Matt J: This bank charges $8 if you don't have an account there To cash a check from a person that writes a check from their bank!!! I try not to do business with this bank as much as possible I recommend anyone that has an account here to withdraw and start a bank account somewhere else no one wants to get your check from you and have to pay $8 to cash it. And I know you can take it to your own bank but if you want to catch it that day they charge you and that's ridiculous. Try to stay As far away as you can from this bank and tell everyone.
Angela Wiles: Bank of America as a whole is an awful bank. One of their ATM's took a cash deposit of over $1,000 and did not put a single cent into my account. I have called customer service and have called claims and everyone can see the debit card that was used and the correct time, date, and amount deposited, yet they can not seem to put the money into my account. Claims said temporary funds may be available as early as May 10, That is another 10 days but it could take up to 45 days. I have been with Bank of America for 10 years and never had this big of an issue with them. Sadly, They have lost a customer because of this matter and I will be reaching out to legal support regarding my money. I do not recommend this bank to anyone.
Inna Shevchyk: Dwayne at this location does not how to deal with el. checks. I have been a customer with bank of America for a long time and have been use this checks for about a year. This gentleman refuse to accept a check and was yelling on a whole bank. It was rude. They shoud fire him if they care about customer service.

Willow Morris: They do their job, but they certainly lack on their interactions with the clients. Very cold and matter of fact. I can honestly say, this bank has the most unfriendly cold feeling about it. I would hope the other local branches have a more friendly upbeat atmosphere about them.

This one on Glenstone Rico Santiago was so thorough and had excellent customer service skills . If I need any other accounts at Bank of America I will definitely go see Rico Santiago he was top notch!

Ap 57: I was here in January and all of the employees from the expeditor near the door and a couple tellers that I dealt with were extremely helpful.Especially Dwayne Smith vice president, financial center manager along with Sharon Heal assistant vice president, financial solutions advisor I think they went out of their way to try and help me make my transfer from Merrill Lynch to a Bank of America account I feel they went above and beyond to make this happen for me!I definitely recommend this branch!

Shane Bailey: Thy are very bad. dry people when someone writes you a check to your name and you have the proper ID thy have to cash it every other bank has cashed checks for me my whole life besides BOA US bank and wells fargo thy are the same. And you mean to tell me that there is no1 but bank tellers in the whole bank? Is what Alex told me. But thy will crash like Silicon valley just if I could leave no stars i would stick to home town banks people

Cole Forbes: This Bank of America has to be the WORST bank in Springfield. They have changed there hours from 9:00am-4:00pm. How is anyone who works suppose to operate banking business within these hours?Today I got off work early just to go to the bank, and arrived at 4:01 PM. Instead of providing me with good customers service and letting me in, or at least asking how they can help, a individual actually met me at the door, just to shut the door on me and lock it while I tried to enter into the building. I have been doing business my whole life and have NEVER been treated like this by any business ever. This is just one of many incidents that has happened to me with Bank of America, but this was the final tipping point for me. I will be closing all of my accounts immediately. This employee should be ashamed of himself along with Bank of America as a whole. I’ve been taught my whole life to always treat customers with respect and dignity, and this bank does the exact opposite of this. I would highly recommend to NEVER do any business with this Bank of America, or any Bank of America in general.

CJ Newton: I currently have Bank of America and my account got down to $0 because I'm struggling right now and my account was charged for bills I had linked to my card and after both charges only a day apart, Bank of America charged me $35 for each one. I was going to make a deposit once I got my check but now, I'm definitely not. I refuse to pay you $70 for your fees to hold onto MY money. No thank you, terrible bank and even worse customer service. Also you can't cash a check if you have nothing in your account no matter how long you've been banking there. I had to go to Walmart and pay them to cash my check to get money the same day.

They charge $8 to cash a check from there bank and will not put cash into a friends account. I had to get a money order. Teller had a thumb stamp but told me since i didnt bank with them i would have to see an acct rep to get my thumb print. 2nd time in this bank. Both were bad experiences

Kitty Fan: So disappointed , after over 3 weeks of not getting my new card after it was compromised, I was told at week 2 just give it a few more days. I can't wait longer I need a physical card in hand. Last weekend I had to take a trip out of town and becuase i didn't have my physical card I couldn't check into my room. Now next week I'm going on another trip and now I have to wait up to another two weeks. I told them I need it sooner and she said we can expedite it for 15 dollars. After I've waited over three weeks and I have to pay extra to get my card in a timely manner. It's company policy the fee cannot be waived. I get it if it was the first replacement card, but it's not my fault I didn't get it in the mail. It's hard to use cash these days. So upsetting I will be changing my bank account as soon as possible. As this isn't the first time my replacement didn't come in the mail. I shouldn't have to wait 5 weeks for a new card

Seth White: This branch has been closed off and on for a while now. They are currently running just a few days a week. Tried to close my account and was told I had to make an appointment to do that and the next appointment available is over a week away. Meantime they want to charge me fees on my account that I am trying to close. Taking my business to one of the other banks in town that actually cares about customers in this area.

Ashley Fletcher: Came in at 3:25 to see a notary after trying to make an appointment online and finding you can no longer make online appointments at this location and calling with no answer only to be told they couldn’t see me until tomorrow. I live 45 min away and their website states you don’t even HAVE to have an appointment. Also the teller (didn’t get name but she was the young African American lady) had quite a bit of snark when talking to me. I was completely polite, so I don’t know what her deal was? Seriously lacking customer service and I can see why they have less than 2 stars.Would not recommend, make the short drive across town to the one on Campbell. Never had a bad experience there.

Sara Atkinson: Holding my paycheck hostage for over a week because you "can't verify the funds" is ridiculous punishment to me for "being a new customer." Most of the world has phones and computers these days....even telegraph wouldn't take a freaking week. It's not a hand written check, it's from a multistate company which employs tens of thousands of people, and it's drawn on a national bank. Notification says it will be released on 1/3 at 9:00 AM. It will be withdrawn on 1/3 at 9:01 AM and moved to a new financial institution.

Jon Courville: Respectable and CourteousI read the other reviews for this bank, and I was immediately given a bad impression. But I only had a good experience here! There were 3 tellers and a receptionist, all were kind and helpful to their customers. I know that people tend to only review when they have a less than agreeable experience, so I thought I would balance the beam a little for this bank. :)
