. I'm sorry you have to work. Orders are regularly if not always incorrect, when ordering in the drive-thru or online. Sometimes my drinks are 3/4 full, which is concerning. Prices continue to rise, but the products and service continue to fall.

They keep this place clean and spotless. The atmosphere is so lovely here.My only note is if your work requires strong WiFi, you might need to go somewhere else. All I wish is that this Cheshire inn Starbucks location was open longer! It’d also be cool if they accepted mobile ordering, but honestly I do like going in there and looking around. And someone there or in the Cheshire inn establishment needs to work on the WiFi and data reception. It’s really hard to connect to my Starbucks app in store. Now I know to connect to the WiFi and login outside, but one time it was super stressful because I couldn’t figure out how to pay and kept walking around inside and outside trying to get my Starbucks app to load.

John Martin: Less busy than other locations but rude service, not rude but apathetic. Usually Starbucks are friendly and greet you, this one is very McDonald’s vibe. Black dude with long hair pulled up seems to hate working there. When I asked for a tray he literally threw it across the counter at me. I used to work at Starbucks so I know the kind of service that the company and customers expect .

Bobbi Brown: Stayed at the Marrott hotel where this Starbucks was attached, granted it was during a major volleyball event across the street, but Saturday morning, I stood in line for an hour and had to leave before I even made it to the restaurant. There should be a way for people staying at the hotel to order on the app, show their room key or something so we can be served quickly. This coming over from the convention center can stand in line. Tried again on Sunday morning at 6:30am, they were supposed to be open at 6am, but by 6:45 they weren't even opened. Again I had to leave before I could order.
