Bob Mitchell: This place is Awesome! I had a small home project and did not know where to go for the plactic I needed. I looked at every hardware store and craft store in Springfield. I googled plastic products near me and they popped up. When I went there I seen the building and thought this is too big for what I'm looking for, a small project. I walked in and was wowed by how big it was inside. Again I thought I'm in the wrong place. A gentleman came to the door to help me and I told him I'm in the wrong place for the small piece I needed. Sorry I did not get his name. He told me nothing is too small. I gave him a sample of what I needed and within minutes he returned with what I could use. In this crazy world we live in it makes me feel so good to know there are great people out there like the employees at Polyfab. Thanks so much.

Mayhem Modz: This is probably the most awkward and unwelcoming experience out of ANY PLACE I’ve ever been. First, I pull up out front and walk to the door. Then after I open the door, there is another door that you try to open that is locked. The receptionist is sitting at a desk about 20ft away on the other side and asked me what I was doing there before she would buzz me in, so I told her I was looking for a specific piece of plastic. Then she buzzed me in and I felt she just kept her eyes on me like I was gonna Rob the place. She proceeded to call the person up front who was supposed to be a sales person. I waited about 30 seconds and he was there. He was dressed casual/professional, but he was very unhelpful and looked like he just got scolded by his mother or wife and just gave me a weird look when I asked for a plastic material for my project which isn’t an uncommon part. Then, you just kinda pick up when people just want you to go away. As soon as you end a question, no thought-“ No No.. uhh No No”. So, without dragging this on, if you are looking for a place to make you feel unwelcome and awkward like your not a person, than come here. I am a professional business owner and I’d never display this type of behavior or tolerate this EVER. Good luck, you’ll need it, with this type of customer service. I know I manufacturer a lot of things made of plastics and Was looking to see what other people have, but I’ll NEVER come here again. Next time I’ll buy online or go to Regal Plastics where you get treated like a human being.

Adapt Saiyan: So, thought about going through a temp agency for this position, found out someone I knew worked there and they said to apply directly and use them as a reference. So i did. Got an email from Susan there saying to set up a time to come in and fill out a formal application and to discuss the role with her. I emailed back immediately, waited till the next day with no reply, called and got a voicemail. Left a voicemail. No one got back with me. So I called the cell number SHE PROVIDED and said she'd get back with me when she got back to her desk. Waited all day and she never did. So I called the office again and they told me that they would call if they wanted to do an interview.So I'm a little confused st this point, but I was like ok whatever they must just be busy. Nope. They acted like a little 2yr old and went and told the temp agency I had debated going through and told them to tell me to stop calling! If I head decided to not go through a temp agency and just apply directly, how does that give them a right to ignore me and then tell the temp agency (that I'm not even working through) to have me to stop calling??!!I found this whole experience very unprofessional for both the agency and Alltrista Plastics. I would not recommend anyone to work here cuz if this is how they treat someone who was just trying to see about getting hired on, lord knows how they treat their actual employees.
Michael Higgins: Work wasnt bad but management needs to get it together. This is a civilian job not the military. All i heard was a bunch of orders fallowed by move out. Then you can't get to your machine fast enough. John is obviously military and that's great but John needs to know the difference between military and civilian jobs. You don't treat employees like its the military. I don't know the day crew but I do know John and he needs to be replaced. I would fire him in a heart beat just for his attitude. If you go to work there it's a good place to work if you can stay away from John

I picked up my fiance from work and the manager yelled at me and slammed the door in my face when I seemed to act in a more professional manner than he by merely stating my purpose there. Because of this my fiance said he will not be returning. I highly advise new management and possibly then the turn over rate for employees would go down because good employees leave not because of the work but because of poor management and from what I saw I dont blame a single employee for quitting.

Erin: Took over a month to get my carpet installed after constant reschedules. Was a HORRIBLE experience trying to talk to anyone about it.
Jamie Burchett: I went to the lawn and garden to buy 24 landscape blocks. When checking out at the outside lawn and garden register, they scanned the 24 block. Then, because I had 100.00 bill, they told me I would have to go inside and check out again because they couldn't cash it out there. That they didn't have enough money. Now my bill was 76 dollars, and some change. Do you mean at your busiest time of year they didn't have the 20 some dollars and change? Come on Lowe's you can do better.

Woodpecker Peckswood: my review is based on lack of customer service at this location and I come here often. today I just ordered something online and went to pick it up. as I arrived the employee standing at pick up took off their vest and walked away. I look over and see 5 people in the return line. Kenzie and Nate both working customer service . After 5 min or so neither acknowledged me, so I ask loudly if Im supposed to move over to the return line. Nate said yes. Geez thanks Nate for telling me after standing there visible to you for over 5 minutes. Kenzie ended up helping me but lacked basic knowledge how to read the screen and kept referring to my purchase as "the thing with a weird name" it's was a sander.. 😄. so you can't expect to save time or pick up items here with any efficiency because you end up in their slow return line with everyone else. this has happened simular a few times. then another time I purchased $140 at the store and apparently your system was glitching because the cashier told me it didn't work and to run my card again. well of course she ran the purchase twice but I only received one receipt. so I didn't know until I got home and my bank account is empty. I called and was told to come in to fix it. when I did I couldn't get the customer service person to give me the refund it turned into a, get me your manager situation. just ridiculous! clearly hiring the youngest people that have zero clue how to treat a customer or have any sense of urgency .. everyone is aloof and annoyed they have to help a customer. well im annoyed at this branch and your lack of management and training so you get a deserved review.

I have to say they have stepped up their game and as a small business owner I will continue to use them for the great prices and service. Susie Rea: Bought a self propelled Troy Bulit mower from Menards and it was to slow for me. I am 6ft tall so I walk fast want a fast self propelled mower. Called and spoke to the manager at the Eastgate location and he informed me that once I put gas in it, it's mines no return or exchange for a faster one. Sold it at a loss and went to HOME DEPOT asked about their return policy on mowers and was told if it didn't work for me I could bring it back no problem. WILL NEVER BUY ANYTHING EVER AGAIN FROM MENARDS. They do not stand behind the products they sell..

Checking the website/app is useless because half the stuff they say they have isn't on the shelf so you have to hunt down an employee to help you, and they tell you it's 'upstairs' and except you to know what that means (it's basically 'in the back' and they would have to go get it).
David Fraley: Do NOT buy anything that says SPECIAL ORDER! They will charge you a 25% restocking fee if you have to return it for any reason. LOWES and HOME DEPOT has never done that to me. I would give them zero stars if I could. And this after I spent over an hour completing the return process. Outrageous. Will not do business with them again!
