Joe C: I cannot say enough good stuff about the customer service here. In particular a true gentleman named Arthur. He helped me and my wife throughout the whole process and helped us make informed decisions. Arthur is super proffesional and very friendly.Cannot wait to start another project just to come back and deal with him.

Anthony Ciferri: I would highly recommend going else where for your needs. I ordered cabinets that they had on display , nice quality cabinets . I waited the standard 8 weeks to receive them and all I did was waste my time . Upon picking up the cabinets they were poorly wrapped and had lots of dings and missing paint on the corners. As I was looking for more damage I noticed these were not the cabinets I ordered . Same appearance but not even close to the same quality as the display model . Cabinets doors were cracking , poor assembly , plastic hardware , particle board junk . I wouldn’t have taken these for free as I would have to replace them within a year . Not worth the 2k I spent at all . The company took no responsibility ,nor did they offer any solution. They just blamed it on the third party they get their cabinets from . They offered to do nothing to help me other than giving me my money back . Do not recommend

Sharon Hopkins: Very poor business practices, we bought 85 pickets to build our fence. 59 of them were unusable, started to return them, was told they would not take them back, we were not offered to be buy a better grade, we didn't know there was a better grade, and were not told we would not be able to return the bad ones we got. So basically we paid almost 300 dollars for useless pickets, sorry, will not do business with them

Staff are generally knowledgeable, and always friendly. I'll keep coming here as long as they keep providing great service.

Sue Luther: I got the guys a grill for father day. The only problem was when they went back to pick it up in the truck. The first one had dents on it so, they had to which it out for another. That took them a few minutes to get a key. Then they got it home. HAPPY FATHER DAY, GUYS.

Erin: Took over a month to get my carpet installed after constant reschedules. Was a HORRIBLE experience trying to talk to anyone about it.
Jamie Burchett: I went to the lawn and garden to buy 24 landscape blocks. When checking out at the outside lawn and garden register, they scanned the 24 block. Then, because I had 100.00 bill, they told me I would have to go inside and check out again because they couldn't cash it out there. That they didn't have enough money. Now my bill was 76 dollars, and some change. Do you mean at your busiest time of year they didn't have the 20 some dollars and change? Come on Lowe's you can do better.

Not only would they not acknowledge that he was a veteran, but refused his veteran discount and the manager is still not here. They are intentionally trying to humiliate him.Do not shop here ever.
Woodpecker Peckswood: my review is based on lack of customer service at this location and I come here often. today I just ordered something online and went to pick it up. as I arrived the employee standing at pick up took off their vest and walked away. I look over and see 5 people in the return line. Kenzie and Nate both working customer service . After 5 min or so neither acknowledged me, so I ask loudly if Im supposed to move over to the return line. Nate said yes. Geez thanks Nate for telling me after standing there visible to you for over 5 minutes. Kenzie ended up helping me but lacked basic knowledge how to read the screen and kept referring to my purchase as "the thing with a weird name" it's was a sander.. 😄. so you can't expect to save time or pick up items here with any efficiency because you end up in their slow return line with everyone else. this has happened simular a few times. then another time I purchased $140 at the store and apparently your system was glitching because the cashier told me it didn't work and to run my card again. well of course she ran the purchase twice but I only received one receipt. so I didn't know until I got home and my bank account is empty. I called and was told to come in to fix it. when I did I couldn't get the customer service person to give me the refund it turned into a, get me your manager situation. just ridiculous! clearly hiring the youngest people that have zero clue how to treat a customer or have any sense of urgency .. everyone is aloof and annoyed they have to help a customer. well im annoyed at this branch and your lack of management and training so you get a deserved review.

Trisha Marie: It's just like any other Lowe's, sometimes they have what you need, sometimes they don't. The staff kinda seem like they care, but usually seem confused when you ask them anything questions.
