Carman Gayden: I applied for the Adam Grove apt paid my money after three weeks no one ever got back with me I called them was told I was denied due to eviction told them never been Evicted then they said per case net had garnishment since 2008 I have no garnishment I then asked for a denial letter as of yet haven't received one feel like they just took my money
Jennifer Boykin: I have lived in my apartment for 12 years I complained about the roof leaking for 10 years the roof finally was repaired in 2018 every time i have a issue with a work order it takes months for anything to get done,certain people don't have to wait, have been waiting 4 months to have 2 rooms painted from the affects of the roof leaking, lazy maintenance men can't do anything but make more of a mess.

Sylviastene Vinson: Wow. What is really going on in Irving Sch Apts? This morning (4/12) someone knocked on my door then tried to open the door. I over heard 1 guy saying. They say she leaves it open. I leave my door unlocked when I go across the hall to do laundry. Now with that in mind with perverts just opening doors. It's not safe at all. Thank God for divine protection.
Ginnah Ginn: If I could give them a zero I would. I moved into this garbage Feb.2018 and it's been hell on wheels every since. Drugs are being sold on the property, and when I said something to the sorry ass property manager, with her ghetto stupid ass, she told me to call the police. My floor is caving in and shifting, my lights/plugs didn't work in the bedroom, I couldn't take a shower nor bath because the water pressure and important things need to be replaced. All this within the first month. To top it off I live next door to a young tramp that have a live in baby daddy that sits home and smoke weed, and black & mild all day. My apartment smell like an astray. But there's nothing she can do...so if you want to live around ghetto ass people who don't want anything out of life, deal with poor piss ass management this is the place for you
Sylvia Vinson: At first I didn't believe the bad things I heard about ND&S. Now I have personally experienced very poor customer service. I now know for myself they were not exaggerating. I had concerns about a horrible chemical smell in my unit and it took Doreather about 3 wks for a response. The staff are probably nice people. They just don't like people nor try to resolve anything. Mr. Chris is cool. Not just because he knows my cousin. Mr. Chris have been the same from day one ~ helpful. The office staff, just pray for them. . . much prayer.

Angela Sampa: NDS has the potential to be a great management company, if they valued their residents more, listen to the concerns, suggestions and become proactive to the needs of the residents instead of being reactive for the sake of an occupied unit and actually hire competent staff, that have experience in the property management industry. I understand wanting to build the community and put residents to work, however there should be an exception to this policy..I have been a resident for 9 yrs with NDS and I have seen the company go DOWN.... Although the 1st manager we had when the units were built we found out he was a pervert; sleeping with residents in exchange for free rent among other things.... He actually got things done, he was fair and he made sure he addressed your issues to a certain degree.Now, it's ridiculous people come to work in pajamas, hair all over there heads just no professionalism whatsoever. I was taught you dress how you want to be addressed! Especially in corporate America!Rarely do I Complain or have work orders, my home is ALWAYS clean and NEVER have they had to address any issues with me regarding anything. My rent is paid on time every month, at one time I use to pay my rent up 6 months in advance. I had high hopes of being able to purchase my home after the Tax Credits where up. but the way NDS & the OWNERS are allowing the staff to run the property, I am forced to prepare to purchase a home for my family.It saddens me to have to write this loong terrible review on Google just because the Office STAFF nor the President of NDS has responded to my concerns about Known Drug Dealers they moved in next door to me about almost a 1 1/2 ago... at this point I suggest they don't care about the well being of their residents and have no intentions to address the issues or they must be related to someone in the office. Which is why they are continuing on with drug dealing business out of the home.Nevertheless, I have called the authorities in regards to this matter they are looking into the house and they have suggested I file a complaint. hmm we'll see..So, although Salisbury Park are nice affordable homes; it is in how, they are being managed that really makes the difference in our communities.FYI: I have personally worked in the Property Management Industry for 10+ years, as a Property Manager, Assistant Manager, Leasing Consultant, Compliance Specialist and I currently work in the industry as an Accounts Payable Specialist in the corporate office; so this Review is Completely accurate and NON Bias. If I haven't learned anything else at all working in this industry it's that Good Residents are the Back Bone of your company.. Without residents you have no company..

We were quite pleased with the consistency and accuracy of their process to receive payments each day, capture specific data about each payment, and deposit the funds. The critical function, which they performed with a high degree of accuracy, was to capture data in a file that identified each payment to a particular location that managed that receivable.
