It was a fantastic shopping experience.The entire store was clean and the Associates were still cheerful as closing time was near.I didn't need assistance but I did notice a lack of Associates available throughout the store. I feel uncomfortable when people keep asking if I need help.Overall, a great store with some nice prices, and everything was of valuable quality.
Joni Davis: One of my favorite stores. Pricing is one of the best pros but sometimes the toddler/small boys clothing is very limited and picked over.

Me and my kids went in there and my son found something he would like to buy . he started to pay for it and the cashier started to count his cash .when I asked her if he had enough money , she was very rude and told me to hold on while she counted it . there was only $3 left to count.he had enough already but she kept counting. I said you don't need to be rude ! just tell me if he has enough money ! then she decided she was going to call security. I told her to give us his money so we could go . Burlington, Maybe you should try hiring cashiers that are polite or discipline the ones who are rude to your customers! Dark headed Latino girl. Didn't catch her name.

Went down to Ross who actually had customers In the store and open fitting rooms. I look for this Burlington to get closed soon with that attitude.

HahaThe coat selection seems weak and over-priced. The store is poorly organized. Little if any care has been taken to put clothing in item, size or type order. It seems the staff doesn't pay attention to the items when filling the racks. Lots of women's clothing is placed in the men's clothing area. Not 1 or 2 items, many. Like 10 of the same shirt or all sizes of a jacket. C'mon, pay attention!Not impressed with the selection, the organization of products or most of the pricing. It has declined since they opened.Store is messy and bathrooms are filthy.Not recommended, it's a gamble.

Kristi Atterberry: Went to do a return at the store. I didn’t have a receipt because they were gifts. I know most of the time you should have receipts. However I’ve never had a store refuse to give at least store credit. Very unfriendly and unhelpful.

Johnny Reyes: I would give it negative stars but it still would not be enough. I attempted to return a gift without the receipt and was told they had just changed their return policy last month. Now I have 3 pairs of brand new never taken out of the box jeans that are too short for use. The staff was not very helpful and eager to remind me that without the tag on the clothing and receipt they are helpless. I pointed out that I just want to replace with the correct length...I did not want a refund. Be advised that if your tags are removed from the clothing the store will not allow you to return or exchange the item.

I also asked the lady at the counter about some womens perfume for my woman and she helped me pick one out that was very nice that we both liked. James Bosko: Strongly don't recommend shopping in this parking lot area. They have a lot of people that are coming through going into people's cars. If you do shop there make sure you lock your car. Ross has cameras Plus the cameras that are there at Ross's are very poor quality cameras. You think a store that has franchises would have better camera system?
