Marc Bernstein: This is one top-self, well run business. We had out unit installed by one company and they never were responsive to us for follow-up. Then contacted CK and agreed to a service contract. Now twice a year we get maintenance--one major and one minor. The generator has never let up down since CK has been on board. Yesterday--I was not home and the generator popped its circuit breaker. We called the on-call person who return the call very quickly. He was super polite and talked my wife through the fix and would have come over if needed. I will be sticking with CK for maintenance and should our generator ever need to be replaced--I will surely want to buy it from them. I have asked the CK guys if we should replace ours--a dishonest business would answer yes but CK seems truly above level and with the service contract has been very, very good to us even though we bought our generator elsewhere. You will not regret going with CK.

Doug Gnau: What a joke. I have a 2011 Dodge Durango. Had the original replaced with a jasper hemi and it blew within the 3 year warranty. The replacement blew in 2 years and 2 years to the day that one blew. Wouldn’t honor warranty. They told me and my mechanic that the valves on this motor won’t bend and u should just be able to change timing. They lied. Not only am I out a vehicle but my mechanic is out the money for changing the timing at their recommendation.Would never ever recommend these clowns for anything.How some people can sleep at night knowing they are screwing people over is beyond me!!Service:Engine repair

I bought a rebuilt 4.0 Jeep motor from Jasper and after 37,000 miles the head cracked and it was 5 months past the warranty and they would not pay for any of the repairs and it cost me over $1300 to fix it. Conner Delles: Okay so first off ive had 3 jasper engines put in my 2003 nissan 350z. 1st motor had a timing issue at 200 miles, jasper replaced. 2nd motor had about 32k again another timing issue...(timing chain tensioner). Got my car about two weeks ago, 3rd motor installed. 1,247 miles later. Multiple cylinder misfire. Not only are these motors junk but the company only pays for so much labor wise. You would think with the ammount of bad luck ive had they would cut me some slack but no they dont work that way. By far worst customer service ever as well as the worst motor ever. Theres 16 year olds banging gears out of the oem VQ35DE and im out here granny shifting and having nothing but trouble with their motors. Save your money and go to a junk yard. Im sure any salvaged motor would be more reliable than these motors. 10/10 would never recommend.
