Justin Hedges: Called to talk to someone about in-store pickup, was transferred to the "appropriate person". After being on hold for half an hour, the person I finally started talking to told me that he only put in orders for delivery and in a tone that sounded like I was the idiot. Par for the course for DME providers.
Krista Allabaugh: I was staying in a hotel in Springfield with my mother who is receiving cancer treatment. She left a section of the electrical cord to her CPAP machine at home 80 miles away. I called and got an adapt healthcare representative and explained her situation. He immediately said they did not have any cords. I asked if he thought I could get something like that at Walmart and he said “ I don’t work at Walmart so I don’t know”. I ended up calling another number for Bach medical supply in Springfield and unfortunately got transferred to the same person. He said to me “ I just spoke to you 3 minutes ago and we still don’t have any cords”. Completely ignorant! I ended up calling lincare and they were extremely nice and found a cord for her to use.
David Kowalski: Unlike others, I only experienced friendly employees at this location, but this is, unfortunately, an outlet for AdaptHealth, which has never gotten even one shipment of supplies correct and has even given me harmful misinformation over the phone. This happened over a period of years, and I have moved on to a more reliable and trustworthy source for my supplies.

Jeremy Hewitt, their Executive Director, contacted me directly, and promptly scheduled the assessment. Jeremy was professional and courteous. He listened to my assessment of my Mom's skills and abilities, gave suggestions for home modifications and products, provided a quote, and I reviewed them with my Mom.After selecting a lift chair in the store, they quickly scheduled the installation. Matt arrived promptly, was friendly, engaged and customer service-oriented. Without their help, the home would not have been ready in time for my Mom to come home.I recommend using Bach Medical Supply if you have a loved one or friend that may need some home modifications. My mother got measured for compression socks and also knew in the beginning they were non refundable however they are not correct and it was their mistake. Be in your best interest to train your people better. When we showed the woman the box she grabbed it out of my moms hand and would not give it back. Basically scolding her and treating her like a little child. YOU made the mistake so YOU need to fix it!

FOSTER TV LLC: We had one thing after another after renting a hospital bed for a hip replacement 2 months ago. The experience just continued to get worse. However, Steve Bach straightened it all out and Adapt healths regional manager got involved. So now we needed a hospital bed for the other hip surgery. They showed me they do care about customer service. They made sure every detail was taken care of. They really changed how I originally felt. Today felt like the Bach I dealt with 14 years ago during colon cancer.

Jim Cox: Great people work here, and want to help you...BUT- dealing with offshore billing (and accents) makes for a LONNNNNGGGG day sometimes. I asked Mercy Sleep Ctr to send the business to someone local, and boy did we miss the mark! :( I'm switching to Cox medical supply as soon as I can. You can't even imagine the stress over a few hundred dollars here and there. If you don't pay on time and fight it, your credit can suffer, right?? And don't expect a call back locally for weeks at a time (I gave up and drove to the store) or from the 855 overseas number. Of course because this is 'medical', the email stuff is always secure and quite the pain to deal with as well. Adapt is a pain in the @$$ at every turn, and they just buy up more and more, and make me want to deal with them less and less.RUN!
Michael Savage: The company is adapt health and is horrible if you have any issues with billing or insurance. Overseas customer service I’ve been high pressure phone sales even after they don’t take my insurance. To keep billing me full price for supply’s scam alert and the resolution at the bottom of this comment is just fluff.Update. After reviewing the company I received a phone call from Steve Bach and the issue with adapt health was resolved. My hope is that for future customer’s that they train there customer service and billing department to be more knowledgeable with customers that have issues with insurance. Mr Bach you will be missed.

She is going to kill someone with her bigoted practices.Update: I saw my doctor and he said that the pharmacist Chan Ngo would not accept his valid DEA number. That day he actually canceled my script at Wal Mart and sent to another pharmacy because of this one lady's preference. If she wanted to write the prescriptions, she should have become a doctor!I am filling a compliant with the Board of Pharmacy. I will update.

Olympia Lomeli Wilson: Excellent products! Work fast! My son was in a moped accident, ended up with a broken wrist and road rash on his cheek, arms, legs and ankles. The leg was the worst, oozing etc. He still had dirt in wound even after coming home from the ER. I bought P&C wound cleanser and the antimicrobial hydrogel online which arrived pretty quickly, within a couple days . I saw overnight results, what did not seem to be healing started healing quickly. This product works well and fast! Within no time he was completely healed with no scarring, just a huge pink spot on his leg , which is also fading fast. I highly recommend !!!

Carl Brown: I heard about pure and clean a year ago and it sounded like snake oil. How could it be true? All the other stuff smells bad, tastes bad, and is mostly not so great for an open wound.Then I got a bottle of their hydrogel version. It’s thicker and made for open wounds. I’ve seen a doc every week for a year for a slow healing wound. Within a week, the hydrogel had promoted soft tissue growth where the doctors and regular health insurance “protocol” did nothing.I saw the doc last week and they said “well, keep using it!”Sometimes, snake oil isn’t snake oil! Karen M: I always go to the drive-thru Walmart pharmacy on West Mount Vernon.. the pharmacists and the entire staff go out of their way to assist and explain any questions that you may have.. I love the fact that I don't have to go in to do a pickup, all I have to do is drive through, so convenient and for the last 2 and 1/2 years has been much safer not dealing with the public, they make an effort to keep their clientele safe which I really appreciate. .

My doctor called in the prescription and “they had questions” and wouldn’t fill it until they spoke to my doctor. When I called back the next day, they still hadn’t received a call back and asked why I needed them. I explained my situation an lo and behold... they filled it. The pharmacist then found it was necessary to inform me “they’re really cutting you back” in regards to my pain medication.

Chris, who administered the first dose, had me laughing the whole time and helped me ease up enough to receive the dose. George was very kind and informal, and was so quick and effortless with giving the second dose that I hadn’t even realized he gave it to me until after he disposed of the needle. Both were total gentlemen and very informal on the subject and with any questions or concerns I had. I definitely recommend going to them to receive your vaccines!!!

Michael Montgomery: They're always VERY busy, but they're also very nice. Expect a longer than normal wait if you go here.
Mandy Hill: Rude employees. Uneducated on insurance guidelines. This Walmart pharmacy quoted a policy that causes delays in receiving medication for patients by putting medication orders on hold and demanding the provider rewrite prescription unnecessarily to provide information that is the pharmacy's responsibility to submit according to Medicare guidelines. Also didn't bother calling to request unnecessary additional prescription, just put an important medication on hold for fill...no contact with the patient, no contact with the doctor, just didn't fill it.

cbruner7482: This place is a danger to the community. Avoid at all cost. Never had a good experience with them. Absolutely the worst pharmacy I have ever been to, consistently. I try to give them chances and it always turns out bad. The old bag pharmacist needs to lose her license as she is a liar and a danger to the community. She withheld antibiotics from my ten year old daughter, because the script "didn't look right to her" and she wanted to call the doctor to verify. Made them give me the script then filled it at Walgreens with no problem. I hope this pharmacy loses their licensing. Walmart management should be ashamed.

Nathan Little: I was told 15 minutes for my prescription I figured with that short of a timeframe, might as well wait. Went back after 30 thinking I might have missed the announcement. They said 20-25 minutes. A little frustrating, but understandable. 40 minutes after checking in, still not done. I can understand a rush, but if a person works in a pharmacy daily, they should be able to set proper expectations about wait times. Had I know it was going to take a hour and a half I would have left and picked it up later. Now I have wasted my evening. I am taking my business back to Wallgreens.
