Bryan Hood: At the time of this review, I'm a 48 year old male. I spent 26 years in the Army and during that time my body has taken a beating. I've had two knee surgeries, surgery on both shoulders, broken bones and just a lot of mileage. After slowing down from the high speed lifestyle I felt a general drop in overall performance. I just didn't feel like me.Kare was recommended to me from another combat vet. My first appointment was 15Feb2019. I still go to them today. I dabbled with testosterone between 2008 and 2010 while working in a fast paced, no second place time in my career. It worked well. Now, I don't need as much as I did back then, however, I have found that supplementing testosterone has given me a marked improvement physically, emotionally and psychologically. I feel like "Me" again and it's a very liberating feeling.I have always gotten a warm and welcoming feeling every time I go for a check up. I actually look forward to seeing them. Jim Pharris: Would like to talk to the owner of this clinic and tell him how I feel about his staff. My wife and I have been "jerked around" for 2 months trying to get an appointment, one person made an appointment, then when called to confirm (because we have to travel for 4 hours ea. way) I am told - we can't find where you have an appointment scheduled. constantly put on hold, don't return calls, very unprofessional. Now having to travel to Tampa FL for the same Curcumin treatment that is available right here in my home state.
Erin Standage: I cannot express adequately how much Functional Medicine has meant to our family over the years. Finding Dr. Keri to continue that level of care has been amazing and comforting. These are well dressed con men touting unproven and potentially dangerous cures to various ailments. You may read a lot of reviews below about HIPA complaints with this facility. Thats because these are NOT legitimate doctors!

I had a medical issue going on, called them and got in the same day, I’m not an established patient because I just found them, so I called and was able to be seen for a sick visit. I will definitely be going back and becoming established. I got the accelerated healing IV and I felt so much better afterwards and feel even better today!

Jessica Williams: Quick and helpful service, they almost always know my name and birthday without me even having to tell them. I've been going to the Wakgreens on Kansas and Kearney, for over 17 years and some of the pharmacy techs still work there, others are newer since Covid pandemic but, even several of the newer faces know me now, and it's nice to have friendly faces and be treated like family or friends when you go to pick up your meds. Unlike a few other places I've been to recently, like the CVS on Campbell, their service was terrible.

Raymond Glover: I have been getting prescriptions at this pharmacy for several months. Today when I went to pick up my medication I was told it was sent to a different pharmacy. I asked why, but they couldn’t tell me why. After I called several other stores I found out that my medicine had been at this location all along. I called the store back and ask them why they couldn’t find my prescription if it had been there the entire time. The manager Anna tried to say it was a computer error and they had no control over it. I don’t know who this manager is, but I don’t appreciate her or her staff treating me this way. The attendant at the window was rude and crass with me. If you have the opportunity to have your prescriptions filled somewhere else I recommend you do. Don’t use this Pharmacy!

Cathy Shafer: Bought a Covid test kit, got home, the date on box didn’t match up with expired date on test kit. Phone call, they said they can deliver one but need Dr Rx. Doc called in a script for testing kit, when I called to schedule a delivery, they then said FedEx delivers for them but it will be 2 days! So I went to return it as directed, register denied the return request. Happened to see the store mgr who solved everything quickly, what a wild goose chase.
Brady Marshall: Last month, I moved into an apartment across the street from Mercy, where I just started a job. And I've stopped by this Walgreens after work a few times to shop for something. When I asked an associate for help looking for something, she kindly helped me find it in a timely way.A special bonus, when I once stopped by to buy bandages, I heard Shakira's "Try Everything". That's the theme of "Zootopia," one of my favorite movies.
Keith Owens: My opinion on Walgreens as a chain is lower than my opinion of this location. I'm a fan of the pharmacy staff - we've been going there for more than ten years now. Convenient and close to Mercy too, of course.

I asked the clerk why it said it for me, and not the white lady, who was standing right next to me at the time, she says it's motion sensored.A motion sensor that detects if you're not white??I told her I didn't believe her and left. Would you believe it?
Jason Sargent: I asked the cashier if I could get cash back with my purchase, she said "yes." After my transaction I said "what about the cash back?" She said "oh, sometimes it doesn't come up on the screen, but I can fix it."She scanned something and said check the screen. The cash back option was on the screen.I got the cash back but was charged for the small item she scanned, it was a caramel candy. I told her I didn't want to buy the candy, I had already made my purchase and paid. She handed me the cash and candy and responded "well, if you get addicted to the caramel, don't blame me."The lady behind me laughed and rolled her eyes.Maybe she has a stake the caramel candy business!? HahaThe store was clean but in rough shape. The check out lanes looked torn up and the steel handicap markers outside were rusted and paint coming off. It looked trashy. You would think being right across the street from a big hospital, a pharmacy would be in better shape.

