Regan Gremaud: I have sold clothing items in the past & felt I was made a fair deal. This time around was not the same experience. I went in during my lunch break around 11:30am to drop off a large bag of clothing & shoes.I had to go home & continue working & came back to collect my compensation around 6pm. When I came back, they told me they bought 10 items for $31….. I had a pair of all pink women’s dunks that had been worn one time, multiple pieces from urban outfitters, and all name brand items. When I asked to see an itemized list of what they took, they were unable to provide that. They said since I dropped off in the morning it would be too hard to figure out what they bought from me. I was frustrated & asked again & she just told me there was no way they could track down what they purchased from me. The pink dunks alone are worth way more than $31… I can’t even track how many items they actually took either without an itemized receipt. Pretty bummed because I have always enjoyed shopping at Avalon but I will NEVER sell to them again.

Adie Bennett: I Love Avalon Exchange! Friendly staff, open well organized store. Tidy, well lit roomy fitting rooms.This is a resale store, so typically, there is only one of each item. So if you find something you like buy it because I can guarantee it won't be there when you go back. They have a wide range of styles 90s, Y2K and such are currently in, and they buy vintage items selectively. (No formal wear, no business wear, etc) if you have questions about what they are buying, please call beforehand or check out their Instagram!If you sell items to Avalon, you get 30% of what they will sell the item for or 40% store credit of the list item. Store credit doesn't expire. Don't expect to get what you paid for the item. That isn't how resale works.The only complaint is that since they moved, there is no seating inside to wait for buys anymore.

Leapheeon: Haven't visited since about 7-8 years ago, but I had just as much fun browsing this time around. Lots of fun pieces and for very reasonable prices. Slightly higher prices than a typical thrift store, but the prices were still great and worth paying for what I saw. I picked up a few vintage clothing items and they were in great shape. I would definitely recommend coming here if you're into finding unique and/or vintage clothing!

Kyle Williams: Rush down here to make it on time to sell some clothes, arrived 6 minutes past allowed time, as I literally begged her to buy them because I was in desperate need and she told me "there is nothing she can do." If she was busy I could see but she literally stood there for the next 10 minutes as I watched her do nothing and it was just out of pure laziness she wouldn't take the clothes. I don't write many bad reviews but this is well deserved.
