Thomas Andrews: My family has been doing business with Ben & Company for a decade and for good reason. The clothing is second to none. I purchased two pairs of German made Alberto Jeans in 2011 that are still wearable to this day. How in the name of God does a pair of jeans last for ten years? The guys also took care of me when the lining on my leather jacket started to tear. They took the jacket, sent it to a great leather tailoring shop in KC, and had it back to me in two weeks. They seem to have endless connections for getting just about anything taken care. Serious thread sharks. I’ve lived in Phoenix the last two years and their customer service experience trumps anything I’ve encountered at the boutiques on the Scottsdale Promenade. Have a good Christmas Gentleman!

Greg McGinnis: The Review Shop is my favorite go to place for reasonably priced, stylish, high end clothing..I left a pricy diamond ring there while trying on costume rings.I had no idea where where I'd lost it. . A month or so later I walked in to just to be told they had been waiting on me to come back in. The owner left the room and came back with my ring... This is just one of the reasons they've been in business 30 yrs.

Three employees standing behind the counter listening to another customers drama with plenty of f bombs but not one of the employees could greet me walking in. Found prices to be high even though their items were nice. I shop thrift stores regularly and they're overly priced! I browsed throughout to never be acknowledged! Found a top went to checkout was asked if I had a rewards card mentioned no because I was from out of town the old snooty thing behind the counter never said nothing more to me other than my total not even a thank you for stopping in. Not impressed at all. I will call this a three trip in one even though I'm in Springfield fairy often it's my first, last and only time to shop this store!

What I wasn't happy with though was when I went to go pick up my purse from layaway, they increased the price by $85, because they forgot to charge me tax. I feel like they should of ate the $85 dollars since I had already paid what I thought was the official ending price. In fact this is how that happned, not professional in my opinion, before I walked out the door, after I had paid, they told me that I owed $85 more was a little over the top. Especially since she stated that they had been doing this for over 30 years and knew what they were doing. Well, I guess they really didn't know what they were doing. Very frustrating, especially when you have budgeted what you had been told was the final price. I will not be shopping there again. In fact my friend had 4 items to buy and she put them all back after she heard the way they handled my experience. Not professional people, customer is always right, eat your $85.

Katelee Dodd: Staxx is the most wonderful store, from great clothing to the best customer service I’ve ever seen. I shop in a lot of shops and have always gone back to Staxx, they are supportive, uplifting and all around amazing. They help you find the best clothes for what you like, help find you gifts for others, and help you branch out and explore your style. The staff there is the best group of girls, and rather it’s helping you find a perfect outfit, to talking to you about your day they have a special warmth about them that truly expresses their care for the store, and the customers. Best place ever to shop for vacation, homecoming, dinner with friends, summer, first day of school outfit all of it. If you are looking for a store that feels a bit like home, this is it.

S Will: First time at a Windsor store, and got some absolutely amazing assistance from store manager Sophia. She truly went above and beyond in giving me styling and shopping help, and took some time to make sure I found the exact right items I was looking for. Mackenzie Williams: I usually don’t have a terrible experience here but today was another story. I came in to return things I had gotten for my birthday in December. I didn’t have my receipt as they were gifts and understand each store has their own return policies which isn’t an issue. The worker was rude as soon as I walked up the counter. I explained I was returning two items with no receipts and they still had the tags so she asked which day exactly I bought them. I explained they were gifts so I had no idea so she repeated multiple times she would have to go through each transaction for all 31 days of December. I understand the frustration, I would have taken store credit or whatever the case. My boyfriend mentioned it may have been the first week of December and she told me it would be too late since it was after their 30 days, but I told her I wasn’t sure what day exactly as I hadn’t bought them like I stated. She proceeded to tell me there were over 1,000 transactions and it would take a long time, rolling her eyes, and that I could just sell them on Facebook marketplace instead. I gathered my clothes she had taken out of the bag and was walking out the store when the other girl in there approached me from one of the clothings racks appearing to be hiding from her coworker and apologized for her saying she had “been in a mood all day.” It’s embarrassing when your coworker has to apologize for how rude you are to customers. I ended up not returning the items as she was not willing to do so and the potential of them being bought more than 30 days ago as she essentially refused to check.

We carried on a great conversation while shopping and she was patient and upbeat the entire time! Also, they had some great sales going on and I loved that they had the 90's style flared leg jeans in my size! We will definitely be going back!

James Bosko: Strongly don't recommend shopping in this parking lot area. They have a lot of people that are coming through going into people's cars. If you do shop there make sure you lock your car. Ross has cameras Plus the cameras that are there at Ross's are very poor quality cameras. You think a store that has franchises would have better camera system?

I was waiting in the return line to return an item and never was helped while the cashiers were only helping out the checkput line. I had to go to the checkout line to return my item so I wasted time standing in the return line and wasted more time standing in the checkout line to return my item.If the cashiers aren't going to interact with the return line, take it out line entirely. It misled me and greatly wasted my time.
