East • West: what do users think?
Graham Considine: united air lost my bag and I needed some fresh fits for my trip. I wanted to find something I would wear a long time and was thoughtfully sourced. I found cool stuff on the site that was on sale and a few full price pieces I couldn't resist. peak retail experience, highly recommend.
Harrison Khoo: Awesome collection, awesome people, and awesome vibe. 100% recommend!
Emily O'Brien: Unique and timeless designs in a beautiful store with knowledgeable staff! Great experience!
Ryan Evans: "Really helpful staff, store well-stocked."
Mia Khan: Expensive but always has unique, extremely high quality stuff. I have been in probably ten times, only bought stuff twice, but still enjoy browsing every time.
Craig Straussner: Simply a treasure with great finds. Always. Great staff. Great products. See for yourself. Go! You’ll be pleased. That’s a promise!!
Molly Svoboda: Gorgeous space and I can always find new products I love! Thoughtfully curated.
Marie Jordan: Great service and they always can fit my wide feet!
Scott Sandler: East West is a critical store in St. Louis, They’re ahead of the curve in men’s fashion. I buy a lot of my clothes there. Roy and Trevor are on the pulse and know what’s happening in New York, LA, London and Tokyo. You’ll walk out of there looking better than when you came in. Yeah, good clothes made in the USA, or in a non sweatshop environment are going to be more expensive. Support this shop and pay a little more. These clothes will last you a lifetime.
Jon Devlin: Fab store that stocked some lovely stuff.
Yo Azama: Great collection. Awesome service! If you are a fashion forward guy and like good quality clothing, this place is for you. You won't be disappointed. Roy and Trevor are very knowledgeable and hospitable. I will certainly come back when I return to St. Louis.
William Kasalko: Brian was and Trevor is great great with customer service but also really good knowledge about the clothing and who manufactures etc. All quality and upscale. Price a little high but have been going there for about 3 yrs and never disappointed. You will find things you don' t see elsewhere. Also good for all age groups since a mix of traditional and new styles. It's worth it to go by.
Garrett Patton: If you're looking for something a bit more upscale and fresh but not flashy come check it out. The owner has a real eye for great simple high quality products. To be able to come to a store in the Midwest and get a taste of the east and west coast clothing market makes this place a true gem! If you're in to supporting your local market have great taste this is the place for you!!
Shawn Thornton: So I went to East + West not expecting much, what a delightful surprise. Brian was friendly, genuinely helpful and knowledgeable. He helped me find a very nice new fit. Appreciate the help Brian. ✌
David Urzi: B and his team are incredibly knowledgeable about men’s wear. The clothes you’ll find here will last far beyond your typical brands found in stores. East + West is all about quality. Easily one of the best men’s shops in St. Louis.
Maxim Prosperi: Love East + West. Fantastic, well-informed, and passionate employees coupled with a unique and premium selection of apparel and accessories. Pricey but worth it for sure.
Micah Holdaway: Ah, thank you Brian for doing what you do. Quality selection of beautiful clothing. It's more like a finely curated museum of clothing rather than a retail shop. And the service is top notch.
David Kendall: owner could not be any more genuine + his collection of goods is inspiring
Elliot Hasse: Great selection of brands and very friendly/helpful staff
Chuck Hestand: Nice selection of mid-priced raw denim, shirts, jackets, and other items with quality far surpassing anything at the mall or department stores, and super friendly and knowledgeable staff as well.
David Sorsby: One of the few places in the area that sells raw denim. The owner is knowledgeable and seems to genuinely enjoy helping you find exactly what you're looking for.

Crimson Serpents Outpost: what do users think?
Terrence Griffin: This is THE place to go for high end american workwear as well as domestic and international raw selvedge denim & custom leather goods! If you know about selvedge denim, you need to come here.If you dont know about selvedge denim or other high quality fabrics used in workwear and streetwear fashion, you need to come here.Bottom line, you need to come here. Thanks Serge for all your knowledge and recommendations. See you again soon!
Peter Smith: Visiting for 3 years. I've bought a hand made watch strap and leather belt. A friend bought a hand made wallet. Serge's products are quality, his beautiful shop is full of unique fashion relics, and he is passionate about his work. Can't wait for my next piece.
