Tabby Bryant: This place keeps giving me the run around and now they're withholding my medication because they can't keep accurate records. State records show I was correct but they will not listen.

Cantrell (FLO): I was struggling a lot with going out and to the local Walmart pharmacy to pick up my medications, plus over half of the time Walmart didn't have my medications in stock leaving me to go as much as 14 days without my mental health medications one time!!🤯From the very beginning Burrell Pharmacy has been a life saver with their ability and efficiency of packaging and mailing my medications straight to my mailbox!! ON TIME!!Thanx Guys!!

Tamara Kepford: I'm very Grateful that I took a leap of faith and switched from the big chain pharmacies to Burrell. A good friend , who also happened to be a RN, highly recommended them to me when I mentioned some of the issues that kept repeating from one chain pharmacy to another. Honesty, I was hesitant to use Burrell because they are closed nights and weekends but they do offer delivery which I use most of the time, that service alone ,more then makes up for the other hours. Michelle and Tammy are the 2 main people I've dealt with since I moved my prescriptions , They've been so good to me and believe me I really do appreciate the care and compassion that they've shown. Both ladies have gone out of their way to save me money when some co pays have been expensive. They've had to hustle last minute prescription requests,fills etc. They've been awesome about calling doctor's and insurance companies about prior authorizations . The greatest thing about Burrell pharmacy though is I'm not a faceless # to the pharmacists and they make me feel like it's ok for me to ask questions about my medication.

cbruner7482: This place is a danger to the community. Avoid at all cost. Never had a good experience with them. Absolutely the worst pharmacy I have ever been to, consistently. I try to give them chances and it always turns out bad. The old bag pharmacist needs to lose her license as she is a liar and a danger to the community. She withheld antibiotics from my ten year old daughter, because the script "didn't look right to her" and she wanted to call the doctor to verify. Made them give me the script then filled it at Walgreens with no problem. I hope this pharmacy loses their licensing. Walmart management should be ashamed.

Nathan Little: I was told 15 minutes for my prescription I figured with that short of a timeframe, might as well wait. Went back after 30 thinking I might have missed the announcement. They said 20-25 minutes. A little frustrating, but understandable. 40 minutes after checking in, still not done. I can understand a rush, but if a person works in a pharmacy daily, they should be able to set proper expectations about wait times. Had I know it was going to take a hour and a half I would have left and picked it up later. Now I have wasted my evening. I am taking my business back to Wallgreens.
