Kevin Bates: I would not recommend this business.I brought a radiator in with a leak to be tested and repaired. Told the tech where I thought it was leaking. I was told by the tech he would have the test results by lunchtime. After not hearing back I called at 1pm and was told he hadn't tested it yet. He told me he would know something in a couple of hours. Thirty minutes later he calls me and says come get the radiator its all done. When I pickup the radiator Im confidently told by the technician my radiator did not have a leak and to check my hose clamps. I gladly paid the $47.91 feeling very relieved my radiator didn't have a leak after all. Reinstalled the radiator and started the engine only to find the same exact leak again. I would not recommend this business.
Terran Ledford: Been there several times. They are so incredibly hardworking and kind. They keep their prices fair and do not discriminate (I've been to a few shops in the area that do in terms of the prices they quote). I went there for a power steering issue and they kept in contact with me throughout the whole process over text which was so helpful considering I use my car for work. Very happy with the service!

Corey Small: I had difficulties with an older vehicle that I took them.I felt it was a bit of a “Slap Dash” service and when I finally diagnosed what the problem was (that’s right I was the one to spot it, not them & not the 6 gal of radiator fluid in my footwells..) they decided to not do the work and suggest that I go find someone on the Internet who works on classics…I didn’t realize that identifying a heater core leak and then changing the core was a specialty trade???).This was my experience, they were busy and my car was more than a flush and fill.The lady who answers the phone could not be less helpful if she tried.If reading this review, please be even moderately attentive to your customers rather than the nightmare you were

ferris w: just an update. had my truck in to them a few different times over the prior few years to fix multiple issues because honestly, i had let a lot of it go beforehand and this snowballed into several pretty decent issues. decided to have AutoCool do the necessary work, and Tiana and Chris are hands down the best! my truck has not had a single issue since they did all the repair/replacement work, and that's been almost two years ago. two years of my truck running better than it had in the past decade! don't ignore issues on your vehicle like i did, and don't waste your time with other shops. Autocool is absolutely the first and only place you should go.

Shane B: Horrible service was lied to about everything and to top it off my truck is rusting from them hitting the paint when grinding off bolts not to mention after getting the truck back the muffler needs welding but they claim not to unhook anything that is now broke but they changed out a motor so just like my A/C that worked just fine when it went in but don’t now they say we didn’t unhook that either I wouldn’t recommend this shop to even put air in your tire

C Ortloff: I arrived to Springfield from a 9 hour trip and had vehicle troubles that needed to get taken care of. Not knowing anyone local I started calling mechanics. Aasby was recommended by the first two companies I called that couldn’t fit me in. Aasbys was able to sneak my vehicle in the following day. However, equally important was the fact they dropped me back off at the fairgrounds and picked me back up from the fairgrounds so that I did not miss work. That was fantastic as I didn’t know whether or not Springfield has a taxi service or Uber drivers. Oh, last thing. They charged less than half the price I expected to pay. They did not take advantage of me and the fact I was an “out of towner”. The front desk woman was fantastic.