I had asked them of they use WIC and this was after I was told from jordan valley that all walgreens use WIC due to it being on the list, but the fact was being disrespected like that is not okay and it is putting stress on my pregnancy right now trying to resolve my WIC card problem and it should pop up as WIC prescription, and they had no clue of what WIC is. I don't even feel like going to this store anymore but when I don't have a vehicle due to not being able to afford it, it is the only choice that I had because it is close by to me. I don't feel like I'm being treated right at all when I go in there to shop for food and other stuff that I needed at all.

Scott Martin: Been using this Pharmacy here for years until today. Picked up a prescription that was a 2 week dose. For $31.00. I get home and think that’s an awful lot for a 2 week dose. Look it up on GoodRX and it’s $6.00 for a 30 day dose. So I call up there and explain the price difference and she says “well you already picked it up and paid for it.” Tells me this not once but 3 times. Says she can’t give any sort of refund because she billed my insurance. I NO LONGER have the same insurance they keep billing for the last 3 months!!! I have told them numerous times!! So I explain I’ll just go some where else. The tech says “well that’s fine you go ahead and do that” and hangs up on me. LOL!!! Great customer service. Not once did I raise my voice or get an attitude. Now after she hung up on me I can’t say the same. It’s cheaper for me to use GoodRX then go through my insurance at just $4.00 a script through WalMart. If you’re needing any prescriptions use the GoodRX app and save your money. I’ll pay less now for the inconvenience of going in to Walmart.

RELENTLESS WOODWORKING: The staff may be friendly but all except one of them suck at their job! They either go extremely slow and constantly have to call a manager because they don't know what they're doing or they don't know how to count change and have to call a manager because they don't know what they're doing.Either way, they don't know what they're doing.Dealt with a lady cashier tonight. My total was $15.65 and I handed her a $20 bill. Said she didn't have enough one's so she called for a manager. I told her I had $0.65 so she could give me my change and help the next customer. In which she said, "That won't help until she gets up here because I still don't have enough one's." SERIOUSLY?! I literally had to sit there, dumb it down, and explain to her that the total was $15.65 and I gave her a $20 bill so if I gave her $0.65 then my change would be $5 and she could just give me a $5 bill. Her response? "Oh...yeah, I forgot about that." WHAT?! How do you forget about having $5 Bill's in your drawer?!Then the manager got up there and said, "You have one's under the drawer tray. I told you that when you came in and that's where they're always kept."*face palm* I literally live 5 houses down from this store but I will start making the 5-10 minute drive to Walmart from now on because the people who work at this store make it worse than dealing with the people at Walmart 😑🤬

They said the wait time would be 2 hrs. 6 hours later, they still don't have my daughters medicine. The young kid at the counter was so rude, and the pharmacist wasn't better, as he stated he didn't want me to overdose my child. I was appalled, as I am a nurse. I will never come back. Def Campbell and battlefield is much better. If I could give 0 stars I would.
Victoria Lorraine Clark: I do like this place and the pharmacy. I’ve been getting my meds here going on 5 years. Staff is always very nice. They are busy and understaffed so people need to be patient with them. Only issues I’ve had with this place is there’s a woman who works at the pharmacy. I rarely see her but she must not understand and doesn’t speak English very well. When I gave her my name she looked in the computer and said we didn’t have any medicine here. She kept insisting that I had no rxs ready even when I said my name. I told her that on the website it said that I had meds were ready to be picked up. She then asked me if I was so in so. The name and dob she said wasn’t even close to mine. I had to repeat my name and my husband’s at least 10 times. Even when I said C as in cat and said our dob’s she blankly stares at me. Not to mention she is not friendly, never smiles and purposely takes her time checking you out. I’ve seen her do this to others. I was friendly to her because she might be uncomfortable due to a language barrier but if she’s going to serve the public she needs to learn some customer service skills or put her somewhere else. Also when something is on sale it never ever rings up on sale. Never. At least this happens every time for me. Every time they have to do a price check. This should be updated in the system if you’re going to have something marked down. This holds up the queue. It’s irritating but I still enjoy shopping here and getting my rx.

