Patricia ONeill: I had previously been using ( for over 35 yrs) the services of Walmart pharmacy yet due to questionable HIPA violations by them I switched to Mercy Pharmacy on Freemont. Shirley Harris: The Mercy System is NOT working at this pharmacy for those who have railroad medicare. The flu shot was not available under the railroad medicare, either the staff do not know how to use the system and need training or the system is not functioning properly. I walked away very disappointed in this pharmacy which is open using the Mercy Slogan. Shame on you.

Skyrim SE: For a three month supply of escitalopram (30mg), I usually get charged about $63 at Walmart pharmacy. Today, I had to get a 15 day supply at a cvs and it was $58. Was really frustrated by that especially when I’m struggling so much financially. Waited two hours to be helped, kept serving people before me and telling me to wait even though they were filling their medications as they came in. Kept getting back in line to remind them I’d been there forever. Just unbelievable

I just had a covid booster that was scheduled at the exact same time as someone else and the tech was very rude because I wasn't wearing a face mask. Also, they would not fill my husband's prescription even after he said he would pay out of pocket! We are currently looking into the legality of this.
Ashlie German: This was the worst experience I have had at any CVS. I went in to get snacks, and I saw that they were on sale. I grabbed 6 boxes and went to the self check out. When I got there, the employee grabbed a box out of my hands and another box fell. She motioned to the tray next to the self checkout and said, “you should just put them right here so you don’t drop them.” 1. It’s SELF check out so why are you grabbing things out of my hands? 2. She was the one that took them from me in the first place. She rang up all of the boxes. After she was done, I saw that the sales were not applied. I asked her, “I thought these boxes were on sale?” to which she replied “I have no idea what you’re talking about.” At that point I was so upset by her rudeness that I just paid and left. I usually appreciate this CVS as it is convenient and very close to campus, but I will be walking farther to Walgreens from now on.

Rachel Holloway: Would not recommend! Don't go here, you're wasting your time. Went in for a prescription my doctor called in, when we arrived they hadn't even started working on filling it. Told us to come back in a little before 1:30 pm, so we did and arrived at 1:28 pm. When we pulled up they were shutting the gates in our face and closing early. We caught the pharmacist who told us to come back as he was walking out to their car, and confronted them about their claim. they immediately said 'well you can go talk to my manager about it' so we did. Manager was extremely rude and did not want to help. Went on to say that as soon as their clocks say 1:30 they shut the gates (so their clocks are a couple mins past, not letting us know that when we first had pulled thru the drive thru that their clocks are a couple of mins past)As soon as I mentioned going somewhere else he spat back very rudely 'theres no use youre going to get the same result there, they won't help you any faster' This CVS does not deserve any respect and literally have worse rating than our McDonald's here, if that says anything
Michelle Fuenning: Don’t come here. I had my prescription called in on Tuesday and I called the pharmacy 3 times and the automated message said it would be ready at 6:55pm on Wednesday. I literally came in at 6:59 and the pharmacy was already closed and they said “my computer is already off.” I was literally almost in tears because I couldn’t get my medicine and they said “the pharmacy is closed. It’s 7:01.” I drove 20 minutes both ways to get my prescription and was 4 minutes late because I stopped for gas and they were horrible and unprofessional. Then I called the next day to make sure my prescription was ready and the pharmacy manager said it wasn’t ready and couldn’t give me any information about when it would be. Instead of trying to help he made excuses for himself and the automated system and was rude and equally as horrible and unprofessional as the day before. Don’t come here.
Jake Young: I'm not even going to attempt to tell the whole story of my afternoon dealing with the embarrassing disconnect between the CVS telehealth minute clinic, or the rage-inducing indifference I encountered both online and in the store, but suffice it to say I'd rather stay sick and die than ever deal with this pharmacy or their gross incompetence ever again. Brady Marshall: This weekend, I scheduled my appointment to get a flu shot at 9:30 this morning, at this location near Missouri State University, on CVS's website. (I graduated from Missouri State University last December, you see, and I still go there sometimes to do something with their Internet.)This morning, I arrived here to check in around 9:20, and the employee to whom I had checked in gave me a flu shot within only five minutes. That was fast and quite convenient! Not only that, BUT literally right after he gave me the shot, he told me that I was free to go. What a quick trip for me!

