La'Toya D.R.: Cute store! HOWEVER, rude associate. Walked in, pink haired woman just stared. No good morning or can I help you find anything. I have 2 kids that would love the store. I’m by the entrance inside and was watching to see if my kids wanted to come inside. They did not so I step out and this chick is staring me and by boys down. So I looked back at her rude a$$ and said “hello” she slyly repeated “hello” as she continued to stare and talk to the other Caucasian woman that was by her. Rude indeed and the look on her face. Woman, you have the right one today

Skateboarding 101: Definitely should come to the candy shop here at the mall and give it a try the candy there is amazing and the customer service is even better especially when I was there the employee who helped me is angel she is super kind and so caring when you come in she gives you a warm welcome so come on and give lolli and pops a try it is the best place to get candy in Springfield mo in my opinion and make sure to say hello to angel she is amazing help.

Mimi Bobeck: Don't get a cake here, we had discussed in detail and decided on the cake, colors, flowers etc. I picked up the cake for it to be wrong, I told the lady waiting on me that they had boxed the wrong cake for my order, she insisted it was my order. I told her this was definitely not what I'd ordered, I ended up having to purchase this wrong cake at full price or end up with no cake at this point for my birthday event. I was even more disappointed with quality of the cake(dry) and shocked to be told that the cakes aren't even baked atthe bakery but at someone's personal home and transfered there, I'm sorry but that's somewhat gross to me. I will not return
