IanAndCandice Quarles: They sent a tech out to service a machine, they didn't tell us they were going to charge $110 and hour for travel time. all said and done we got stuck with a $900 bill just to top off the Freon in a machine they sold us! I called and asked them to work with us on the bill, they refused. Make sure you get a quote!

Andy Thornton: Mark and his team have always been so incredibly helpful to our needs at the Dream Center. They go above and beyond in customer service. They put in the extra hours to make sure whatever they do gets done right the first time. This is one of the few companies I can say it is not about the money with them, it is all about the customer.

I have dealt with Arctic alot, and I have found them to be extraordinarily friendly, helpful, and accommodating. Every time I walk in, i am greeted immediately in a cheerful manner. I am promptly helped if I need help. Service calls have always been great too.
eligibility Jeffries: Horrible I work hard spent almost 3000 and my equipment IS under warranty this is 3 weeks still waiting on the part says the not so nice lady who answers the phone. Call a week later tech will call when he comes back never calls. Never ever go here they are only nice when paying they do not stand by what they sell i would bet if I had to pay to fix it it would already be done. Fellers is the place I will be going and suggest readers follow. I would like to honestly like to give them a negative 6 stars.

CMGeek: I like that they added to go stuff. During the pandemic it was so hard to obtain things so this was helpful. They usually help me find stuff or have it ready when I go pick up. Depending what I purchase if it is for resale it is tax free. No problem the first few years but one lady wouldn't give it to me insisting that once a case is open the government doesn't allow tax free. Since they break down cases and sell cups by the sleeve that would mean they would have to pay tax on items too since open box. Her logic didn't make sense.

Jonathon Miller: They've had a massive transformation over the last year and a bit. Adding a kitchen that holds classes for all levels of culinary ability. They also started to carry some nice quality frozen and shelf stable foods while maintaining there original well stocked small wares and equipment portion of the rebrand of Fellers Fixtures.

Bryan Keeland: Fellers has lots of items that are very useful. When I had a pottery business, I would buy whisks, buckets, scales,ect. I also like to buy kitchen knives that are restaurant quality at a good price. There are lots of restaurant supplies that are great for repurposing.

Will E.: What can I say, it's a Sam's club. This is a newer store than the one on East Sunshine. You can go there on certain days of the week when they give out samples and not have to buy lunch. Deals come and go. Has a tire and battery shop. Cell phones sold here. Bakery, and deli. Think it's $1.50 for a Nathan's famous hot dog and fountain drink. For members that is. 😉

Josh Dobbins: The store is great. I called looking for a carrot cake on Mother's Day and as I expected, there were none to be had. 10 minutes later my phone rings and it was the guy in the bakery. He said he was wrong and had found one and even held it for me till I could come get it. I forgot to get his name but that was above and beyond. (southside ElCamino Alto location) Thanks again. The gas station, on the other hand, is frustrating. I waited in line for half an hour as I watched half the pumps remain unused as they were for vehicles with passenger-side gas doors. You can only use those pumps if your gas door is on that side. Silly. The amount of money that I would have saved getting gas at Sam's club was eaten up while my truck idled in line for so long. Maybe I was just there at a bad time..
Alex Hennis: The destruction of America will come partly through our consumerism and dependence on China. Our use of Walmart and Sam's has fueled this process. Our desire for cheap goods has put the Mom and Pop stores out of business. Plus, we've aided China enslaving people to produce our goods. Now, we face the end of the American dream and the beginning of the American nightmare. God help us all.
Jay Smith: I'd avoid the optical center because it is all done using telehealth. You spend more time waiting for a Dr. to come online than actually doing your eye exam. Cost the same as seeing a real Dr. in person in any other location.
Alex: I mostly just go to Sam's pharmacy on (EL Camino Alto.And they are literally just the most amazing most caring and helpful pharmacist's and technicians and techs and just 110 % all around service I love how they have taken time to actually get know me and just well everyrhing they do for me has blown me away .unlike all the other pharmacy that jjst dont say anything or wvsn say high at other places here at sams they are so sweet and caring ppl and they are well aware that some of my medication I really really worried about especially due to the medication shortage because I'm epileptic and my seizure meds are extremely important I mean majorly majorly important and they have just blown me out of the water by letting me know personally that I have nothing to ever worry about that they will always make sure that I am very well taken care of when it comes to any of my medications because they know that I'm trying xiety type of person when it comes to medications that keep me from going into grand mal seizures and they're just amazing amazing wonderful tight little pharmacy at Sam's Club on El Camino and hands down I give them infinite amount of Stars if there is a medication something confusing that came in or whatever they get right on it and they call me and let me know right awayand call me and they fix it and make me not to have that worry or anyting they are amazing amazing loving caring people actually care about their customers and patience is I would call
