Dana Charlotte: Took my tea-loving husband here under the impression that they would have a wider variety of teas, when we finally found the time to trek to the middle of nowhere, we were met with a selection of mostly artificial blends. The one product he was interested in, the teacakes on the top of the display, were deemed as decoration by the female employee who was working the counter who seemed incredinly unenthusiastic about her field of work. I ordered an iced home sweet home tea and though expecting a rich spiced treat, I was given an overly sweetened lukewarm lightly flavored water. Steep times are difficult, especially regarding iced versus hot brews (plus different leaves requiring less or more time), but if it is your profession to craft beverages one should work on knowing those specifications.

What are they trying to shove processed food msg poison down our throats with free flavored water and everything else now?Costco used to have the best quart size custard and now none. No pumpkin pies now, never any peach pies anymore. I don't plan on renewing now. Still better than Sam's though.

NEVER COMING BACK. GOING TO SAM'S CLUB. I just came for baby diapers and wipes. What do you need to run my information for?

Kelly Evans: Super pushy dude at the membership desk. Definitely a turn off. Have a strong feeling I'll be canceling our membership.Can't speak to the quality of food products yet. Haven't actually eaten any of the grocery items we bought. Purchased three items of clothing and will be returning all of them. Partly because of fit - partly because construction of pants was just weird. Overall, not impressed.

I am sick of wandering aimlessly seeking out simple things like bagels 😒

Helen: First of all I stop at Costco every week and I love their products. Today was my first time visiting the optical department which I was really excited about. I was waiting at the counter for a while till the cashier her name Heidi was helping a customer. When it came to be my turn she flat out ignores me, doesn't even look my direction, doesn't bother to ask me what I need help with and she takes her papers and leaves like she didn't even see I was there waiting for 10 mins. So rude wow. Never have I experienced this kind of customer service. I was really surprised :(
