David Daniels: When Randy Little owned PFI it was great. PFI out sold the top three Calenders stores combined all by itself. Since taking over PFI they are already screwing things up. Cavender's isn't about customer service or employees well being. They just want to own 200 stores and to hell with how they do it.

Show Me State Moto: Will never go back here. Bought my son a pair of boots and the girl at the counter acted like she checked the size but after getting them home and my son wore them couple days said they didnβt feel right and found that one was a different size. Called them and said bring them back no problem then after drive a hour back there they said no they wouldnβt exchange the wrong size boot. So beware they will still have another pair not sized right. Paid to much money for boots for this kind of poor customer service !
Mike: This store is beautiful. I like how it was laid out and organized. I went in for a hat but didn't find what I was looking for. I did, however, find where I'm buying my work clothes from now on as they have a HUGE selection of clothes and boots.

All I wanted was to exchange for a larger size. They had not been out of the bag as he washed his filthy hands he needs some customer tact he has no none what so ever!!!

Faith Davis: If you don't fit in, you def gonna get that vibe here. As I walked in wearing a Ric n Morty t shirt and busted up old boots. My sister in a FFDP hoodie and her old beat up work boots. She came to try on a new pair to find a correct size. Besides being asked 50 times if we needed help we were constantly stared at like we were planning to take the place down or something. She actually found the boots she wanted there, tried them on and found her size and triple bonus they were on sale for 30 bucks cheaper than where she had been looking online. So we grabbed them and headed out, again being escorted by an employee. So I couldn't have even looked at jeans if I wanted to cause it was really the immediate "hurry up n leave" vibe i felt. But, nice store. Everything you'd typically expect in a western wear store and boot outlet. But still, it was pretty π.

Chris Eury: Terrible. The head man there is a know it all. He likes to apparently argue with customers. I am highly experienced in boots and boot manufacturing, well trained in custom boots and saddle making. So I honestly have the qualifications to pass some judgement. Quality is moderate but no exotics...all print on leather. Bottom line the customer is always correct.