Jon Eaton: Very cool men’s boutique. Nice to have in St. Louis. Specializes in leather and denim goods. Great place to get unique pieces. Denim line is out of sight! Owner is extremely knowledgeable and helpful when selecting denim to suit you. I went in thinking I knew what I wanted but he found me my absolute favorite jeans, KATO, which i had never heard of, but they are high quality and exactly what is was looking for.
D P: I visited this boutique for the first time on New Years Day, 2023. I really enjoyed the experience. I purchased my first pair of Selvedge denim pants. I couldn't be happier. Great small business. Great customer service and conversation. I'll be returning soon.
Kevin Yi: One of the coolest boutiques for men's clothes. Custom leather by the owner and they carry really cool niche brands. Would highly recommend a drop by for anyone!
Michael T: Awesome shop with high quality products. Got a hand made belt from there and couldn’t be happier with it.
Aleck Belcher: Best place for picking up a pair of raw denim in St. Louis at the moment. Great selection of men’s clothing as well.
Jesse John Gant: Fantastic, hi-quality goods. Super friendly and helpful. Always worth stopping in to browse new additions.
Michael Santini: Great selection of denim and other clothing that is hard to find around this area. The owner is extremely nice and helpful. I bought a new wallet here (made by the owner) and it's far and away the highest-quality wallet I've ever owned, and the leather looks incredible. Very highly recommend this store.
Perez Maxwell: Always there's something awesome and unique.
Brandon Mccoy: Crimson Serpents Outpost had been on my must visit places in STL when I visited my in-laws. We didn't get to visit STL in 2020 but had a chance to get a visit in 2021 and the outpost was a mandatory place to check out. I'd been perusing their online catalog in anticipation of my visit and was very excited to spend some time looking through their collection. The other thing I needed was a replacement belt. I picked up some denim from Railcar Fine Goods and some Blundstone boots. I ordered two belts to be delivered back home to Ohio. The belts came today and they are extremely high quality and gorgeous. If you are looking for quality made goods, this is a must visit.
Nicholas Caminiti: This is the best place for your denim and leather goods. Serge is super knowledgeable and will set you right.
Eat Dust: Best place to get good gear!
Alexandra Harmon-Threatt: Great selection of menswear. We no longer live in St. Louis but pop in to grab things when are around. If you are looking for a stylish upgrade to your look you should definitely pop in!
Jennifer Vierrether: I’ve bought two pairs of boots (Blundstone) from Crimson Serpent Outpost in the past year because they are so awesome, durable, and cute. Serge, the owner, is so kind, calm, and personable. We bonded over the boots and he had some great anecdotes to share. Crimson Serpent Outpost has tons of amazing products and leather goods — you could find a gift for anyone. Also, I felt so safe shopping online and in-store during Covid; he’s taken great measures to keep everything safe and clean. Check out the website or drop by the shop!!!
Rob Soete: Best store in STL for denim and quality mens clothing. Unbeatable customer service.
Julie McGhee: It’s really nice to finally have a men’s boutique with quality options in STL. You’ll find options for clothes, shoes, belts, hats, masks, soaps and gels, etc that you can’t just find in the mall. Not to mention the staff is very knowledgeable about their products and you can always count on a great conversation while there. They have custom leather works which is great for gifts. They do have a few lady options but primarily guy/unisex options. It’s nice to be able to count on the quality and options Crimson Serpents offers. Thank you for all your effort!
Luisalberto Gonzalez: Good selection of clothing and accessories. Priced affordably for the quality and style. Owner is great with recommendations.
Michael Svedman: Excellent spot for heritage denim and storied Japanese brands. Serge blends knowledge and enthusiasm with attentive customer service and a genuine love for good clothing. I got my first pair of Burgus Plus jeans here, and I haven't looked back.
Kurt Unger: I've visited CSO a couple times now and am impressed by the quality and selection of raw denim and other well made clothing. Serge is very knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly; makes finding the right pair of jeans much more stress free compared to buying online. Picked up a really nice hat last time that I've been enjoying. Can't wait to pick up my next pair of denim from CSO.
