Great customer service.Only thing I hate about it is I brought in one of my vehicles for to be fixed and they couldn’t find the problem it sat for a week maybe which is no problem then I get a call saying they can’t find the issue they’ve checked this checked that did voltage test & etc. everything’s checks out fine not to mention they recommended a tune up which did nothing ($400 gone down the drain).They didn’t even drive it after or they would’ve found out it’s doing the same thing as it did before the senseless tune. So I’ve decided to take it to another place and boom they found the issue ASAP. Got it replaced and back running well I just hate I wasted $400 for nothing the car didn’t need a tune up but could use one. Guy steady mentioning if we replace this or replace that it’ll be more than the car is worth which I totally understand but at the same time the trans is new and the engine is strong and good. You either can fix it r not money isn’t a issue.I wanted my car back to how it was and they couldn’t find the simplest issue even after mentioning it to them. I’ve had my E350 serviced thur these guys maybe last year I think which is what they specialize in BMW,Mercedes,SAABs & etc. Good customer service and great attitude but work is trash with American made cars. I’m good overall on this place,Never again.

Wes Evans: Excellent towing service!My son’s car broke down. I got a call immediately from Hartmann’s after submitting a request through my roadside assistance. Dave arrived before the estimated time. He took his time and made sure that my son’s lowered car with all wheel drive was loaded carefully. He treated the car like it was his own. He also showed my son where to find the tow hook for his car. He was great. I would recommend Hartmann’s to anyone!
Jennifer: My insurance dispatched this company to tow my vehicle when it broke down. When I called the company to ask some questions and update them on my situation the guy didn't even ask who I was and was so rude and down right obnoxious that I called my insurance company back and they dispatched a new, nicer, and more efficient company. 10 out of 10 do NOT recommend. If I could leave a review with 0 stars I would.

scott reel: My roommate had my vehicle towed after the studs broke in one of my tires. When they towed the vehicle they put the still inflated wheel under my truck. When I came to get it the tire was leaking and the rim was cracked.When I consulted a tire shop they said it was probably from having the vehicle laid on it as they aren't made to bear force from that direction.I called and the woman immediately started with an accusational tone. She would not listen to my whole situation before trying to poke holes in it.After sending pictures she called me back the next day and led off, literally yelling at me. Accusing me of lying and trying to scam her. Explaining how it couldn't possibly be their fault.If they weren't at fault, which frankly I'm still not sure is the case, then fine. State your reason and I'll move on, but literally yelling at me when I was going off all of the information I had was completely unreasonable.
It Me: Needed to have my car towed after a blowout; the company was prompt, and the service agent that came to tow my vehicle was friendly, professional, and helped make an anxious situation much more manageable.

Allison Walter: Had my car towed a few years back while visiting a friend at an apartment building off Chippewa... It was heavy snow and I was only there for about 3 hours. They did not honor the "residency plate" sign warning of towing at my expense, which wasn't even in front of the spot I found...just on the building about 3 spots down that I did not see, as you can imagine with parking at that one specific spot. They ended up charging me double what the sign stated, simply because it was "an old sign"...Not to mention they were only accepting cash. (what a surprise). We can all see the problem here. Hopefully they have used that money to build an actual fence around their lot instead of blocking cars in with two different trucks. Absolutely do not recommend this company of sneaky business.

Ronald Martin: I cancelled the service after waiting two and half hours. I called the company twice and finally got tired of dealing with dispatcher after the driver failed to locate my residence. My home is on a busy street with a long driveway. By the time the driver finally arrived in my neighborhood it was dark. I own a sports car and didn't Hartmanns touching it. Extremely frustrated with Hartmanns and wouldn't recommend them to anyone.

Roxanne LaRaia: On a cross country trip to a friend’s wedding with more than 1000mi to go we noticed strange noises coming from the underside of our Prius. Reliable Automotive was right off the highway we were on so we carefully drove over for help. Mr. Larry and his staff were so kind, put it up on a lift and took the time to actually show us what was causing the rattling. We were back on the road within an hour or so all fixed up! Brittany Smith: The most ABSOLUTE best service I’ve had in my entire life! Mr.Larry (the owner) is a truly exceptional man. He literally saved me from a nightmare… I made a huge mistake of going to another auto repair shop before him and the repairs they made caused more damage! I was told it was one thing and then another in order for them to get paid more for a different repair. Both repairs they did they damaged other parts while doing so. I must say this was a nightmare due to me being six months pregnant and originally from Texas and moving back. He made sure he would ensure that I get all of what I needed taken care of before me hitting the highway again… and he did just that. He even went out of his way to pick me up since I was close in the area instead of getting a Uber to I can get back to my vehicle. When I tell you this experience was amazing it shows you that there are still really good people out there and mr.Larry at reliable auto is one of them for sure. I would highly recommend ANYONE to this auto repair it’s worth it and you will be running PROPERLY. I would love to say thanks to the most amazing mechanic and his crew💪🏽

Noah Dell: I've had this shop work on a number of vehicles, and have always been satisfied with the results. They are honest and fair in their pricing and the scope of work required. I have not had any issues with the repairs they have done (alignment, brakes, catalytic converter replacement, sway bars, tie rod ends). The only complaint I can make is that they can be a little bit lax in the communication department, but they are busy and have a pretty small crew.
