Nicole Burgos: I was surprised by some of the low rated reviews based on service because I’ve always been treated with kindness whenever I go into Supreme. I love the donuts here as well as the fritters. You have to judge them for what they do best and the Kringle and yeast donuts were great, they don’t claim to be better than St George’s. Anyways, compared to other places I would say the prices are on target. Give them a shot, it’s pretty good!

Leigh Miller: Ordered 2 expensive birthday cakes, within 3 weeks. Sadly they were both very stale, the buttercream frosting was hard as a rock, and it tasted bad. After years of being loyal customers, we will never go there again. What a waste of money, very disappointed.

JF F: Delicious butterfly and sour cream donuts have become my favorites. This bakery is known for different flavored Kringles and Fritter Fridays and fruit kolaches on Thursdays and Fridays. There is also a larger selection on those two days of various sweets.
Tom Nault: This is an outstanding bakery if you want the real deal and not some mix. I've gone there three times and each time it's been fantastic. I wish there was more variety, but outside of that, this is a real bakery done right. There is a difference in the taste when a bakery makes things without taking shortcuts.Springfield in general has very low food standards. Other bakeries get high marks locally and they don't come even close to the quality of Supreme Kringle. Whoever runs the place, I just want you to know that I appreciate the care in what you make. I can taste it. I would prefer if you didn't put sprinkles on your frosted donuts, but that's just me. It detracts from the flavor of your dough.This is a place that sells out and I can see why. People who know good bakery know where to go. For those of you who are young, this is the type of bakery we grew up with where they were up super early in the morning to make this stuff fresh. These bakers were highly respected in the community for the artisans that they are. I can't say enough good things about this place and I plan to be back in the morning.
Paige: Rude staff. If you want bakery foods I recommend Star Cakes, Hy-Vee or anywhere else really. At least you will be met with a smile. The staff was rude and acted like we were bothering them. Unfortunately I decided to go for the first time on my daughters birthday so she wasn’t met with any nice words either. Will not return or give them business ever again.

Christa McDaniel: Words can't even describe the beautiful Steven Universe birthday cake they made. It was so magical. Unfortunately the owners of the hill family slime factory in branson assaulted my husband while he was holding the cake and hel fell on it.I'll have to give it to these hard working ladies who work here. They took a couple different ideas I had and produced nothing short of my expectation. It was perfect and Oh so delicious!!! Blake Brandell: Cake didn’t make it home. The outer perimeter of icing separated from the cake. We had also ordered cookies from Beth as well. We got a call the morning we were to pick them up. She said she could no longer do the design that was ordered. The end result was a design printed on inedible paper placed on the top of the cookie. We have been ordering from Beth for a very long time. Her product used to be good, but no longer is held to the same standard. Won’t be going back.

courtney oppermann: I have used this Bakery for several events I've planned. This time I had requested a mermaid cake and sent a few inspo photos but let them do their thing. I was BLOWN AWAY. it looked even better than I had anticipated. Everyone was wowed! It was seriously too pretty to even eat. Plus it was absolutely delicious. The pictures don't even do it justice. The shells were so beautiful and realistic, I didn't even realize they were edible at first. Either way, they were already my go to Bakery but now they are my only Bakery.6.5.23I ordered another cake, a Luau Lilo and Stitch theme. I provided the little trees and Stitches but gave the rest of the creative authority to them and they DELIVERED. the cake was so delicious too! Their raspberry filling with lemon frosting is so delightful. I recommend this Bakery to everyone!

Jeanne Bartlett: I ordered a two tier chocolate cake with raspberry filling. I wanted the cake to be blue with frogs sitting on top, dragonflys, butterfly’s, and realistic mushrooms growing up the side. This bakery did not disappoint! The cake was one of the most beautiful cakes I’ve ever seen! The only reason I gave it four stars was because their was only a thin layer of raspberry in the mid layer, it was more of a plain chocolate cake. Other than that, I was more than happy! Jordan Alexander: I ordered a cake for my husband’s graduation party from nursing school in December. It was a LOVELY experience. I tried SEVERAL bakeries in the area and no one bothered to respond. Not only did Star Cakes respond, but they went above and beyond to make sure that the cake, the delivery, and EVERY detail was perfect. The cake was beautiful and delicious! I cannot say how pleased I was working with them. HIGHLY recommend!

NaCole Shortt: Unfortunately this company is ignoring my request for a full refund for a Wedding Cake that was delivered 4 hours late Nov 12, 2022. They said they had the wrong date. The cake was not what the Bride ordered. I understand things happen, but in a case where the business neglected to provide the Cake their customer purchased and 4 hours late? That’s just unacceptable. They issued half refund, but that’s just not good enough. A full refund should have been issued to the Bride and Groom. They had guest waiting for 3 hours for cake! All other activities were done. Pictures, Dance, Toast…. This was at no fault of their own and should not have paid a dime for the cake! I was really hoping the Manager would make it right. But so far that is not the case. We were all so disappointed that night and tried to make light of it. But this is not ok. You messed up. Please make it right with your client.
Rachel Rundle: They did such a wonderful job on my wedding cakes. They both looked absolutely beautiful and they went above and beyond for the grooms cake. Almost all of my guests wanted to know where I got the cake because it was absolutely delicious and super moist!
Phillip Tillotson: I called this company to see if they could make a cake for my wife's 30th birthday. I was concerned that they couldnt because it was 4 days out. They said it would be no problem because they are slow. All I had to do was submit a form online so i did that. They never called me back. Each time I followed up they told me not to worry and that they'd contact me soon. Day before my wife's birthday I call again and they tell me they are booked, can't do it, and require 7 day notice. Not the greatest experience.....

It was honestly my first time ever ordering a cake and I was very nervous, unfortunately I was ordering it for the next week and that was definitely way too soon. Though they originally were going to say no due to their high workload (completely understandable, and what i had expected!), they ended up working with me and got my order in as it was a super simple cake I had requested. I was surprised but sooo thankful. When I came to pick it up the man there was incredibly kind, we chatted for a bit before i had to leave.
