shawn crosby: I had 65 percent of my entire 63 nova done here. I’ve brought it back three times for the brake work and the calipers are still sticking. The first time anyone sat in the rear seat, it sounded like tambourines. I just picked it up from a local muffler shop and they informed me the exhaust work was horrible. kryssy hayay: Had an appointment to come in when they opened. I was told that they open at 8 am. I got to the shop 5 min until 8. So I waited for them to open. At 840 am the first mechanic showed up and looked at me said "Who are you & What you want?" I told him I had an appointment at 8 and he mumbled something under his breath and unlocked the door, walked in, slammed it shut & locked it back. Needlessly to say, I left. Went next door to the shop just to the west of this place (on the same side of the street), and my truck was taken care right then. Without an appointment too.

Lila Haines: Very very rude! I called to set up an appointment to get my SUV fixed. I was to call them thru the people I bought my car through. Didn't even get the mans name who answered. Don't care to even know it. I told him I was told to call him and tell him what was wrong with my SUV and set up an appointment. He cut me off half way through my senetence and said I don't need to know what's wrong with it I cant fix it over the phone. I let that comment pass thought maybe he was having a bad day.... Well after that I said well I need to set up an appointment then. He said when can you bring it in. I started to tell him it won't run so I can't bring it to him and that the place I brought it from was going to set up a tow when she talked to him. Well AGAIN I was cut off in the middle of my sentence. He was like well I cant bring my tools to you...and I am not your secretary on setting up a tow. At this point I was DONE! I told him to stop being mean to me I had done nothing wrong I was just doing what the car lot had told me to do. He fumbled all over himself no no im not being mean. I said yes you are and I do Not deserve this. The he said well I have 6 people standing here and you just randomly call me.... Well yes I called to set up an appointment to get my SUV fixed. I then told him I was done being talked to like dumb trash and hung up on him. Most un-professional man I have ever spoken to. Way to run a business Sir! Will not get my business or that of anyone I know!

Rondo Brœncho: At 115,000 miles I went to get my timing belt changed. A month after spending over $1,000.00 for this I took it back for the head gasket leaking antifreeze. I figured they did such a great job changing the timing it pushed antifreeze out through the seals. Paid over a grand again for that and maybe a radiator. My car had the same engine knocking ever since, figured it was the pistons. Just paid a good ol boy $700.00 for a timing belt and pump change with 189,600. That guy told me I had it looked like I had original parts on the timing belt and tensioner. For this reason, I cannot recommend this company.

Darrell Harris: My foreign car was having lots of issues, So I took it to another shop for a car diagnostic test. I was told both batteries were fine, but it might possibly need a new alternator or have some wiring issues which could have been in the thousands (the alternator alone was $1200.00 at that shop). Import Car Service did a car diagnostic test and told me ALL it needed was a battery. They replaced the main battery and now the car is running perfectly. Its so nice to have a car I can depend on again. I highly recommend them.Service:Auto maintenance

Analissa Wolf: Quoted $850 to do something that I got done same day somewhere else for $350! And while diagnosing the vehicle they continuously revved the vehicle for atleast a half hour. Then gave me a code for o2 sensors from a check engine light, and to change my valve covers. Also extremely unprofessional cussing loudly to where it could easily be heard from the waiting room. Then they charged me $90 diagnostic, $8 supply, and $3 in hazmat when all they did was check engine light code reading.

Jerome Austin: Brought my truck in for a state inspection. They failed it, citing a sway bar link. Offered to fix it for over $500.Sounded suspect, so I took it to a mechanic I trust in Webster County. The trusted mechanic checked my truck from bumper to bumper and didn't find a single thing wrong with it.J&S Automotive, as far as I can tell, abuses their inspection authority to try to fix things that aren't broken and run up an unnecessary bill.If I could leave a zero-star review, I would.Don't let these crooks do anything to your vehicle.

I haven’t felt any issues with the transmission. I asked J & S for a second opinion and they said the gears were not slipping, just not crisp, meaning not new.