J Hayward: Serge is great! The belt he made for me is beautiful and fits perfectly. He has unique quality merchandise.

Jimmy Jazz: what do users think?
Billy D Nelson: I was about to buy clothing from this store, and one lady there yelled “we going on break”. All of the employees at the same time while I’m holding clothes in hand. One of them was just staring at me, so I asked her did I need to come back? She was like yes bc they going on break, so I left I don’t plan on coming back.
Mohammed Jaber: They don’t have any store near me not convenient needed to exchange some shoes
Dara Doss: So I order some stuff for my son because this is the store he likes to shop at....needless to say some of the clothes did not fit, so when I wnt to the mall to return the store was close...mind you I have been calling like crazy & they don't answer the phone so I had to call bath & body work & ask them if the store was open...among those issue the young lady informed me I would have to return online only...so I call CS & they then told me they don't accept return after 30 days...excuse me but I spent some1 rent/mortgage at your store & your don't do returns....ok I will let ppl knw not to spend there hard earn money with your guys...go elsewhere...Neiman, drip nation, high end junkie, relentless clothing, fashion geek...see where I'm going...customer service, branding, marketing go hand & hand...
Fred Hubbs: I fw JJ
J Taylor: Love It Just Very Crowded
Brandon McDaniel: Listen.....spend your money else where. I am disgusted at the lack of "customer service" they display. The lady helping us was rude and had a nasty attitude. Not sure who the manager is, but the way this store is ran is a absolute disgrace. never SHOP HERE, YOULL BE BETTER SHOPPING AT YOUR LOCAL GOODWILL. :)
B: Worst place to go to.
LowKeyG Triple O.G.: Flea market in a Mall
Keiwauna Alexander: Cool
Juanita Johnson: This is the second time I've ordered from the website and received worn shoes..these must be the returns that they try to resale..I spend too much money with them but this will my last purchase ...beware everyone
Raven Mulan: Called and they said "They don't sell shoes" goes to store....THEY SELL SHOES.Lazy b***** !!!Poor customer service
OFMB TV: Sold me a dirty shoe place need to be shut down
CAROLYN Smith: shopped this JimmyJazz store on Black Friday 2016 with my 13 year old grandson. The background music was loudly playing music containing language that I felt was highly inappropriate. Filthy lyrics including sexual overtones and the" B" word that is used to describe women could be heard. My grandson is not allowed to listen to this garbage at home and when we are out shopping and patronizing a store, we should not be subjected to this absurdity. When I complained to the clerk/manager,(Shaniece) her response was that of apathy and nonchalance. Needless to say, I will never step foot inthis place again and I will pass this on to my friends and relatives.Wonder if the store owner is aware of this lunicy!!!!!!!!!!
Terrelle Thomas: I so love this store...they always have wat I be looking for...
Julius Gleghorn: Nothing bought pants two times that was too small, they don't have fitting rooms so you just have to hope the pants will fit paied by credit card they would not refund my money the rude cashier with a smerk on her face I guess she was happy I could not get my money back she said store policy you could only return for different item they don't do cash back or credit back to your credit card I said well it does not say that on the window or the door coming in then she pointed this itty bitty sign stuck on the counter at check out that no one reads I am so disappointed with this kind of store policy I will never ever in this life or the next life shop there again ever I rate Jimmy jazz as many fs as the world could give don't understand how anyone is obligated to have an in store credit to be made to spend they're hard earned money with someone they don't want to spend it with this policy is bad for business I would tell all my friends about this sad store policy.
Demond James: Awsome store I highly recommend spending money with them

Alllisha Jones: Great selection of clothing.
Antonio Bowen: This where you go when you on a budget
Angela Williams: the facility looks beautiful
jovan williams: Awesome 👍
Roderick Hogan: Quicc shopping
Zaq Biehl: Enjoyed the store prices were on par for the quality of goods. Nice shop.