Mandy: Normally I love this location, however when my 81 year old room mate tried to ask a younger lady working there a question she was down right rude and ignored her. I had to catch her attention, ask her where something was (part of the job right?) I had to step in. Finally got her attention and she had a HORRID ATTITUDE! She was rude, abrasive, and acted like how dare we ask her anything! I explained e needed a razor with the batteries, she rudely said "so you want a battery for a Razor? Shaving isle! While rolling her eyes. I said ok but no not just the battery. An electric Razor that recharges. She rolled her eyes and took off complaining is on the shaving isle, showed me batteries and I finally saw the men's razors, I thanked her (because I do have manners. Again she rolled her eyes and off she went.I did need to ship a FedEx package there today, however I will find a different store from now on. If you do not want to assist customer's, DO NOT WORK IN CUSTOMER SERVICE!

That’s how long it took on my last script.Got a text from West Republic telling me my script was ready for pickup. No waiting for overrides or insurance problems. They do all that before you get your texts to come pick up.I love this pharmacy so much. Samuel Mobley: Came here to pick up a 6-pack of beer, but the cashier decided I must have buying for minors because I was in the store at the same time as a group of college students that I had never met or even spoken to before. Luckily, price cutter across the street sells Yuengling for the same price that Walgreens sells PBR, so maybe I lucked out. Terrible customer service, not buying from this Walgreens ever again.

ERIC NICHOLS: The employees are always very friendly and I don't trust anyone else with my prescriptions.

I retired from my route where I pick up from them, and the ladies at the photo counter went above and beyond. They got me, out of their own money, cup cakes as a going away present. The pharmacy has also helped me amazingly. It was always a joy stopping by and seeing them, it will be the only Walgreens I go to.

Pentax Fotog: Last night at about 9:45 I needed two sets of the wallet-sized prints for a project. I was able to submit them to this Walgreens location which closes at 11 p.m. I called the store and explained the situation to them. Not only did they make sure I had my prints, but someone at the store cut the sheets apart for me. Above and beyond!

You don't want a peson like him managing your prescription for sure.UPDATE: They call me a week later to offer me refills for my prescription. THIS PLACE IS RUN BY PSYCHOS. No exaggeration intended.

Jackie Muenks: I have always had great service at this location. I do feel that Walgreens has the means and the reputation that would warrant better care of the property itself. The landscaping at this location is horrible. Trees dying, weeds grown up through all the bushes, no mulch or trimming ever done and the amount of trash that has accumulated among it is a huge eye sore for our community. It would seem that Walgreens would not want this appearance in our community to exist. I have watched it deteriorate over several years and this week after two visits I felt it needed to be said.Just feel our community deserves to see more responsible care of it and the appearance.

Be Creative: The slowest pharmacy on Earth! Wish my mom's insurance would allow her to get her medication elsewhere because it takes at least 45 minutes to pick up a script every single time.
Tori Turner: I wish I could give it zero stars. The slowest pharmacy I’ve EVER encountered. Go anywhere but here. Go without meds before this pharmacy.
Brittany Spencer: Not very happy. I called to have my prescription done here because my pharmacy is temporary closed. The technicians manager talked to me on the phone close to 7pm and told me she could have it done tonight and asked when I would like to pick it up. I said the soonest you can have it ready by and she said in one hour. I told I would be there close to 8pm and she said sounds good. I get there around 7:45pm in the drive through, a little early before 8pm because I expected a line. Eventually I make it up to the window in the 2nd lane at 9:45pm and hear the worker tell the car next to me it will be about another 45 minutes. I already had a bad feeling. I talked with the worker and she proceeds to tell me that the pharmacist hasn't even started on my prescription. She said it would be about 25-30 more minutes and I could either pull back around in line or come inside. For what? to wait another hour or longer in line when its already wrapped around the building. Im sorry no. Moral of the story is don't tell people your prescription will be ready at a certain time, then have them wait an hour or longer to receive it. And then it still not be ready! So ridiculous honestly. I can see why some people try to avoid this pharmacy.