No clear signage for COVID testing and trying to get a clear and concise answer from anybody was just as fruitful as finding a needle in a haystack. Once I finally was told where to go, again there was not even instructions on what to do. Workers seem inconvenienced you are even there. Have been told this is the running modus operandi but I can easily get whatever I need when I'm in town at Walgreens instead and without the attitude. Disgraceful CVS location and will not return.

Linda Roster White: There is no reason to do business with this company. From day one the manager Angie and employees have been rude. The customer service is disgraceful. The way they talk to the customers in unacceptable.We have had a Cpap machine for a few months my husband travels and it not always convenient for him to take it with him... So the manager calls and says in a rude way you have not been using your machine. You will need to self pay. Totally hit from left field not understanding the conversation. She says insurance will not pay. Still with no clue to what she is talking about. She says we will need to pick up the machine.So we figured out they are monitoring the machine. Which is creepy...we were never told it had to be used a certain amount of time each day.Needless to say the conversation did not go well.This is the kind of customer service we have received from day one. We should of went with our gut and not did business with them. But we thought everyone has a bad day!Not the case they consistently have been rude and treated us poorly. Very sad that someone can get away treating the public like this.I never post a review but in this case if this will save someone else this disrespectful service than I am glad I have left this review!At this point my husband told Angie the manger to go right ahead pick up the machine. You will need to break into the house !

Chris, who administered the first dose, had me laughing the whole time and helped me ease up enough to receive the dose. George was very kind and informal, and was so quick and effortless with giving the second dose that I hadn’t even realized he gave it to me until after he disposed of the needle. Both were total gentlemen and very informal on the subject and with any questions or concerns I had. I definitely recommend going to them to receive your vaccines!!!

This Walmart pharmacy quoted a policy that causes delays in receiving medication for patients by putting medication orders on hold and demanding the provider rewrite prescription unnecessarily to provide information that is the pharmacy's responsibility to submit according to Medicare guidelines. Also didn't bother calling to request unnecessary additional prescription, just put an important medication on hold for fill...no contact with the patient, no contact with the doctor, just didn't fill it.

Lauren Wilson: I have been here several times for photo related products because it’s location is closer to where I live, however in comparison to how other Walgreens handle their photo orders this one is lacking in its processes. I placed an order for same day pick up days ago, and instead of telling me the day (or even the next two days) that they couldn’t process my order (I assume to bring out of the product) they simply canceled it. I got an email days later. This happened at another Walgreens but they called as soon as they received the order to let me know they were out of the product. That is how it should be handled. This was a gift that now I cannot get to the person. Communicating with customers is important.

I try to give them chances and it always turns out bad. The old bag pharmacist needs to lose her license as she is a liar and a danger to the community. She withheld antibiotics from my ten year old daughter, because the script "didn't look right to her" and she wanted to call the doctor to verify. Made them give me the script then filled it at Walgreens with no problem. I hope this pharmacy loses their licensing. Walmart management should be ashamed.

Nathan Little: I was told 15 minutes for my prescription I figured with that short of a timeframe, might as well wait. Went back after 30 thinking I might have missed the announcement. They said 20-25 minutes. A little frustrating, but understandable. 40 minutes after checking in, still not done. I can understand a rush, but if a person works in a pharmacy daily, they should be able to set proper expectations about wait times. Had I know it was going to take a hour and a half I would have left and picked it up later. Now I have wasted my evening. I am taking my business back to Wallgreens.

Daniel McDowell: Not actually part of Coxhealth, but gets to use thier name for some reason. Separate billing system in addition to Cox's already frustrating billing system. Doesn't take the same payments as Cox. Rejected my attempts to pay online 3 separate times and turned my account over to collections.
Donna Marlowe: Heather took FIVE hours for intake into hospice. She must get paid by the hour. She terrorized my daughter and me with descriptions of end of life and for my daughter to watch my facial descriptions now to recognize when I would be in pain if I couldn't speak for myself. When doing physical assessment she wanted to know how my "woo woo" (referring to my private parts) were doing (how was my "woo woo" doing?). I have lymphoma and no gynecologic problems. She wanted to know if I wanted her to look at my "woo woo". No I did not want her to look at my private parts. She was very unprofessional and sexualized the conversation making me very uuncomfortable. The bed sent was old and could be used for torture .I called 3 times after cancelling with Cox to resolve that I received no medication and wanted verification to that. Arthur never responded after two phone calls. Amy, the director,"said she would take care of it. I would definitely not use their services again because they are unprofessional, disrespectful and if a nurse doesn't know the terms of body parts, what else doesn't she know

