So I get inside the store and I am very surprised by the smallness of the one room so congested to the point where you have to squeeze through all the racks of uniforms. They have a very modest selection uniforms you may end up being in there a little longer than planned and spending more money than planned because of the wide selection,and not to mention the prices, they are so reasonable, in the past I usually ordered my scrubs from uniforms advantage, and would be mad at myself for spending the amount of money that I did on uniforms, but in comparison to those high end uniforms stores work wear for less merchandise is just as superior at such reasonable prices ! Before I finish this review, I want to mention the floor staff , they were so kind and available. So the reason for my 4 ⭐ in due to the small space. Good Day

Al Green: I have shopped the Dungarees store and bye mail order for years all of my outerwear clothes are Carhartt brand the only I wear to work. I'm a Construction Superintendent and have enjoyed the toughness of the Carhartt brands. So two weeks ago I purchased three pairs Carhartt dungarees pants two at the regular price and one pair irregular because they didn't have the color I wanted in stock at the time I was in the store just before closing time on a Sunday afternoon and no time to tried them on. But I was sure of my size also so I purchased all three pairs the same in the waist and length. But when I made home I tried on all three pairs and only the two at regular price fits, the irregular pair wasn't close to the correct size in the waist about four inches smaller and the store would not exchanged for a pair of pants that would fit me and let me pay the different in price. I don't plan on ever going back to store to purchase anything from that day forward! I hope the young man salesmen make you plenty of money in the future, and don't run away the rest of your loyal customers. Sincerely unhappy customer of twenty years,AG

Azra Selimovic: If you are looking for an Uniform Service company, do yourself a favor and keep looking. Aramark is not your answer. The uniforms come mis-matched or missing, invoices sometimes double if you do not pay attention, and the only way to address issues is through your regional manager - who is beyond unqualified for his/her job. The small print contract is enough to lock you in for years of non stop headache.
Kacie: Ray Renshaw (Account Executive) came into my work to show my boss some examples. I worked at a body shop with just men, he went out of his way to show me their pink zipper line for ladies. Mid conversation he said OH! I have something for you, I’m glad your here because I don’t think I could give these to the men working here. He handed me some oven mits and cookie cutters from the dollar store with his business card attached. Like what? Why wouldn’t the men I work with be less interested in these than me? I’m surely not because my husband does the cooking at my house! Seems like a very sexist company. Glad my boss decided to stick with our current uniform company!

After complaining for 2 monthsI told the manager Steve Baum I was done and had enough he said he wouldget lawyers to make me continue service!!! Can you believe that!!! Charles Ambuehl: I bought my father's business which in short was the inventory and equipment. He owns the building and I rent it. I assumed the business under a new legal name but kept the same name on the sign. Apparently, Clean Uniform had a contract with my father which expired in 2022. On my birthday March 17, 2022, the driver had a deli worker ink a 6-year contract unbeknownst to me. 6 months later a competitor stopped by and offered me 3x the service for half the cost. Knowing I had never signed a contract with clean i accepted this offer. Now clean is trying to charge me 15k in damages. I will forever tell this story. It is unscrupulous to acquire unauthorized signatures.
Chris Simmons: They short me and other people at work constantly. Going to email them yet again. Shorted 2 out 3 weeks. I change at work so it's their fault again. They do not check or can't count to single digits.
Randy Davis: called the local office to let them know that the new owner would not be needing there services (had to leave a message ) 30 min later one of there employees showed up, he was rude and very unpleasant. After he left I called back to local office and asked for a supervisor, did he apologize, quite the opposite he informed me that the employee was one of the best they have and then said that he wanted proof of the sale of the business not how can i fix this, the only thing I wish is I could leave less than 1 star the customer service is very poor and the uniforms always came back in need of repair, do yourself a favor find someone else to do your cleaning.

Keisha W: This company is ridiculous. The cleaning towels we receive leave so much lint that we have to use paper towels to clean behind it making the towels they provide pointless. All the rugs we have received are cheaply made and do not soak up water people track in from the rain. The uniforms are not made of comfortable fabric and the exchange service is horrible. I have a jacket that I was given the incorrect size and have returned it for an exchange several times. It has been well over 8 months of them sending me the incorrect size again and again. I am paying for a jacket I have not been able to use and it’s ridiculous. I strongly suggests to any business to not use their services. Cintas is a much better company with quantity products and services. Sometimes saving money isn’t always the answer.

I have been a customer since 2008 and just recently I get a letter saying I am liable for liquidated damages of $5,852.48 because we quit using them for service that was terrible. I haven’t signed a contract since 2008 so I know I wasn’t in contract still. They also will not send me this supposedly signed contract . You would think being a long time customer they wouldn’t treat you like this. I tried talking to management and no luck . They are saying an employee signed a contract in 2017 who had zero authorization to sign anything and if he did he probably had no idea what they talked him into signing. I will now turn this over to my lawyer and pay them whatever it takes to not give Clean a dime. Horrible experience with this company doing business this way and I will make sure they never step foot in any of my businesses ever again and I will also be letting everyone in the surrounding counties know how they do business. Ahmande “Cortez” Simon: An item i purchased was left out of my bag. Very frustrating considering they will not ship the item to me. So i had to drive over 30 miles to pick up the item. WAIT to get served with a numerous amount of other customers in front of me. I really wish my job would give employees the option to choose another uniform company. This place only has one location very inconvenient.

Janice Bockstruck: Horrible customer service. It has taken over 3 months to get item ordered and I still do not have it. I understand supply chain issues... what I don't understand is every time I called to check one person would say it is in and needs to be tailored. When I call back to see if it is ready for pick up this person says it is not been received and still on back order... maybe next week. Call again and it is in then not in and the story continues for over a month. Then I am told to pick up next day. Not ready as told. Call the next week and they say maybe sometime this week. No one knows what is going on at this business and they always say well you didn't talk to me so I don't know what you were told. Is this how we do business?

CJ: You have to take a number and wait forever just to be rung up. I could see the benefit of this if you want to be sized for uniforms, etc. But if you just want to pop in to get some keepers, or equipment you’re going to be waiting a while. Buy your gear on Amazon. I ended up walking out.

Buster: They were doing everything they can to rush me in and rush me out. Most of the employees seemed very nice the associate that I got seem to be having a bad day once my pants were altered they still did not fit correctly I bought 5.11 police shirts and pants which did not fit well they're definitely not worth the money unless you take them to a real tailor which cost a ton of money. Everything they sell you can order online for either the same cost or in most cases even less expensive so I would shop around before paying their high prices and I've been there several times the last time the service was pretty good although the shirt still didn't fit correctly this time I got pants that did not fit correctly unfortunately I cannot take them back so I'm not real happy I would shop online before you spend money here and you just never know if you're going to get good service or not it's hit and miss and overpriced.
