He helped me and my wife throughout the whole process and helped us make informed decisions. Anthony Ciferri: I would highly recommend going else where for your needs. I ordered cabinets that they had on display , nice quality cabinets . I waited the standard 8 weeks to receive them and all I did was waste my time . Upon picking up the cabinets they were poorly wrapped and had lots of dings and missing paint on the corners. As I was looking for more damage I noticed these were not the cabinets I ordered . Same appearance but not even close to the same quality as the display model . Cabinets doors were cracking , poor assembly , plastic hardware , particle board junk . I wouldn’t have taken these for free as I would have to replace them within a year . Not worth the 2k I spent at all . The company took no responsibility ,nor did they offer any solution. They just blamed it on the third party they get their cabinets from . They offered to do nothing to help me other than giving me my money back . Do not recommend

Nickole Soto: Very hostile work environment. They hired a family member of mine and NEVER properly trained her. The lady that she replaced literally wrote down WRONG instructions on what to do, and Stephanie, was always rude and hateful towards her. When my family member asked for help, she was always bullied about asking for help and talked about amongst the office staff.The disrespect for someone willing to go above and beyond after being thrown into a position that she was not properly trained on is absolutely disgusting and horrifying.i do not recommend working for this company nor any staffing agency helping them hire. THEY DO NOT TRAIN YOU CORRECTLY and will fault you for it.
Ashley Murray: I sent over an email to get some Quotes on August 27th. I have followed up multiple times to see if they have the quotes ready and the response each time is "not yet" and "still working on it". As of September 30th I still have not received the quotes. I guess they do not want my business.

Anita West: We went there with an appointment to look at windows. They refused to bid the windows we were interested in, citing they were "too expensive". They were pushing us to change our plans from 7 ft windows to 6 ft windows, but we are building our dream home and wanted the 7 ft windows. Allison said at least 4 times it was out of our budget... but she didn't know our budget. We intended to use them for our entire build, but went with another company who wanted our business. Made the mistake of going back, as there was a front door there I wanted. We agreed to the price and said yes on ordering. Unfortunately, they didn't order the door... three weeks later we found out. Ryan the manager was contacted, and said he wanted to "make it right" and would get back with us, to try to expidite the door. Never heard from him again. We ordered our front door from another company. All in all, I've never been treated so poorly by a company. Would not recommend them. It was very disapointing.
Sp00k3r 3000: Called to see about getting some tongue and groove cedar boards. Called the bolivar location first and they advised for me to give the design center a call. Spoke with Janna, explained to her that we are cladding something and that we were needing tongue and groove board and she cuts me off halfway through and says “I don’t know anything about this.” I said I know I don’t expect you to I’m calling for the first time. Has me reexplain what I explained and then just goes over it again that the design center doesn’t do that. That’s fine if the design center doesn’t do it. But don’t cop an attitude with me. I’m the customer calling you for advice and you are so wholly upset that you didn’t have a heads up that you were getting a call that was advised to call the wrong place. It’s not my fault. Or your fault. So stop getting an attitude and just help me because I assume that’s what you’re paid to do. Bad listening and awful customer service. After she realized that I wasn’t jumping down her throat and was simply asking a question she graciously said “I can transfer you over there that’s no problem…” then trailed off into how it was a misunderstanding. It would not have been a misunderstanding if you would have listened to begin with rather than cut me off and jump down my throat. Imagine how I feel after having a less than 3 minute conversation with this woman and I’m compelled enough to write this review. Absurd. Just help your customers.

Daniel Lewis: I will never do business with Meeks again and would recommend no one else do the same.I purchased new windows doors and siding for my home.I had picked up the windows doors and one pallet of siding. Witch was mostly the trim and corner peaces a few boxes of siding. Well anyway to make a long story short. I still had most the siding at the store and my house burned to the ground. So I go to the store talk to them tell them I'm dealing with insurance and don't even have a truck to pick up my siding that I had payed for they say no problem its fine here. But it wasn't. They decide to sale my siding I payed for and will not replace it .I have talked to Ryan the manager at the design center in Springfield MO. And he said they would replace it. Thats the last thing he said over 4 months ago now he will not take my calls or return them he is a lier and I feel they are thieves

Myra Sullivan: The glass window in our front door was cracked. We needed to replace it but could not find a replacement since the door was 14 years old. Charles Cross at Meeks took on our dilemma, found us a replacement, and best of all he confirmed the glass was still under warranty. He went above and beyond to help us!
Z P: They are probably wonderful with large projects, however, for a simple door replacement. Not the best experience.
David Egesdal: Friendly staff extremely helpful, we scheduled an appointment but then we were able to meet with a few other people who we didn't schedule with to talk about doors, roof, flooring, siding and more. They gave us several samples and booklets to take home and look through.

Linda Knox: We can’t say a Big Enough Thank You to Valorie and Monica for helping us getting cabinet and bathroom hardware, grab bars and a shower door when we ran into problems with our builder not getting them. They were very good to help me pick out what I needed that would go with what we had. They were very efficient on getting items in to their store and installed for us. Only wished we would used them to start with !! Highly recommend this business.

This company is also very generous to our local community. Any naysayers out there are just “sour grapes” because this place is wonderful!!!!!!

Amy Boyd: The company charges a whopping 40% restocking fee. This alone keeps me from doing business with them in the future. I like to shop local but not when there’s no Grace offered if you change your mind. Construction is so obscure and changes so frequently. We should be allowed some freedom for contractor mistakes, etc.This is one time when menards might win out.
Emily Smith: We paid $2754.40 plus $250 in taxes for a vanity from National Home Products and the next business day we called to let Monica the owner know that we had changed our mind and didn’t want the vanity. Monica told us that they charge a 40% restocking fee so she would give us $1900 and they would keep $1200. At no time during our purchase did Monica say anything about a restocking fee and when we brought that up to her she said that it’s printed on the receipt but the receipt says 40% restocking fee on special orders so not only did Monica fail to tell us about a 40% restocking fee she also didn’t tell us that our purchase was a special order. Monica and National Home Products is very dishonest and not to be trusted with your hard earned money.
Shawn Mayr: Great experience from start to finish. We absolutely love our new shower door. Installation was spot on and looks awesome.
Amy Rinne: The customer service from National Home Products has been amazing! We were treated with care and promptness on a custom order that other stores were refusing to even give us a quote. Overall amazing service and product.
Brian Pickens: Bought a new house and wanted to replace the plastic wall plate covers to match the antique bronze hardware in the rest of the house. A friend recommended talking to them. We dealt with 3 different people at the store and all of them were pleasant and knowledgeable. My wife picked them up at their showroom, now she wants to update/upgrade other things. A lot larger selection than department stores on display. Showroom is worth a visit if you live in Springfield or surrounding areas.
Bill Daugherty: From our first phone call to the installation there was nothing but professionalism and courtesy to us as customers. The product is everything as explained to us.
