Iris M Woodard: My experience with this store is that I’m able to fit most of there items but sometimes they are irregularly fitted but will pass to other relatives so it’s not a total loss

Christa Lammers: This store is so cluttered and messy, plus an unhelpful staff. Untrained staff members couldn’t do a simple transaction to check me out-took 25 minutes and finally just cancelled the entire transaction. Manager was unapologetic. Worse Old Navy store I’ve ever shopped in.

I brought my grandchildren there from St Genevieve we passed a couple other Old Navy's or you do not get the customer service like you do at this store. My granddaughter was transitioning into women's clothing the young ladies helped us find her jeans and shirts and gym shorts everybody was so kind it's just a pleasure to shop at your store. And a big shout out to the young ladies that helped my 12-year-old pick out women's clothes use were super and and they even helped us find clothes for my grandson in the men's department thank yous and thank you to the manager for having such excellent employees and running such a nice store
georgiana milford: Wanted in line for the dressing Room for over 30mins. Store is tiny & hard to get around in & the clothes are way to expensive.
VR: Cashier double charge us for a jacket, claimed she gave us a refund but never received it. She was a bit confused when giving us a discount so I don’t think she knew much about the system.

C Pope: I got some slippers for christmas that were too big for me, so I went here to exchange them. Even though the slippers were purchased online, we completed the exchange hassle free and they were very friendly. I have bought clothing at Old Navy in the past and I've always been happy with them. I look forward to shopping here again in the future.

Anthony Hemphill: Don't shop at Old Navy usually, but by chance when I have went I've always ended up seeing and picking something up from there. TBH, I need to start stopping in about more because as I said, there's always something. From the smallest thing like invisible socks, to a pair of shorts or a novelty tee, they always have something. The location was clean, friendly and helpful. They also had plenty of stock so finding what did catch my eye in my size wasn't a problem. This is definitely a go to location if you're an Old Navy fan

Chris Flanigan: As long as you're not shopping for men's clothes it's okay. My wife uses this store for returns and occasional shopping.
Angie Kohout: Absolutely the worst customer service in regards to returns. If you're even a day over 30 days (took 10 days to ship) they won't even let you exchange the item. Awful.

His name was Duncan, he was so sweet and so kind to me and my children from the moment I walked in to the store, to the moment I walked out. I was looking for a pair of jeans and I wasn't sure what style I would like. Duncan came over and helped me pick the perfect jeans for my daughters birthday. Overall, I had a great experience at this Old Navy. From someone who used to work retail, it's so important to always treat people with kindness, and Duncan treated me with a smile in a day full of frowns.

Ann Nichols: Returned items from Christmas and was told I couldn’t get a refund after 45 days. I had to inform the manager that customers had until January 15th. This person was not friendly did not apologize and did not say thank you. I spend a lot of money here. With other locations I will think twice about purchasing at this location again.

Tasha Edwards: I don't usually complain, but Old Navy ... do better. I went to the Ballwin store, had a stack of clothes and I pay attention to sales signs - all but 2 items were on sale racks. The lady rings them up - nothing came up on sale until I complained and she called a manager over. He tells her to override the clearance price on one item because that came up wrong and he is only going to give me sale prices on 2 other items (he apparently had to hit an extra button to get the sale prices to come up), otherwise I need to take even more time to go around with him and show him signs to prove it. Standing in the checkout line was long enough for me while I was dealing with a cramp in my calf.I get home, look up everything online, and guess what? It was all on sale like I told them!! I don't even feel the need to buy it anymore. They don't need my business if they are going to be shady.

Then she checked me out, asking did you find everything and will you be using your Old Navy card as she saw my coupon (a card member coupon) i said no, my daughter has a card and this came to our house. She then explained and showed me how much I would save by having my own card...Bingo saved more thank 50%... serious cash!! Then she preceeded to tell me about up coming sales events to look for. She was such a delight!! Thank you

caroline grace mitchell: The store was well organized however I am very disappointed about my encounter with the associate (her name was Karen). She was aggressive and persistent about opening a credit card and joining the rewards program but I do not shop there enough to join. When I tried to use my moms account, she would not let me and was very rude about it. When I told her I am not from here and don't come out here enough to sign up she was like "well you should be coming out here and shopping here". After I paid she said "see you could've saved $10" It was just very aggressive after I continued to tell her I do not want to sign up and was very rude overall. In the future I will be going to the lake St. Louis or mid rivers location.
Laura Miller: Went in to do some Clerance shopping and was excited to see a large section of clerance items......until I looked at the price tags and everything was just marked down ONE DOLLAR! Really???..that is not Clearance. It's pure GREED. In addition tp that, I bought one thing and the employee that checked me out didn't say a word to me and acted like it was an inconvenience for her to check out my one item. I won't go back to that store!!!

Bailey Ostrom: I was in desperate need of some new jeans. While I initially tried on a pair of lighter blue jeans, I was NOT willing to pay an EXTREMELY expensive price. However, I did find a much comfortable pair for a much more reasonable price on the clearance rack. If that wasn’t enough, I got it even cheaper thanks to my rewards. The lady at checkout was also VERY friendly and helpful.

Jamie Ziesse: Drove all the way here from St Peters specifically to find a maternity swimsuit. Their maternity "section" looked like a sad, picked over clearance rack. Not a single maternity swimsuit in the store, and only a handful of shorts and ugly dresses. They may be size inclusive but don't waste your time if you're pregnant.

Tamika Staten: Was given paper flyer for sales, got to the counter only to find out that all sales were for store credit card holders. I was asked multiple times about applying for a credit card. Some practices for their credit cards seem almost predatory. Staff was very nice and store was clean.
