Ryan Stewart: Had a string of bad experiences. Regularly sent me less than what I needed, and 2 times they forgot to mail my prescriptions at all. Got tired of baby sitting them, went back to walgreens where I dont have to deal with these issues.@owners response. Sadly this last bad experience wasn't the only time I've had problems with integrity. I understand authorizations and insurance companies quite well. And while all pharmacy business have to deal with it. Ive never had as many problems as I had with your company. Ive already gone back to walgreens where I can get 90 day supplies and dont have to hold their hands to do business with them. Good luck going forward. I hope you make some changes to your customer service.

cass kesterholt: Every single person I have spoken or worked with at Integrity has been beyond helpful and kind. Navigating the waters of IVF meds can be super tricky and complicated - but they always quickly respond to text messages to all my questions. 10/10 wont shop anywhere else!!

My son has Autism and Epilepsy along with a number of other opportunities, Integrity has been there all the way from billing, finding the best and cheapest way to get and keep his meds consistent. Just incredible service and caring people. Insurance is complicated, all the steps, Pre auths etc, Integrity gets it and helps. Keep doing what your doing. Great Pharmacy great people!

Diana Fischer: I've been with Integrity for probably going on 10 years or so. Theyve always been great in the past, got refills on time, called to check, when I first started they would occassionally call asking if my meds seemed to be doing what they were supposed to be doing.But just recently my med pk has been getting here later in the month and now this month they never even showed. I have one day left and that's it, I won't even go into the reasons I take 12 or 13 meds but they all are necessary. I just (Sunday) sent them an email asking where in the heck are my meds!After reading so many bad reviews, what a shame after so many years of great service!!!

Marilyn Felten: It started out good. I was so impressed with their organized way of sorting my meds and packaging them so that it wasn't confusing. I've been with them for about 6 months now. For some reason they can't (or won't) take the time to add meds to the packs. 2 of mine changed from PRN to an actual time of day to take them. Every month, I received them in bottles. Another note: I'm on the 4th representative for my pack. I don't know why they can't keep employees, but its annoying to have to repeat the circumstances for the newest representative.

I had to go all the way to Nixa only to get the other vaccine that I’m allergic to. Went into anaphylactic shock 5 minutes after receiving it.Update: Micah and the team at the Nixa pharmacy reached out and helped with my issue, really awesome team. Thank you guys!

Bob Jordan: Attempted to have my prescriptions transferred to a pharmacy in FL after relocating. Staff said they would fax the info to the receiving pharmacy on 1/27/23. On 2/16/23 I called the FL pharmacy to be sure all was completed. The receiving pharmacy had zero information regarding my Rx. I called Grove and spoke with the tech who was supposed to have sent the info. “Oh, I got behind but I saw you on my list every day.” I pointed out that nearly three weeks had passed since she had said she was sending the info. I was trying to avoid an interruption with my meds.I asked about a patient assistance program for one of the meds since my insurance claims showed a copay of over $900/month. She tried to “educate” me about insurance claims (I’ve worked with health insurance for over 30 years and have a very high level of understanding). She continued to talk over me and repeating inaccurate info. I terminated the call.Called back to speak with the pharmacy manager. Mr Nunez asked what the issue was - I pointed out the three week gap between my last contact with the staff regarding the transfer of my Rx and that she was argumentative during our interaction. Mr Nunez introduced himself as the pharmacy manager and owner. Mr Nunez replied, “Oh, I know all about YOU already. We mailed your prescriptions as a courtesy. She told me you hung up on her.” I agreed that I had terminated the call. Mr Nunez started again with “We mailed your medications twice..” when I attempted to offer a comment Mr Nunez’s volume increased and his tone became angry. He told me “you can talk when I’m finished and not before”. I terminated the call.Truly sad after years of great service from the staff at 1626 S Glenstone to end the relationship with this pharmacy. Never again will I use them for any service.

Michael Criger: I had a pretty simple plan: drop off my prescriptions, run some errands, pick up my prescriptions. The lady at the drive-thru had different plans - she told me to pull up by the front door and she would come out in a minute with the prices for the medicines. I said ok and did as I was told. After waiting about 15 mins, I started texting my gf out of boredom. Told her I had been waiting a long time just for someone to give me a price. As we were texting, she informed me the pharmacy had just called her with a question about one of the prescriptions i had dropped off for her. I wondered to her why they hadn't just asked me as they'd had me waiting out there a half hour by that time. She called them back and asked them if they knew I was there. From what I have been able to gather, the lady that told me to pull up and wait had gone to lunch! By the time they figured out I was still there and got me my medicines, I had wasted 45 mins that could have been spent running my errands as I had intended. I will never use this pharmacy again, and recommend the other compounding pharmacy in town to anyone who needs those services. You can't get much worse customer service than they have at Grove.

My daughter had oral surgery and they did not have all the meds available I am not even from Springfield and they took it upon themselves to call multiple pharmacies until they found one that had each script. I offered to do it myself due to they were so busy and they were like “no we are happy to do it for you”!! You just don’t find customer service like that anymore! May they be beyond blessed for showing such kindness to people they don’t even know. That says a lot about a persons character!! Thank you!!