Jack “Big dick swinging” Mehuff: Clothes are expensive
Mike Venuto: It had all the vitamins supplements I needed. I'm not a really big vegetable eater as a matter of fact pretty much corn peas carrots and green beans and potatoes is the stretch of my vegetable adventure in life knowing that I went there and they suggested that I take some vitamin gummies they're called fruit and vegetable vitamin gummies I take two of them every morning I feel a lot better I don't feel guilty because I'm getting all the nutrients that those vegetables would be giving me in those gummies so I just take two of them everyday and so now I'm happy and my doctors happy and so I think Gen x for helping me out. I was really embarrassed going in there at first because you know I'm kind of a big guy and you know I know I need to work out more and they weren't judgmental or anything like that they gave me some suggestions and I've been taking their suggestions and they have been working and so again I really thank them they are great they've helped me out a lot and I'm glad that I stopped in.
Latisha Requena: Horrible clothes. I bought a shirt from there and the first time I wore it I got a whole in the sleeve
Kandi Davis: One of my favorite clothing stores!
Devin Roddy: to cheap for my blood
Nicki No Worries: Nice & neat
Colette Chandler: Plus selection needs to be stepped up!
Gold Ether Speaks: Love it
Alfred Cox: No panhandlers outside.
Mrs Woo: They didn't have a lot to shop for
Smilemom Justme: Don't even remember this store lol very bad
Shirlean Harrison: They just watch you like you going steal
Krissy Williams: Cool clothes

Express: what do users think?
Phillip Person: Awful customer service. I had purchased a suit jacket and they failed to remove the security tag. I noticed it after I drove 30 minutes to get back home. I immediately returned to the store to have it removed and they did not give me an apology for going out of my way. Nor did they offer me anything in return. At least have some character or class and say “We are very sorry for your trouble.” THUMBS DOWN!
Venkat Ramana Reddy Vootukuri: Worst experience from the manager…..he is so rude
Aryan&bro ToysReview: Very very bad customer service I asked for additional bag the manager refused to give after all I spent $1,000
Lynne Garton: Terrible experience. We had to hunt down a salesperson. My husband finally found an older woman with colored hair. He asked her for help finding and fitting our son for a suit. She said we don't do that here and walked away. My husband doesn't normally get mad, but he walked over and said I won't be spending a dime here and said she was incredibly rude to him. Really? What is your job if you don't help people find proper fit and style? We left and thankfully found a wonderful salesman at Macy's. Fully fitted...and $600 worth of merchandise...and very happy! Will never step foot in Express at Galleria again. You should head over to the suit department at Macy's to hire someone that understands good customer service.
cedrick combs: Worse shopping experience ever.
Kent Sharp: I had a really wonderful and positive experience here today. I went in to pick up an online order. Nothing big, just one pair of jeans. I still get pretty anxious when I go into womens clothing stores alone. I gave the cashier my information and with no hesitation asked if I needed to try them on before I left. I was blown away! She pointed me toward the dressing rooms and said she would have my bag and receipt for me when I finished. I really wish I had gotten her name as I would love to give her a shout out. I don't think she realized just how much brighter she made my day. I was so happy I even bought some socks and a pair of tights as well. I will most definitely be doing more shopping here.
Ashna Singh: The store is open post covid. You need to wear a mask to enter. Store is amazing as usual! Express is my go to store always
Karla Granberry: Cute clothes, a little pricey but nice
kat smile: It just ok
Marc Foote: Got a nice suit
rejan bista: Great clothing
Kourtney Jackson: Got everything I wanted for prom!
Denise Taylor: Bought a beautiful red n black Cape coat...luv it
Ashocki RAM: Store is always neat & clean. Didn't find what I was looking for but the service was good as usual.
Anna Tillman: My favorite store
Ashley Robinson: Too dang expensive
Elaine Wong: Clean and we'll maintained store. Not hard to find. Friendly staff. Great to catch some basic items when they have a huge sale.
Lawrence Q Hu: I've been going here for a while now. Express has a great section for up to date styles and high quality clothing. Unfortunately, their stuff is always marked up quite a bit (judging by their year round "massive" sales going on).The store is usually very clean and well kept. Wide selection of stuff, but the last time I just could not find dark red chinos. Clearance section usually has pretty good deals.Checkout can sometimes take a while, they really need to staff more people during peak seasons.