Instead Joann stated that I was lying and I never called. Joann was the person I spoke with when I called in and left message that I needed more oxygen. Once again we are left with half an E tank for night time. We have a concentrator but it is not working properly and is a fire hazard. Have repeatedly told them about it and no one will come look at it or replace it.Have been told they would be by a certain day and then that day come and pass. When we would call back and leave another message it. One would come by. And no one log anything into the system. Part of the problem is understaffing. One person is expected to service the one area. The other issue is communication.

I never ran out of anything I always had what my son needed and I had incredible support. Now I feel like another phone call they have to take and an irritation when I ask for help. I called to ask a couple of questions and each person I spoke with asked how it went with that client. I cannot help but brag to my family about how kind every single worker has been. Whenever I have a problem or a question, no one is mad. They make me feel like it is okay to ask anything and keep such a positive environment. I love this organization and everyone in it. katrena: They make a ton of mistakes, from delivery drivers (I finally said forget it, so I have to leave work and go pick it up). Wrong prescription dosage, lack of supplies, have to call after infusion started to get items corrected, pump is never corrected for my pump instructions. Billing I had to fight for to get corrected even though I have insurance and co-pay assistance. They are all about the money, not their patients. I used to talk to one lady every three weeks now I don’t know who I’m getting, the last one didn’t ask the usual health questions. There are others in Springfield, I suggest trying them first. Wish I had. Don’t dare misplace your pump though. $1,800 even after insurance more than paid for it. They don’t bill insurance even if insurance says they’ll pay for it.

Brenda Lautenschlaeger: My sister had services for her husband worst ever. Could not wash dishes or even do laundry properly. And today was a no show. When she called to see if she was okay well her husband said she was sick. But went by her place and the car was gone. When she called your company not even an apology. Only do you want us to send someone else. Glad I am in Michigan. That is my brother in law and he is a veteran that served our country. Hard enough they had to even ask for help and this is the treatment your employee gave them. Shame on you. I am glad she has decided not to use your services.

Mrs. PartyPals Mom: The people here really put me at ease when my child had to have IV medications at home. They explained everything I needed to do to take care of his IV and change his medication bags. The nurse we had was nothing short of amazing. I was able to call or text her whenever I had questions and that helped me feel more confident in what I was capable of doing to care for my 10 year old. THANK YOU JESSICA!!!!! The communication from HPS for deliveries and making sure we had what we needed was top notch. Even the delivery drivers were super friendly. Everyone here made a scary time for my child SO much less scary and that means everything. Thank you HPS.

Christopher Carver: My doctor called in an emergency, lifesaving, prescription but Pharmacist Chan Ngo took it upon herself to require more than the law does to fill my prescription. This was on a Friday making me wait u till Monday. At that point my doctors office was so upset with that pharmacy they advised to change to another. She is going to kill someone with her bigoted practices.Update: I saw my doctor and he said that the pharmacist Chan Ngo would not accept his valid DEA number. That day he actually canceled my script at Wal Mart and sent to another pharmacy because of this one lady's preference. If she wanted to write the prescriptions, she should have become a doctor!I am filling a compliant with the Board of Pharmacy. I will update.
Zhontay LeDuc: Wonderful pharmacist always make sure I am on top of all of my shots and prescription refills would not go to another pharmacist however still Walmart
Sherl Woods HAMLETT: My prescription was called into the wrong pharmacy, this is not my normal one. Even though I was a "new customer" for this location, they went above and beyond to make sure everything was handled with my insurance company.
Terry Rowland: The online hours don't show lunch that is taken from 1:30 - 2:00. In fact their main in store "Pharmacy Hours" posted over the pharmacy doesn't show that either. Frustrating. Communications is everything!!
