Alison Rankin: The selection at this store is not good. Hardly anything for 6-12 month clothes, I looked for an hour and found maybe 5 things my baby's size and one of them had a broken zipper didnt realize till later. It's mainly boy clothing or just really raggedy looking stuff. I went to the location on battlefield hoping to find more clothes that will actually fit my baby girl and surprise they only will take your store credit for the one store you did your exchange at. Nobody told me this. So now I have 30$ in store credit I'm probably never going to be able to use! So misleading. Had I have known this would happen I would have avoided other mothers entirely.
Shelby Eileen: This is an awesome little store, much better then any other thrift store dedicated to children in Springfeild. I can get my daughters woredrobe and toys here for LESS then I can get three outfits at Walmart or any other competing stores. The employee's are extremely friendly, the store is clean and organized, and even the high priced baby equipment are marked at a lower price then you can find anywhere else, and they are all clean and in great condition. If you have children and are looking for cheaper/used items, there is somthing for everyone here, they even have maternity clothes for pregnant and breastfeeding women.
lucky cloud: Tried the original nachos it was pretty decent, but it was pretty expensive especially if you want to add jalapeños its $12 overall with the original which started out as $7 and i didnt get much bang for my buck but i guess thats normal with food stalls, i might try something else from the menu, without getting anything extra cus then you're over paying when u do that, they have options i want to try so ill give it another shot.

Only complaint is that sometimes they have less furniture than the south location but that is understandable given the location and size of the store as well as the unpredictability of drop offs. Crystal Ferguson: I scored a brand new (tags on) convertible carseat for half the price at Walmart and an Ergobaby carrier for a steal. The furniture, carriers, and car seats are always a great deal. The clothes are reasonable priced and a favorite place to look for special occasion clothing and maternity clothes. The employees have always been easy to work with.

Sophia Jensen: They take advantage of young mothers & have no remorse doing so! I dropped off $4-500 worth of clothing & waited 3 weeks for my items to be looked at….. called over and over checking on them because I desperately needed the money & knew they were worth a lot. I was in class & not looking at my phone & see 2 missed calls 2 minutes away. About 15 mins later I call back & they tell me that because I didn’t answer the phone they had already processed all my items & they were on the floor for sale- unable to get back! So in 15 minutes ALL my items were on the floor already? NO These items had BEEN ON THE FLOOR ALREADY, they ASSUMED I didn’t want them and was making a donation probably because all the clothing was high end & nearly new! DO NOT GO HERE! AWFUL AWFUL SERVICE!

mo peaches: My friend gave clothes to Other Mother's and they processed her submission without her permission, made a terrible attempt of contacting her, and gave her an unfair amount of store credit based on what she gave them, which was a lot of name brand, high quality clothing. I will not be a patron of this location and will warn all mothers I know of this until she gets what she is due.
Mary Kleinbeck: Personally I found the employees condescending and rude. Then in the past 2 days I have heard about them kicking out a woman with a registered service animal. Was even told that it was against the law they did not care. Cops were called. Apparently lawsuit already in the works. As I was sharing my experience with a friend waiting on my table a woman interjected that they had made vile comments about her because she was in a wheelchair. I would highly advise to just find somewhere else

Stephanie Collatt: After taking in clothes from my son I ended up with $68 store credit. I was excited to use it on a used jumper they had. THEY DID NOT LET ME KNOW STORE CREDIT IS FOR CLOTHES ONLY! So I paid cash for the jumper, I get home and the jumper does not work, springs over stretched and do not work. I take it back with my receipt and am told THEY CAN ONLY GIVE ME STORE CREDIT, NO CASH BACK. Even though I paid cash for something that did not work. So now I have over $100 of store credit that I can only use for clothes, which will take forever to use since you have to pick and choose what’s not too used up of shape.

Danielle Lewis: After having been to red racks and goodwill multiple times to look for my son a winter coat all I could find were very worn overpriced ones. So I decided to give this place a try, and i am so glad I did!! Went in just to look for a coat and left with multiple clothing items for each of my 4 children. There prices are incredible and the staff was extremely friendly I will absolutely be back!!

Renee Lowry: Really dislike that they are closed Sunday . For someone who works weekdays and spends time with kids Saturday, that takes away a great day to shop. Also have not liked exchange rates at this location, specifically. I get pocket change for lightly used clothing without defect, but at the north location they take more of what I exchange and seem to value the items higher. I have noted this on many occasions. If you have to exchange I highly suggest visiting the Kearny location. Personally prefer the north location.

Deborah Buchholz: I have been going to the women’s center since my baby was born about 7 weeks ago. We had issues with weight gain and they were amazing to help us find solutions. We had to get a tongue and lip tie released. I called to let them know so I could be added to our info. The consultant called me back to check on how we were doing later that afternoon!I’ve had to take both my baby’s for weight gain issues (my first 7 years ago). They have been nothing but helpful. They are always willing to schedule you even if you just need to know everything is still on track.
nki calloway: The front staff is great, and I’ve heard lots of great things about their OB’s. Unfortunately I chose the wrong one and am unable to switch. If you have to go here, do not choose Ballman. Huge mistake and it’s cost me plenty of money and my health.

Tyler Atkerson: I'm so happy to finally say that we have an h&m in Springfield. It's been a long time coming and I'm glad they finally moved into the area. I have no doubt that they're going to do very well in our local economy, and they're already making great strides. Their new place of business in the battlefield Mall is purely phenomenal aesthetic with a great selection. Generally when you see a great selection you also see really high prices, but that's not the case with h&m. H&m has a great selection and they have great prices to match. Their clothing lines last very long and are very comfortable. all in all when you mix it all together you really have a perfect clothing store. The sales associates were very kind as well even when me as a Google reviewer was going in and taking pictures of everything. Specifically a sales associate named Kaitlyn was pretty cool. Anyways I was able to get all that I needed in my trip. They have clothes ranging from adults, all the way to children. They also have baby clothes as well. All in all the great place and I love h&m.

It seems the staff doesn't pay attention to the items when filling the racks. Lots of women's clothing is placed in the men's clothing area. Not 1 or 2 items, many. Like 10 of the same shirt or all sizes of a jacket. C'mon, pay attention!Not impressed with the selection, the organization of products or most of the pricing. It has declined since they opened.Store is messy and bathrooms are filthy.Not recommended, it's a gamble.

I said you don't need to be rude ! just tell me if he has enough money ! then she decided she was going to call security. I told her to give us his money so we could go .