Leslie Hargus: The clothing here is exceptionally good quality and looks amazing. My friends and I always check here first before going to any other store for a new look. Sizes are true and the clearance section is just as amazing as the full price items. I would recommend Express to anyone looking for something a little different to add to their wardrobe!

found. vintage - south grand: what do users think?
wayne light: Small but on point with clothing selections and it’s well organized and clean. Recommended for sure!
Alicia Steveson: The staff were so nice & they had some really cool stuff! Even my husband found something he loved. I definitely recommend this place if you're looking for a cool boutique thrift shop.
YEEHAW SIHA: While I understand some stores do have a policy of asking customers to leave their larger bags at the front of the store, please consider placing an obvious sign stating that on the door.Came in to buy a jacket and it was a little jarring to be asked midway through shopping, especially after having been greeted by the cashier and the policy not being mentioned.I carry anti-seizure medication and an epipen in my bag and cannot be separated from it, had I known in advance what the policy was I would have opted to go elsewhere and not waste anyone's time.
Ashleigh Houlihan: Was in the middle of shopping with my friends and one of the employees stopped us and asked us to hand our bags over and check through our things and then put our bags in the front. There was no sign saying we weren't allowed to bring bags in, and the person in the front just greeted us like normal. Will not return again and do not recommend for anyone who brings bags to put your things in when shopping.
Jessica Eichler: Best thrift-like store I've been to in long time. They have so many styles, so much to choose from everything is in great condition, with reasonable prices. AND it's ALL so we'll organized and color coordinated. Did I mention how BIG this place really is, and covered from wall to wall with fabulous merch. I left there the first time with a giant trash bag full of items I couldn't resist and all for a decent price I had to make myself stop looking or I would have kept buying! I definitely have it on my to-do list, to visit and see what kind of summer collection they have. If it's anything like their winter gear..I CANT Wait!!
Staci S: Meh, the prices are too high for what they have.
Jared Kramer: Nice people, cool vibe, and very reasonably priced clothes! Worth a look if you haven't been
Jacque Forbes: My old soul grandson found an awesome bomber jacket for the winter. A great find.
Mimi Roberts: Very personable staff- VERY AFFORDABLE CLOTHING!!! A must go to place!!!
Christina Brandt: Very very very worth a visit! Both Sydney and Andrew were DELIGHTFULLY helpful. I left with a gorgeous fox stole and will absolutely be coming back next time I am in town. Queer friendly and beautifully curated space. Doesn’t get any better!
Xavier Adams: They have unique vintage styles, they're progressive, and the clothes there are both fashionable and cheap. Can't recommend it highly enough.
Sara Bishop: Higher priced in my opinion. I found a Jean jacket but spent 34$ on it which was steep to me but I couldn't leave without because of how nice it fit& looked. Ive never spent more than 10$ for one at a resale store but this isn't an average resale shop so it's not a big deal.. Really nice, clean, & organized. They have neat vintage items but it's strictly just an apparel store so those aren't for sale. Only taking a star off because there was no restroom. I drove a long way to get there (50 minutes) & had to go pretty bad but was told there was no bathroom but there was one down the street. Which makes me question if they even have a bathroom? But I'm sure they do & it's just not open to the public. I would have spent more time in there & probably more money had I been able to use theirs. It's just not ideal to leave a store you're shopping at & walk down the street to use the bathroom at a random place you're not even patronizing. But like I said, nice little store.
Casey Peetz: Funky eclectic vintage shop with great vibes
Brittany EsterCrews: Cute shop the workers were really nice. Lots of old jackets and shirts and accessories.
Jenn Simmons: The employees are so cool and nice. They have really unique clothes and theyre in good quality and their prices are very fair. Also the location is pretty nice.
Lavish Jules: What a cool, quirky and reasonably priced vintage thrift store. Some things are a little up there but if it's in great shape or from the 80s/90s & been repaired well then it makes sense. Staff is nice and helpful as well.
K H Lewis: friendly, helpful service and very reasonably priced! more than just clothes, too
Moisés Romo: Always good finds
Hazmat The Clown: I found this store interesting and the employees quite helpful. A great experience.
Joy Robinson: Alot of neat items. Nice and clean atmosphere
al: Pretty environment. Wildly overpriced.

Madewell: what do users think?
