Brynn Baker: I have been to a couple different shops that had been telling me different things about my car so I was really frustrated not knowing who or what to believe. I sent a message online to Rick's automotive and by end of day the GM took the time to call me and really listened to me . He set me an appointment to have my tahoe lifted and thoroughly looked over. When I arrived the next day he came out to meet me and let me know there would be no charge and that he was sorry for what I had been through. I was given detailed information over the issues with my truck and also took the time to talk to me over the things most important to fix right away and exactly what would be done. I was honestly surprised how great the prices were. They are caring and look out for thier customers. Will continue to be a customer and highly recommend!

Cal Meeds: Took my. Grandson’s 2015 Chevy Malibu to Ricks after having it at another shop three different times in a two week time with the problems not being fixed or diagnosed properly. After some research and checking reviews I chose Rick’s Automotive to take the car to, took it in on a Tuesday and was initially told it would be the following Monday before anyone could look at it. However I received a call the very next day letting me know that they had got it in and found some engine issues that needed to be addressed so I authorized the repairs and they were completed by the next afternoon on Thursday. I picked up the car and drove it 40 miles back home and it started acting up again and completely firing in traffic as before. I had the car towed back to Ricks that same night, I received a call from Rick’s by 7:30 the next morning and we discussed the issues and they assured me they would take another look at the problem. I received a call by 3:00 from the General Manager who explained that the mechanic had missed a vacuum leak that was causing the engine problems. He greatly apologized for their mistake and oversight of this issue and assured me there would be no charge for the repair and went into great detail as to what was causing my engine failure problems. When asked if he would reimburse my towing bill he assured me he would make things right with me on that. I can’t say enough good words about this shop and their professionalism and how they admitted to their mistake and corrected it with no charge to me. William B.: There was paint thinner spilled on the hood. Tim kept saying it was there all along. No way, I hand polish the car all the time. Also, something punctured the hood while it was there. I had a new engine installed in my 2012 Camaro SS. $12,000. Some damage was done to the hood while in the shop. They kind of questioned it but took responsibility and I brought it back to be repaired. I had to bring it back in after I picked it up. They were hoping I wouldn't notice and would drive off. Don't trust them to bring you nice car there!

British Geek1978: Do yourself and your pocketbook a favor. Before you have this place do any work on your vehicle, call around for other quotes. My A/C compressor went out in my car and they were gonna charge me $1,000 to fix it. I knew that was too high so I went to a different shop not too far away and got it done for under $600

Chank Mac: I was quoted$180 to check my air conditioning system I said OK after sitting for three hours he comes back and says oh the O ring is broken shows me I'm like ok he Will order the part the next day when it’s time to pick it up the vehicle the next day when it’s time to pick up the vehicle price your total is $354. How did we get there? Oh, I had to replace the whole line without telling me you gonna go fix something and then I have to pay for it so with that being said no you should never go there. $210 was in labor for a one-hour job that’s more than a dealership. Brett Peterson: Fair price, the work was done well and enlighten me about another issue. They take the inspection very seriously and they don't cut corners. I had to bring my truck back a couple times but they're consistent and I appreciate that. Good work fair price consistent can't do much better than that with a mechanic.
Code: I've only used them for vehicle inspections so far, but I brought all four of my vehicles here and they were very fast and professional. Didn't try to sell me on anything I didn't need.