Mary Kaber: REALLY pleasant, really helpful all without hovering or abandoning you in the fitting room when you need assistance or have questions. Truly a delicate balance to strike these days. Top-notch service. I have been to several Madewells (mostly in Seattle area) and this has now been my best experience of all time. A+
Andrew Erbes: Lovely store. Visit was enjoyable. Staff was very helpful to my girlfriend.
Natasha Barclay: A very knowledgeable, lovely person with glasses, and light brownish, slightly curly hair helped me return a pair of jeans and reorder a pair in the correct size. Everyone who works there is very kind. Great service.
Lucius Vorenus44: Really good customer service
Farrah H: Great experience..such a nice group of ladies. I must say I haven't always the best experience here ...but today was so pleasant. The girls answered my questions, made suggestions and made me feel welcomed. I will definitely go back. OH...and I love my 10 inch tencil button fly jeans
Emilie Willingham: Madewell is everything you’ve wanted in jeans across body type and style. Plus, all the clothes are cute, fun, practical, and/or trendy. This store is always well kept, friendly, and stocked. The sales people want to help you but aren’t too pushy....but if you want some advice or help, definitely ask because they know their stuff.
Sarah Brown: I had a fantastic shopping experience here! The employees were super helpful without overly hovering, and they were relaxed while still being professional. I was about to ask whether they ever have sales but I never had to because Sarah told me about a deal they had when you recycle old jeans! Very pleased about her going out of her way to tell me that. Plus the jeans are amazing.
chaney hagemann: The employees at this store go above and beyond every time I go in there. Today a pair of my Madewell jeans ripped and they could not have been more accommodating! It is extremely refreshing to know good customer service is not something of the past! Keep up the amazing work Plaza Frontenac Madewell!!
Elise M. James: I adore Madewell! The clothing is timeless, fresh, and fun. I'm never disappointed when I make a trip to STL. In addition, when you shop online you can trust the reviews. Make sure you sign up for their free rewards program too!

Hollister Co.: what do users think?
elena jay: First off, I had a very nice girl Soray (most likely butchered her name) help me find a bikini and she was so sweet and patient with me. But when I went to checkout I realized I had forgotten my card in the car and asked if she could hold the bikini for five minutes, she said she could and all of a sudden a lady( the boss) started to tell her no she couldn’t hold it for me and she said it extremely rudely towards the girl helping me! I actually couldn’t believe she was speaking to her with such an ugly tone and I felt so bad for her. My friend eventually did pay for me because we were wanting to avoid causing any problems for our cashier. Even though the experience was great with the help from Soray, the boss made us feel super uneasy and the way she speaks needs to be addressed!
Ricky Stewart: Josoclin was amazing. She went above and beyond to help me and my son. Thank you so much josoclin
e g: The cashier was super rude. I'm sorry that spending $80.00 on perfume wasn't enough money to spend and was a waste or bother of your time. I like their perfumes and bralets, but they are sold out even online of popular sizes and individual fragrances, so you have to buy a fragrance bundle.
Janell Irving: My daughter found some great things at the store.
Bailey Ostrom: I found a long-sleeved shirt here that was on sale for a terrific price! This was easily one of the best Hollister Co. stores that I’ve had the pleasure of shopping at.
Josh Lane: Great store
Marcus Crockett: Gotta stay up on new gear
Fonda Dean: It's a nice store
Jeremiah Church: Here's the deal! This was my daughter's idea she had an awesome shopping experience.
Aden Elliott: Really cool shirt designs!
Leah Williams: Very helpful in finding what you want and your size there is a dressing room in. If you can't find your size there, you can order it with them online and have it shipped to your place for free
Vannessa McCrea: Too expensive!
Cheryl Lyon: Who doesn't love Hollister???!!! 😁😁😁
Ted Gast: Great fashion at a fair price for our younger shoppers. San Francisco based
Jose Andres: Buena atención y excelentes precios
MSB1 MSB1 (DEEPA): Fantastic service and friendly staff
R H: Great prices and I actually found pants that fit. Staff seemed friendly.
Brittney Rodriguez: Always shop here.
Denise Taylor: Nice store
Huyen: Helpful staffes
